The apartment is just as it is shown. There were 3 of us and we were very comfortable. Maybe if they are 4 adults, you might be a little tight. The building is very modern, it meets everything. Elevators (2), pool, parking lot, games room, living room, washing machine and gym. 10 points. The view it has makes it very spacious and warm. The living room is very spacious. If you go, I recommend keeping in mind that the crockery is fair for 4 people, I mean if for some reason you invite someone to dinner, you should bring their cutlery/plate/glass. But the rest is perfect. Fridge, oven, air and everything you need for a good stay has it. Maybe the bathroom is a little small, but it does. It is great to be a 10’ walk from the center of Pinamar, perhaps to go to the beach walking a little longer. If you are with a car in 5’ you are at the beach and the carport is very spacious. I recommend the apartment, the price/quality ratio is very good, with a central and quiet area.

Everything was perfect, the apartment was in excellent condition and well located, everything worked properly. The garage is easily accessible and very spacious. The only thing that was not as expected is the check-in because it says "after 3" but if you enter at night you have to pay extra for the keys to be delivered, they should clarify it or put a check-in time limit.

We loved the balcony terrace, it overlooked the pool and loa arboles, beautiful view. It's spacious inside. We are happy with the stay. We came back and Edward was super friendly.

The accommodation is exactly as shown in the photos and description. The location is excellent. We stayed in winter and the radiant slab was key to being comfortable. Pedro always responded quickly and was very kind to provide us with all the necessary information. Mariza, who greeted us, was super attentive and warm. We would definitely come back!

Very nice apartment, spacious and with very nice decoration. It has a privileged view and is very well equipped. I highly recommend it to spend a few days off near the sea.

A lovely place for a family beach vacation! The apartment was a great size for us, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped. The location was excellent, and it was a perk to have beach service included. We also enjoyed the indoor heated pool on rainy days, and the covered garage was also a bonus! I would definitely recommend staying here!

Our stay in this place was amazing. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable. The apartment was great and perfectly equipped, with very comfortable rooms. We had a great 4 nights with the family. The apartment is in excellent condition, comfortable ,clean with beautiful views from the balcony terrace with its grill. Ideal for making an asado with the family. The Amenities of the building are very good, especially the heated pool and the dry Sauna. The location is excellent, literally steps from the mall and 2 blocks from the main supermarket. The building has a garage, game room with board games and ping pong. And the apartment has everything for a pleasant stay. I definitely recommend it and I would come back. Communication with Mauro was excellent.

We had an excellent stay, The apartment was spotless, just like the photos or better, very well equipped and in an unbeatable area. The indoor pool is heated and has security. We could not enjoy the rest of the amenities in the apartment because the location was incredible and we had beautiful days that always invited us to go out, so we will not hesitate to return to enjoy the experience that invites this residence. Both Eva and Carlos are always attentive to any need or help they can offer!

We had a great family stay. The house is very comfortable for a large family, and it is very well described in the publication. The rooms are all very spacious and the beds are very comfortable. It has a very nice pool in a very private setting. The gallery where the grill is connects to the kitchen, is covered and in summer invites you to spend long afternoons. In short, if you are willing to pay its value (comparable to any rental in Europe or even Norway), the house is very nice and comfortable, ideal for spending an excellent vacation.
