I can't say enough good things about this beautiful place! The house itself is very clean and comfortable. It is set within a private gate shared with the hosts (who live next door) that feels safe and secure. The yard is full of gorgeous plants and flowers! It is obviously well cared for. The pool was sparkling clean and a great treat at the end of a long walking day. The hosts, Bekir and Delphine were delightful! They greeted us when we arrived to show us around the property. They were always available for any questions or needs. We had a very early departure on check out day and they got up to say goodbye to us and see us out! They have thought of everything and this place is amazing! If you're lucky enough that it's available for your stay, book it!!

Amazing, comfortable, stylish, and well-equipped place in the historical center of Izmir, with very kind and helpful hosts. We had a wonderful time enjoying breakfasts on the terrace, surrounded by nature and birdsong, with all the main attractions, local restaurants, and cafés just a short walk away. The Turkish bath is a fantastic bonus on top of it all. Just a heads-up for taller guests: watch your head at the doorways!:)

Resat's place was absolutely beautiful. The furnishings were of high quality. Everything very clean, you felt immediately welcome and at home! Resat is a great, accommodating and outstanding host who rents out his house with all his heart. In the area you also felt right at home, the city and surroundings are magnificent! We will be very, very happy to come back and highly recommend the apartment!!!

Fall right in the middle of the room and Alaçata, close to both sides, close to the grocery store, close to the bakery, Melek, there were things like liquid, oil, and dishwashing detergent, which we didn't need to think about small things. It was a nice experience in the room.

Since my own house is very small, I was looking for a place for my daughter's engagement ceremony around Izmir. Although I came across this house that smells of history, I really wanted to use this house in my organization. However, I was very hesitant that they would allow us to hold such a ceremony. I conveyed a message in which I expressed myself, and I think Mr. Mehmet and Ms. Ahu were as excited about this idea as I was. Before my reservation, I wanted to see the house, I had doubts about whether it would be suitable for the organization. They helped me with that too, I would visit the house beforehand and address my concerns. The house was just like the photos. Mr. Mehmet was helpful and friendly, he immediately offered solutions to any problems we had, and in the course of time, he added to our happiness with his experiences in this historical house. We are very grateful to the hosts in this regard. The location was great, everywhere was clean and perfect. If you are in Izmir, I think you should leave a few experiences in this house...

Perfect place defines! I felt at home. From bed linen to kitchenware, all designed for a real dwelling. The owner is so kind that he bought a kitchen item to answer me. Mrs. Belma and her mother, Mrs. Rabia, were very friendly and hospitable. They hosted us as if we were guests at the house of an acquaintance. The house is ideal for 2-3 people, not too big, but everything that may be needed for a comfortable stay has been considered. The cleanliness of the house was very good. Care has also been taken to use natural and environmentally friendly products for cleaning and bathroom products at home. The house has a very pleasant garden, you can enjoy yourself at any time of the day under the trees. The Internet was smooth for remote work or online calls. It is 3-4 minutes away from the art street. Public transportation passes a little further from the house for access to the pier side. We were very comfortable at home during our stay, we thank Ms. Belma and her mother Ms. Rabia very much. If we come back to Urla, we have an address to stay.

We have stayed in Moonstone W and this time took Moonstone B next door. Another amazing stay! The lockbox allows you to check in flawlessly. The hosts send a message with where to park and a 'to the door' video to help you get there. This property is so central it is so easy to walk. It is less than 3 minutes to restaurants, shops, a taxi rank, the harbour, a pharmacy, and 24 hours shops and food outlets. There is a good sized my market supermarket less than 1 minute away. The central location means all the delivery drivers from Fagi (lesvos food delivery app) can find you with no issue if you don't feel like going out. The property is spotless and the rooms are large with plenty of wardrobe and drawer space. The kitchen is well appointed with all the equipment you could need and a large fridge freezer. If you are visiting friends on Lesvos as I was. you would not be embarrassed to have them visit with you here. An impeccable property with the kindest hosts. Ευχαριστώ πολύ!

The place is excellent and very comfortable, halil is a magnificent host and very attentive helped us at all times and I always care because we were comfortable 10/10.

TOP Airbnb. Modern, comfortable with AC in all rooms. The Building has new modern interior with elevator. Very clean and well organized. The host is extremely kind and assists with bags, checkin, helping to the parking spot which is less than 50m away and very convenient. Perfect airbnb for families. Short walk just 1 block to the promenade and tourist area. Many restaurants and cafes right downstairs. Very quiet even with this great location. If you are looking for accommodation up to North American standards of cleanliness and modernity for a 5 star airbnb, this is the place. Highly recommend 5 stars. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great accomodation. Very good location. Clean and tidy and everything we needed. Easy to access restaurants, the clock tower- where a lot of tours begin. We were even asked what we like to drink and Sadik got us some decaf coffee!!

We had a great stay at Asli's place. The apartment is new and beautifully decorated. It is well set up for guests. We had everything we needed. It is a real gem and exceeded our expectations. I would recommend it to anyone visiting Izmir.

We had a wonderful time staying at Berrin’s place. The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect, close to restaurants, shops, and public transportation.

Anna's house was very close to the street, you can walk everywhere. We could always find a parking space in front of the house. It's a large studio apartment, we didn't cook in the kitchen, but there were ingredients that might be needed. The only disadvantage of the house was that the church, which was very close, was constantly ringing the bell on Saturday and Sunday mornings.

The view was incredibly beautiful and the apartment itself was very stylish and impressive. We only stayed for one day, but we liked this short time and enjoyed it. I had a hard time finding the location of the house due to the rain on the first day, but my host came by taxi and picked us up. He was so sweet and sincere. Thank you very much to my host. The house is spotless, just as seen in the pictures. There were even homemade jams and treats at home. This is not a situation I always encounter. It made us very happy. I am a very meticulous person, I cannot stay anywhere. I really felt like I was at home in this house. A sparkling house. I drank my Turkish coffee on my balcony in the morning. Peaceful environment. It is also within walking distance to Şişman's place restaurant. We were in constant contact with my host's son Giannis, he always helped us and gave us advice. They let us enter the house because we got off the ferry early on the first day. He said we could leave late on the last day. That was really nice and kind of him. I thank them again and again. From now on, if I go to Lesbos again, I will stay in this house without thinking. My wife and daughter were very comfortable. I wholeheartedly recommend this house to everyone. Thank you.
