Monica was an amazing host, was always responsive if I had any questions and answered them perfectly! She did an amazing job at describing check in, making it super easy! We were also greeted with delicious snack and treats, not something host usually do so I 10 out of 10 recommend Monica and this beautiful property!!

I had a delightful stay at Luis’s place in Austin. What I liked the most was how minimalist the apartment felt, while at the same time very cozy and stocked with most of what I needed — an in-unit washer and dryer, for example, and a steam iron! I liked how clear Luis’s self-checking in instructions, which included pictures, were. Moreover the apartment was in a serene location conveniently located close to most places we wanted to check out. Luis and Rick were very responsive, kind, and generous when we had queries or when we made requests for items to make our stay more comfortable. I highly recommend staying at Luis’s place while you’re in Austin!

We loved the apartment! The great location, super clean apartment, tasteful decoration, this apartment had everything we needed. I especially appreciated how clean the place was. Since it is located in the shopping areas, it can get noisy at night but earplugs were provided and we had no issues with sleeping. My kids slept in the second bedroom which was away from the street and they said it was super quiet. We stayed here for MOTOGP at COTA. Since this place is right off the highway, it was only 45 minutes away from the track. Maybe even shorter with toll roads. MO was very responsive with communication and super helpful. Easy check in and check out. Everything worked and was easy to operate. 100% recommended.

Omer was an incredible host who went above and beyond the entire month I stayed. The apartment was clean, stylish, and in a great location. He made the whole stay super convenient, stocking it with snacks, refreshments, and everything you need to live comfortably. He even helped track down some missing packages and hand delivered them to me. One of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve had. Highly recommend!

Amazing location and walking distance to everything. Have stayed at several places in the Domain and this was a favorite. The outdoor balcony is a nice touch as well. Owner was very quick to respond to any questions. But i will say the instructions and pdf they sent made it everything a breeze. Would stay again

Brett’s place was ideal! The perfect place to hang out, relax, work from, and go out into Austin when needed. I travel a lot and this home was one of the best in terms of comfort, location and price. Everything is up to date and makes you feel at home vs a cookie cutter rental. Will be coming back soon.

Mel’s place was exactly what we were looking for—a quiet, beautiful complex with fantastic community amenities. While the pool was closed for part of our stay, we were thrilled it reopened just in time for us to enjoy everything the community has to offer. It’s just a short walk to the leasing office, where you can grab a freshly brewed cup of coffee, play a game of pool, take a dip in the resort-style pool, or have fun in the sports simulator. There are also plenty of comfortable spaces to relax or get some work done. Having an H-E-B so close made picking up any essentials quick and easy. Mel was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, and both the leasing staff and neighbors were so friendly and welcoming. We had a great experience and would absolutely love to stay here again!

Another stellar stay with J&S!! Great location and super clean and safe apartment. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and the communication with the hosts is always fast and helpful. Looking forward to coming back again soon.

Jacqui was an amazing host! He was proactive in sending pics of location so we could easily find due to GPS routing us to different entry. When we arrived, his place was absolutely stunning! Everything was beautiful, clean, pristine and smelled wondefully. We wished we could have stayed a few more days. This will be my go-to place whenever we return. He understands what hosting truly means! Thanks for such a beautiful and seamless experience.

It's a nice apartment, clean, easy to get to, and convenient to the AUS airport. This section of Austin is newly developed, so there are some drawbacks like poor cellular service in the area and a dearth of food options nearby, but that has nothing to do with the renter or the apartment. Overall, 5 stars for both the apartment and the renter.

The team at Lewis Listings made my first couple of months in Austin stellar and comfortable. The building is fairly new so any issues were dealt with by their team very quickly and did not impact my comfort or enjoyment. I appreciate the location and building as well. It’s close to work and there’s lots of lovely walking in this very peaceful area. I also love the proximity to HEB and the other stores on Parmer.

Great place very homey and clean had an amazing stay

We enjoyed our stay! Steve was very responsive with all our questions. We also appreciated all the amentities he had to offer at his property. The area was surrounded by many restaurants, shops, and easy to walk to the locations. Overall, a very great experience. We recommend his place!

Christopher was a great host. Once of the best we have ever worked with. Hospitality was truly amazing. He accommodated well and was very responsive to any questions we had. Apartment was very clean! In our opinion better than the pictures. Instructions were clear and apartment easy to find. Bathroom was beautiful and equipped with everything we might need. Kitchen was clean and stocked. AC was cold and lighting was perfect! For us the beds were a bit stiff but I have a bad back so honestly it’s not a fair opinion. Pool was well maintained. We have a baby and initially I was worried about how busy the pool was and noise that came with that, but by dark everyone was gone and no one was over the top noisy. Neighbors were very quiet and respectful. Our unit was on the third floor so if you have kids or have a lot of luggage be ready to be out of breath! 😂😂 overall we had a great stay and will definitely be back when in town!

Dakota's apartment was an excellent stay. The view is absolutely amazing. The apartment itself is very elegant, clean and comfortable. The kitchen is sufficiently stocked for cooking and great coffee. The beds and living area furniture are very comfortable and a nice quality. The showers are also nice. The location of the apartment building is great and very walkable to restaurants and entertainment. The apartment building is nice, safe and efficient (as well as the valet parking). The front desk staff are friendly and will securely store luggage until check-in time. Note that the check-in staff seem to only rely on the host for details of the apartment, thankfully Dakota is very responsive. We look forward to staying here again!

Place was easy to find and super clean on the inside, amenities were really nice too! Convenient spot, close enough to downtown along with plenty of options to eat out

Great stay and highly recommend. Brittany and Team were wonderful. Clear instructions and super slick check in. Covered parking was a huge bonus. I stayed for 2 weeks but also ideal for a couple of nights. Would do it again.
