Very comfortable place, the house is incredible and surrounded by trees and has a lot of privacy. Mariana and Agustín's attention was very good and fast. We were 7 of us and we were more than well stayed.

Our stay in Nicolas' apartment was very good. The accommodation has all the necessary amenities to spend a few days, complete utensils, comfortable bed and heating for the cold. Our direct communication was with Andrés, who from the first moment answered all our questions and was available for what we needed. They were very kind and accessible to all our inquiries and requests, they even allowed us to do a late check out so we could work remotely. Additionally, we were able to go with our pet without any problems. We recommend this accommodation for a few quiet days close to the beach. The price/quality ratio is excellent.

Great place great host!

The house is super nice, modern, comfortable mattresses and has 2 bathrooms. Located about 12 blocks from the beach approx. It has a nice patio and a grill with a pergola that is also very nice. We went in June, so it was quite cold in Valeria, but the house has heating in all the spaces, so we were super warm. Hernan gave us all the necessary information to enter, he offered us a flexible check in and checkout, which is a great goal. I broke a glass, but Hernan didn't make any trouble for us, a boss. My only recommendation would be to offer the towel and sheet service for those of us who want to travel light, but the rest is 10 points. The accommodation is highly recommended and the host is a genius.

Very nice place, somewhat far from the center for those who have difficulty walking. The house was spotless and everything worked. The internet works very well, I had to make a video call while my children watched movies on the platform and there was no problem. The area is very quiet and has a very nice garden. They have Prime video and Disney+, at least when I was there. The rooms do not have air conditioning but the truth is that it was not necessary because it has good air. The grill is in excellent condition, as is the disc. I recommend collecting pine cones, ideal for using with the record player. To buy food, it's better to go to Valeria x chorlo, to get around by car, since Carilo is full. To eat, Carilo, obviously. Luciana is always attentive and responds quickly. Check-out was smooth, no hassle. It was a pleasure to spend a week in Carilo at her home. Thank you for everything.

Nos ospamos 13 personas para Semana Santa. Before arriving I was contacted to clear up any questions and always responded quickly. When we arrived we were able to locate ourselves quickly. The house is very close to the beach (walkable). It is very spacious, each bedroom on the ground floor has its bathroom which allows for greater privacy if several families are staying. All the rooms were very clean. We felt so comfortable. They were also flexible regarding the check-in and check-out times, enough was enough to agree by talking about an hour before. I would definitely repeat the experience.

Everything was perfect! We were going to stay 1 week and in the end we liked the place that we stayed 2 so much! The place is super relaxed and with a private patio for our dog.

The apartment is as it appears in the photos. Spacious, cute, bright. It has a garage and is super well located near the beach and the center of Pinamar. Mariano was in contact with us and was super attentive. In addition to all the positive, we chose it because it is pet friendly and we went with our dog; spectacular!!!! As a suggestion, I would add a table even if it is small to be able to eat, since there is a very small (rat table) and it is a bit uncomfortable. We will be back! ❤️

The apartment is beautiful, very spacious and has a spectacular view. It is very quiet. Due to being new there are still no places nearby to go to eat or shop, but knowing it, you take everything and arrange yourself quietly (the apartment is equipped with whatever you can think of). Super surprised with the size of the balcony. The highlight is the view: to be in front looking and listening to the ocean .

It is a premium accommodation, much better than any hotel that can be found in Pinamar. The apartment, apart from being a gem, has an incredible view of the sea. Equipped with everything you need for a quality stay. The building is safe and very comfortable, with first-class amenities. Just a few steps from the sea, you'll find an incredible, cozy place that encourages you to fully unwind. The garage is very comfortable and safe. Pablo and Carina are very helpful and attentive. We will certainly return and highly recommend it.

The ideal place to escape the chaos, the surroundings in the apartment is incredible, several kilometers of forest, a chapel outside worth visiting and the beach a few meters from where you have breakfast. The apartment is spotless, clean, neat, where you look, and it has everything you could need during your stay. The best sunset is seen from that balcony. Thank you Astrid for always being attentive, very quick responses and instant help. We'll be back to try the pool!

Our stay in this place was amazing. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable. The apartment was great and perfectly equipped, with very comfortable rooms. The truth is spotless! Unbeatable location! I loved the place, I rose with the sea view 180 degrees, the window of the main room had a panoramic view of the sea, really beautiful, super spacious the depto, very comfortable, a giant balcony, to enjoy looking at the sea. The beautiful resort, the super private beach! I would come back a thousand times over! Thank you Adrian for being super aware of you and your son all the time.

A stunningly equipped apartment next to the ocean. There was everything you needed and even more. You could watch the sunset from the balcony, and the beach was only a 3-minute walk away. We really wanted to stay longer.

We had a great 4 nights with the family. The apartment is in excellent condition, comfortable ,clean with beautiful views from the balcony terrace with its grill. Ideal for making an asado with the family. The Amenities of the building are very good, especially the heated pool and the dry Sauna. The location is excellent, literally steps from the mall and 2 blocks from the main supermarket. The building has a garage, game room with board games and ping pong. And the apartment has everything for a pleasant stay. I definitely recommend it and I would come back. Communication with Mauro was excellent.
