Our stay at Eric's exceeded expectations. Truly a beautiful house, spotlessly clean, well appointed. Eric was a great communicator from the time I made my reservation to the time I left the house, quickly answering all questions, giving recommendations and dealing with a small problem we had promptly. I would say that this house is one of the rare places on Airb&b that looks *better* than the pictures. Thank you so much!

One of the best AirBnB’s we’ve ever stayed in! Accommodations are very appropriate given the coastal setting and proximity to the beach. House has everything you could need for the super walkable day trips to the beach and more! Inside is comfortable and makes you feel as if you’re truly in a beach cottage with neat coastal decor throughout. Couldn’t recommend it more!

We had a great three night stay, my three adult children and I. The beach was surprisingly almost ours to ourselves. For an older traditional OBX house, it was well updated and very well appointed. The central floor plan is very open. I love it when you can be in the kitchen cooking while talking to everybody in the living area and those around the dinner table at the same time. Awesome view of the ocean off the back deck. We sat in the hot tub and still see the ocean. Im sometimes leary of hot tubs at the beach, a lot of times they are not well maintained. Danielle's was spotless and the water chemistry was perfect and safe. There was absolutely nothing we needed or any place where we needed to go that was not within a 5-minute drive. All of my family are fisherman. if you like to fish, there's not a better place to stay. getting from the house to the beach to surf fish takes less than a minute. we walked up to the OBX Pier several times to fish, probably less than a 5 minute walk.

This place worked great for the six guys that were there for fishing. Had everything we needed and Cindy was very accommodating. We will definitely stay there again

Wonderful views and easy access to the water. Good place with young children. (We had a toddler and a baby as part of our group.) The sitting area in the master suite was a great place to play board games and chat in the evenings without disturbing the little ones sleep. Great deck with sturdy chairs of the correct height to see the ocean over the railing. Lots of restaurants nearby and grocery stores and even a Target less than 2 miles away.

We had an incredible stay - the location alone is worth it! Steps from the beach with stunning views and plenty of space to relax and enjoy family time. The home was comfortable, well-equipped, and perfect for our group. We especially loved the big TV, family games, and open layout for spending time together. Communication with the host was smooth, and check-in was easy. The weather was perfect, and we made so many great memories. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy the magic of the Outer Banks. We’d definitely come back!

This place is a GEM! I highly recommend staying there. So close to the beach. Lots of fun stuff to do in Duck. The house is very, very nice with lots of space to hang out.

The house is very nicely decorated and has a well equipped kitchen. The master bedroom is roomy with a lovely walk in shower. We had a bit of rainy weather and it was nice for my family to be able to hang out in the living room together. The house was very clean. I appreciated having off street parking and being in a quiet neighborhood. If we would have had more time, it would have been very fun to use the bikes to ride the nearby trail along the sound. Thank you for a very enjoyable stay!

Josh was readily available and answered all of my questions very quickly. The home was great and location as well. Home has great amenities and beach chairs and wagon a plus ! Kids loved the hot tub, pool and us adults loved the shuffleboard table. George Taylor

Katherine’s place checked all the boxes and was given a five star review! The location is right across from the beach, her place was super super clean and absolutely beautiful on the inside!! The space is very quiet. I did not hear any neighbors I would highly recommend Katherine’s place.!!

Great place to stay, location was a perfect balance of quiet privacy while being close to all shops and attractions. Very clean and comfortable. Our family felt at home right away. The pool was the perfect size for sitting and relaxing after a day at the beach. We will definitely be back.

The Bruce’s Retreat was the perfect location and the absolute best sunsets in the OBX! There were kayaks available, a cooler and beach chairs that made us feel right at home. The home was comfortable and close to all the restaurants and shopping. You can fish right off of their dock, but if you want to get into the bigger fish, it’s just a short drive away. It worked out perfect for me, as the fish I caught at the home dock, I used to catch my biggest Red Drum (34”) on the surf! Karin was a great host, and was a quick responder when we reached out. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again when we visit.

Our family had a great vacation. The house was beautiful with plenty of rooms and bathrooms for all of us!! The house is private but very close to the beach, dunes, restaurants and shops. Would definitely love to visit again!

We have stayed in lots of Airbnb’s and this is my favorite! The house was spotless. It is decorated beautifully… and comfortably. It looks like a better homes and gardens beach house. Clearly Carrie pays attention to details. The kitchen is very well stocked. She even provided a new sponge for dishes. The views are fantastic and the access to the beach was so much fun. Carrie has lots of games, a myriad of books, and toys for kids. The house felt homey and so comfortable. We had a wonderful family trip!

Sarah was a fantastic host, very responsive and offering local places to check out while we were there. The check-in and check-out process was seamless. The home was clean and had everything we could possibly need for our stay. It was such a a quiet, peaceful little area. We loved lounging in the hammock!

This was the perfect hub for our OBX trip. Centrally located to easily go north to Duck/Corolla/Currituck Wildlife Refuge as well as south to Hatteras. The house was exactly as described and had everything we needed included a fully stocked kitchen. We loved walking to the sound for sunset and running along the water in the morning. Great stay!

Was a perfect place to stay for a wholesome Memorial Day girls weekend! We will definitely be coming back here and thank you Jay for helping us figure out the grill :)!

Libby was a great host! She was proactive in reaching out and was very responsive. The space was adorable, clean and a perfect location. We would go back in a heart beat and definitely recommend to others!

I have stayed at many nice Airbnb’s during my time as a travel nurse, however Danielle’s was hands down the nicest! Extremely clean, bed was super comfortable, quiet, did I mention EXTREMELY clean?! I could go on and on! My husband and I visited the OBX for our 25th wedding anniversary , and this Airbnb was the icing on the cake. It made our beach trip that much more enjoyable!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Where do I begin, EVERYTHING was as stated in the overview of the home. Gia is an exceptional host as she is very responsive and engaged with her guest. She was actively communicating from the time we booked and even after we departed. She would even take the time to share in real time events that were taking place in the surrounding area. Far as the home and the location, it is immaculate with magnificent views that you are able to capture from many angles. You are also located near many restaurants, beaches, and family activities. Stay here, you won't be disappointed......
