A very quiet and clean place, especially with a lot of security. The warmth of Eliza and her father Victor is very nice. We went with our daughter Victoria who really enjoyed the pool. Recommended and we'll be back.

The place was very accurate in the photographs, I had inconveniences to initially contact the person from the ckeck-in but it was resolved. ACs were dirty and don't use them much for the same topic

The apartment is very comfortable and well organized. Excellent option for 4 people (and 5 if someone sleeps on the sofa bed). The development has a decent pool and easy access to the beach (I recommend bringing your own parasol). It also seems to be a very safe development (they are quite strict with the visits). Ivonne is an excellent host and is always aware of any needs that may arise. If I recommend it.

I liked it very much. It was in an excellent location, super safe, it is surrounded by all the bars and restaurants. It was clean, just one thing that for me was not very tasteful is to see how family photos made me feel a little uncomfortable as I entered someone else's house but I was paying for a service. After that, everything was great.

Diana is an excellent host, very empathetic to our needs, the apartment is just like the photographs, clean and tidy. The place is quiet, just what you're looking for to rest. Highly recommended.

Great view, safe place to jogg or walk around in the community, resort’s life style experience, we had the opportunity to look around the real estate in the Ciudad Del Mar and appreciate the value of this properties, Elvis and Anna were attending our questions right away, the beaches were very close to the place we stayed and the distance to the others also very decent to travel. Gas station super close with a lot of variety of hot food and wines. Loved this apartment. Thanks Elvis and Anna.

The apartment was very good, it is new, the residential complex has a good location, sea view and pool. Darwin was very friendly and was careful to solve a water problem in the apartment. My only observation is that there were no basic cleaning elements such as towels, hand soap, dishwasher or pots for the use of the induction cooker. Anyway, it was a great place to stay as a family, thank you very much Darwin! 😉
