Apartment holiday rentals in Mar de las Pampas

The apartment is just as it is shown. There were 3 of us and we were very comfortable. Maybe if they are 4 adults, you might be a little tight. The building is very modern, it meets everything. Elevators (2), pool, parking lot, games room, living room, washing machine and gym. 10 points. The view it has makes it very spacious and warm. The living room is very spacious. If you go, I recommend keeping in mind that the crockery is fair for 4 people, I mean if for some reason you invite someone to dinner, you should bring their cutlery/plate/glass. But the rest is perfect. Fridge, oven, air and everything you need for a good stay has it. Maybe the bathroom is a little small, but it does. It is great to be a 10’ walk from the center of Pinamar, perhaps to go to the beach walking a little longer. If you are with a car in 5’ you are at the beach and the carport is very spacious. I recommend the apartment, the price/quality ratio is very good, with a central and quiet area.

I'd like to highlight Guido's very good service. Always attentive to our needs and the apartment is in a nice, central area, a few steps away from the beach, with a heated pool. Excellent place.

The accommodation is very nice , everything was spotless . The quality mattress and sheets allowing for an excellent rest. The location is very accessible to walk to downtown . Very helpful to have laundry I would only add some cooking utensils such as cutting board, strainer, scissor or blade . The rest is spotless ,worth it

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Javier's place! We couldn't believe how close we were to the ocean -- you can see it from the bed. :) The place was super comfortable and Javier and his spouse were so kind and welcoming. Highly recommend!

We did very well in Adriana's apartment and she as a host is extremely cordial. Everything works very well in the apartment. We even had very cold days, and the temperature inside was spectacular. The location is very good, but if you go without a car you should keep in mind that it is several blocks to the beach, with a car you are 1 min. from everything. Adriana was extremely flexible with the schedule, both for check-in and check-out. Definitely a highly recommended option.

Excellent stay!!! Perfectly located apartment… right in the center and 1 block from the beach. Super equipped... 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms... the best!

We had an excellent stay. We take advantage of every space of the complex: the spa, the outdoor pool and the restaurant, everything was very good. The apartment had everything you need for a comfortable and pleasant stay, very good treatment of Sol, Flor and Nacho. We felt very safe. Definitely a place to go back. Highly recommended!

It exceeded our expectations! Everything was top quality, the location was unbeatable, the view was priceless, we spent 4 incredible days. The pool and sauna, on cold days, are great to enjoy, especially with kids. Excellent, Díez!!! everything works!!!

Very nice apartment, very quiet, clean, steps from the beach and with many facilities in the complex. Super recommended! Ideal for people looking for a beautiful place to stay and seek peace and quiet! I would definitely stay there again.

Everything was perfect, the only suggestion would be to place the door to the room to have more privacy. Otherwise, everything was very good and María Susana was super attentive, very kind at all times, making sure that the stay was the best. 100% recommended, I hope to return soon.

It really was a wonderful stay. I recommend the apartment 100% . My stay had as a primary objective the work. However, I could feel that being in the apartment was my time of great rest and excellent relaxation. very good apartment, very equipped and good amenities

Spotless from the end to the end. The apartment is super comfortable and bright. The balcony with an excellent grill for a barbecue and everything in general is very good. Nice detail that both TVs have Chromecast to watch a movie/series or whatever. The building has the amenities as they are in the photos, you just have to indicate at the hotel reception that you are going to enter. Recommended and Carla is super friendly. The only thing: we found the dishes a little dirty, but it's not that serious.

Just a note she was wonderful and did give us the umbrella’s and towels but she did state that cleaning, food, umbrella’s and cleaning are an extra 50.00us dollars a day. She said Airbnb would not let her make that specification in her listing, so just giving a heads up for anyone like ourselves thinking this was included. Other than that was pretty nice place. Other things to keep in mind, it could use some more work to be a 5 ⭐️ it was missing kitchen utensils like oven mitts, flippers. Had No salt & pepper. Smallest frying pan ever haha so if you can bring things i would.

Natalia answered all our doubts, the apartment is as in the photos, the complex is very nice, the garage is accessible, the location is the best, you can walk everywhere, and you have everything nearby. Carlos the very friendly security, the gate control did not work for us and they changed it quickly, the heated pool we use it, for my taste it could be a little warmer, but it was still enjoyed. Very good stay, I recommend it!

Excellent apartment meters from the beach. Very comfortable and equipped. It's even better than the photos show. Very good heating by radiant floor, good internet access. Covered garage with easy access. Daniel is always very kind and attentive to any request. I definitely recommend it and would come back.

Everything was excellent, the host Claudia is super friendly , always attentive to everything . The apartment is very nice with a wonderful sea view, it has everything you need for a stay without inconvenience . The staff is very friendly and prompt to respond to every concern we had . The pristine pool and sauna Highlighted the linen that is of excellent quality. The place also has covered and safe garages I recommend the place 100%. Excellent place to rest, with the comforts of an apartment and the amenities of a hotel. Highly recommended and the service from Mariano and the reception staff, impeccable. We will definitely be back in another time.
