Holiday rentals with a patio in Manisa Merkez

I felt immediately at home which was so nice after travelling for a few weeks. The location is perfect close to everything and the views are amazing. Mr Mustafa and his wife helped me with the washing machine and supplied all I needed -I was very impressed. Also supplied was a water cooler bottle which I really appreciated as so many places expect you to buy bottled water which is detrimental to the environment. I loved staying in my airy, comfortable, safe and beautiful apartment and would definately recommend it to travellors. I think its even better than it looks in the listing ! We booked this beautiful accommodation for 4 nights. The hostess was very nice and we were even able to check in earlier. It felt right at home. The accommodation is in a quiet area where you can easily unwind. Once again, thank you to the wonderful hostess. She was very warm and welcomed us very warmly and also said goodbye. Our children and we have taken them to heart. We will definitely be back!!

Perfect location for exploring Urla Art street (5 minutes away) and the surrounding area. Quiet residential area, bright and clean flat, fully equipped with all needs and free parking. The apartment has a smart tv for some cozy Netflix nights if you want to stay in. Supermarkets, restaurants and cafes all around the corner easily reachable. There is also an airco and big terrace. Mr Ümit was super responsive, friendly and welcoming. His parents live downstairs and were very helpful and nice. We would definitely come back.

We had a magical accommodation experience! It's not just our home, but our soul that we've rested here... The house was not only comfortable, but also seemed to be built with peace. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, immaculate and presented in the best form of hospitality. The location was great; the surrounding nature, silence and energy really did us a lot of good. The host was literally kind, caring and reassuring. He was always available and helpful; we felt very special. ✨ This is not just an accommodation, it was an inner pause, a divine breath. The location of the house is brilliant. We really enjoyed it. The sunrise is breathtakingly beautiful. A short walk and you are in the small simple village. We loved it. The terrace is a dream and you just go out of the garden gate and into the sea. Wonderful. From my point of view, the house is more suitable for a couple and not for several people. Simple but wonderful. We can really recommend this beautiful place 100 percent. The communication with the travel agency team was also great, although that was not necessary at all, there were no problems. Really gorgeous. We loved it!

I am staying at Mr. Erol's place for the second time. Two friends stayed here before, now I wanted to stay here with my wife. The reason I prefer this place again is the reliability and hospitality of Mr. Erol, beyond the location and view. You can find beautiful views elsewhere, but you can't find a loving host. Everything was sufficiently clean. Even the cats are peaceful. This is a place where we are happy. I hope that in the future, we will all be vigorous, cultured, self-improving, and respectful individuals like Mr. Erol. There is a lot to learn from cats. We would like to thank him very much for hosting us and for all our conversations.

The description of the guests' favorite is absolutely true... We changed our holiday date and rented the house and had a very nice holiday experience. The house was completely as described and as in the photos, it was quite authentic and clean. It was a very nice house consisting of 2 spacious rooms, a living room, a toilet and a kitchen, with its own toilet and bathroom, where 2 couples could easily stay. We enjoyed the cherry liqueur our host left for us while sitting in the courtyard in the evening... Our hosts were also very hospitable, they answered all our questions quickly and with interest... Thank you very much.

Mr. Çapan was very helpful in the process. The location of the house was very central. The house was tidy and clean. It can be preferred for family accommodation.

Amazing, comfortable, stylish, and well-equipped place in the historical center of Izmir, with very kind and helpful hosts. We had a wonderful time enjoying breakfasts on the terrace, surrounded by nature and birdsong, with all the main attractions, local restaurants, and cafés just a short walk away. The Turkish bath is a fantastic bonus on top of it all. Just a heads-up for taller guests: watch your head at the doorways!:)

Erhan and his partner were kind, offered homemade biscuits and coffee, and were happy to answer any questions. Erhan made sure we were able to check in smoothly. Overall it was a very comfortable stay! The place is clean and had all the necessities.

The apartment was located in the old neighborhood of Izmir. It was very quiet and spacious. The apartment has two floors plus a roof top access to view the sunset, cruise ship etc. It was walking distance to the taxi stand , close to the train station and broad walk where the locals go fishing, jogging, ride etc. Just a reminder you will walk some steep hills to get to and from the train station. We were received and greeted by his assistant Mr. Nihat. He was very humble, useful and delighted to welcome us to Izmir. I would highly recommend.

It was really nice and clean place. We felt like at home and had a great time! If we come to Plomari again, we will definitely choose it.

The accommodation is located in the port of Mytilene, only 20 minutes from the airport. You can find parking and move around the alleys that are full of fast food, restaurants and cafes. It was spotless and provided all the comforts. I will definitely choose it again.

We stayed in Mytilene and absolutely loved the place we stayed at. The check-in was super easy, the balcony was so romantic, and the bed was really comfortable. The decoration was lovely, and most importantly, the location was perfect. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose this place again if we return.

A very friendly and accommodating host. The apartment was small but nice. Completely sufficient for two people. Has everything you need for everyday life. In addition, it was very clean. As a bonus, you still have the view.
