Adorable house in lower north

Very cute 3 BR, 2 BA house in lower north. The property is on a 0.25 acre lot with lots of mature trees and a beautiful lawn. The house has stairs to enter the home and to access the 3rd bedroom and 2nd bathroom. There is a bonus room in the finished basement that has couches and space to set up an air mattress if needed. Owners have no children so there are no toys or cribs, etc. Animals are allowed but must be cleaned up after. Same with kids. 😉

The stay was absolutely relaxing and peaceful. The house was cozy and plenty of room for us plus our dog “Goose”. The enclosed backyard served as a relief and insurance too for privacy and for Goose to freely roam and explore. The garage was made available to us as well. We parked inside every night (we were there in the winter). We will definitely arrange another stay there in the future. Hopefully in the spring or summer to use the backyard more and to enjoy the nearby trails. Thank you Mario for the stay and for being a great host.

The house was definitely big enough to hold my entire party. We loved the different levels and uniqueness of an older home. The little goodie baskets scattered around the house with snacks and chocolates were a great touch and we loved that a selection of coffee was provided.

Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommend! We had a fantastic experience staying at this peaceful, beautiful well appointed home. The space was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was convenient, making it easy to get around and explore the area. The lake right outside the window provided a serene atmosphere. Just a quick walk down the steps led to the lake with so much to do! Brooke was incredibly responsive and helpful, providing clear instructions for check-in and great local recommendations. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the space that made it feel like a home away from home for our family of 7. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free experience!

wow! wow! This is our 1st experience staying at an Airbnb. We needed a big place to have a surprise birthday party as well as our annual family Christmas party, so we rented the whole place. This place was a great price and so much space! Plenty of rooms, plenty of beds, just plenty of everything we needed. I had many questions and the hosts were so helpful and prompt with responses. The instructions were so helpful and very detailed. The place was neat, not a speck of dirt or stains anywhere. Beds were comfortable. Thank you to our hosts for making our 1st Airbnb experience so favorable.

Andrea was a wonderful host! The home was spotless, perfectly located for our needs for a special weekend, and had every utensil, linen, & detail very considerately thought out. One small heads up for other guests - no hair dryer- looking back, it wasn’t in the listing (no big deal) & I just forgot to check & pack one so that was my bad. Andrea was extremely quick to respond when a couple small things popped up & all was easily solved in a quick message. We really appreciated everything about this pretty home in New Ulm and had a memorable weekend.

Tamara’s place was fantastic! We were in town for a wedding and this place had everything we needed. The balcony overlooking Patrick’s bar was so fun! It was perfect being able to grab a few drinks and walk straight over to the Airbnb. There was plenty of parking and we would absolutely stay again! Thanks Tamara!

I was not able to enjoy the dock or lake due to the weather. Other cabin guests walk through my lot space and came up to my window and looked in on me, I didn’t care for that but not the hosts fault. but this isn’t a very private a spot of that is what you are looking for. Others fish and hand out on your dock and have random boats tied to the dock. I am uncertain if they are shared socks, but I was under the impression it was for the cabin I rented. Other than that, the cabin is cute, clean and close to the water.
