We have a beautiful vacation in the Department of Tomas, with my Family (5 people). The apartment is very comfortable, super bright, quiet, the balconies that surround it are super spacious and the sea view is Incredible ! Mercedes sister of Tomas received us in an excellent way and was super attentive in responding to any concerns we had. To go to the beach, you don't need the car as you can walk (almost 3 blocks). To go out at night, by car you arrive super fast to downtown by Av. 3. The Dept. is very close to supermarkets and bakeries. We had a WIFI cut caused by the fall of lightning in the area and both Mercedes and Tomas super responsibly took care of fixing it immediately with the company. Thank you Tomas and Mercedes we were very satisfied regarding our stay in your house and we will definitely come back another time.

Excellent location, a few meters from the beach. The Depto has all the comforts and is very well connected to key points such as the center of Pinamar or Carilo.

I recommend 100% staying in this place. I was very nice to be there to rest for a few days. My favorite part is definitely the covered quincho where I enjoy being able to appreciate the garden and is very comfortable in addition. On the other hand, Marta is always available for any concerns and is super loving. The house is very well equipped and in good condition

The cabin is nice and simple, excellent value for money. Undoubtedly, the most remarkable thing is its location half a block from the center of Las Gaviotas. Ivana was very present on WhatsApp throughout the stay.

Our stay was excellent. The apartment is very spacious and bright, the balcony-terrace is a plus since it allows you to enjoy the nights eating and having something outdoors. It's also worth noting how clean I was when we arrived. Nicolas is an excellent host, responds quickly and any concerns or requests we had resolved it in minutes. We'll be back!

We had some beautiful days of rest together my sisters and a puppy and I can say that the apartment met all our expectations :). The place is just as shown in the pictures, which gave us a lot of confidence from the beginning. In addition, it is very well equipped and super comfortable. We had a small inconvenience with the light supply, but Tomás was very efficient and had it resolved soon. Despite this small detail, the overall experience was excellent. We definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place. We loved it and would go back without hesitation!

The apartment is very comfortable! It has all the necessary elements to cook and use the grill. It doesn't have air conditioning in the living room, but with the air conditioning in the rooms and the fan, we were super comfortable. Highly recommended for 3 adults or 2 adults and children.

Very nice monoambient, ideal for going to the beach that is two blocks away. The mattresses are very good and the shower is excellent. Also the kitchen is complete in case you have to do something to eat. Highly recommended.

A stunningly equipped apartment next to the ocean. There was everything you needed and even more. You could watch the sunset from the balcony, and the beach was only a 3-minute walk away. We really wanted to stay longer.

A lovely place for a family beach vacation! The apartment was a great size for us, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped. The location was excellent, and it was a perk to have beach service included. We also enjoyed the indoor heated pool on rainy days, and the covered garage was also a bonus! We had an excellent stay, The apartment was spotless, just like the photos or better, very well equipped and in an unbeatable area. The indoor pool is heated and has security. We could not enjoy the rest of the amenities in the apartment because the location was incredible and we had beautiful days that always invited us to go out, so we will not hesitate to return to enjoy the experience that invites this residence. Both Eva and Carlos are always attentive to any need or help they can offer!
