Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Manisa Merkez

We had a fantastic time staying here. The location is perfect (although there are many stairs to get up from street-level to the apartment). Very close to some great fish restaurants, cafes, the center of the city, intercity bus stop, and shopping. The jacuzzi was truly unique and was such a great thing to have at the end of a long day exploring the area. One thing to note is that it does not get very hot, only lukewarm — so don’t expect a real ~hot tub~ (but it was still very refreshing and enjoyable, especially with the jets!) The two balconies from the bedroom are really incredible, giving a great view of the ocean with nicely appointed outdoor furniture. This place certainly had a luxurious feel and was well worth it. We would definitely stay here again!

We had an excellent stay in this house. House was perfect for us and was as described. Rooms are well and cosy decorated. Full kictchen with filtered tap water. One car parking space and yes there is car charge plug also. Not only you have private pool but also 150mt away to the sea. Our host was so lovely and easy to communicate. Apples and 200ml ouzo was great welcome suprise. Thank you for everything.

Savas’ place was just spectacular with the most incredible views of the sea. The hosts were responsive and very easy to communicate with. We would love to stay again.

Unforgettable stay in a hidden paradise This was one of the most unbelievable places we’ve ever stayed! Tucked away inside a serene mandarin garden, the mansion is the perfect retreat for families or groups looking for peace, beauty, and a touch of luxury. The surroundings are calm and lush, and the view of the beach at sunset is absolutely magical. The amenities are exceptional—an infinity pool, and even table tennis and a pool table made every day enjoyable. It truly felt like a private resort. What made our stay even more special was the host. Not only was he incredibly welcoming and friendly, but he also went out of his way to bring us fresh fruit and even drove us to the grocery store—something we’ll never forget. This place is ideal for family reunions. I honestly can’t say enough about how wonderful everything was. I hope to come back someday soon—it really was a dream.

First of all, I would like to thank Ms. Görkem for her fast and solution-oriented communication. I stayed at home for a night to escape the city crowd and rest alone. It was the same as the photos. It is so nice to be in a quiet, peaceful and safe neighborhood while being so close to the center. The house was very clean. I did not encounter anything that did not work, but if I had, I believe that Ms. Görkem would probably solve it in a short time. The ambiance of the attic, the pleasure of the jacuzzi was wonderful. I'm thinking of renting again for the fireplace pleasure in the winter season. I really felt like I was at home. Peaceful atmosphere.

Halil was an amazing host. His place is just magical with amazing views. we had a great time and recommend this place to anyone going to Cesme.

Korel is a very good host, she welcomed us very well, helped us in every way, we are glad to know her, she treated us like a familiar person, not like a host. The house was really clean, there was everything in the kitchen, teapot, coffee machine, toaster, toaster, all the kitchen appliances you can think of were sufficient, also water purifier, hot and cold, all were available, bathrooms were clean, it was very good to have a bathroom in every room, rooms were clean and their size was very good, also there was a dressing room in two rooms and a wardrobe downstairs. The pool heating was very good and the pool was large. We were very pleased, it was a place we would like to go again. We left happy.

First of all, I would like to start with Mr. Gökhan, he is a very warm-blooded person, his interest was really good, first of all, we thank him. The location of the house is right in the center of Alaçatı, you can easily walk to anywhere. It was a complete price performance, I hope it will not increase in the future

Amazing host- very polite!

The host was absolutely very attentive and understanding, always helpful with all my questions. It is stated that there is no hot water among the amenities, but there was hot water in the house🥰. It has a lovely garden, perfect for enjoying pleasant moments in the summer. It was a delightful experience for us🥰.

We spent 9 nights, six of us with a small child in the beautifully renovated and tastefully furnished house. We immediately felt at home. The house is a nice size, the three bedrooms are different sizes. A slightly smaller room, a normal size and a large one with its own bathroom. We were certainly one of the first guests, everything was new and what was missing was brought to us in a short time. For example, there was no barbecue, but a new one was brought to us shortly after we asked. The sauna was great fun, especially in the not-so-hot evenings. The pool isn't very big but it's enough. The communilation was great. We would definitely come again, thanks for the great time.

It was a great stay experience! The house was spotless, everything was as it appeared in the photos. The location was easy to get to. The host was very caring and hospitable, responding quickly to all our questions. We felt like we were at home. I would recommend it to everyone with peace of mind.

Staying at Michael's was an absolute delight, location was close to all amenities and Michael and Eva went out of their way to assit all of us.

The location is perfect – just a few minutes' walk to the charming town center, where you will find numerous cafes, restaurants and boutiques. The villa itself is incredibly stylishly decorated and offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The garden with the private pool is a real highlight, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the sun. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, always ready to give tips and recommendations for the area. The rooms were spotlessly clean and the beds extremely comfortable. We enjoyed the quiet and peaceful atmosphere very much. All in all, we can highly recommend this villa – it was really the perfect place to experience Alaçatı and the beautiful Çeşme region.

Our stay was great. Mr. Önder provided us with flexibility in both check-in and checkout times. This was a great value as we had two babies. The house, garden and pool were clean. It was very easy to get to Altinkum and Diamond beaches and Cesme center by car. During our holiday, Mr. Önder took care of whether we needed anything. Thanks for everything.
