Es gehört ein großes traumhaftes Garten und Waldgrundstück dazu welches den Gästen zum Relaxen, Grillen usw. zur Verfügung steht. Zum Strand und in das nahe Grömitz sind es nur wenige Minuten. Ein toller Startpunkt für jegliche Unternehmungen. Ein Fahrradschuppen ist vorhanden. Ein wirklicher Wohlfühlort.

We offer you a beautiful vacation home in a quiet location, about 8 km away from the Baltic Sea resort of Grömitz. Both bedrooms have their own outdoor access. Willkommen in unserer stilvollen Ferienwohnung im 2. OG (mit Fahrstuhl) im Haus Atlantic – ruhig und zentral direkt am Kurpark von Grömitz. Euch erwarten ein separates Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, ein großzügiger Wohn- und Essbereich mit hochwertigem Schlafsofa, eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Essplatz und Theke sowie ein Balkon mit Hängesessel und Blick über die Dächer von Grömitz. Perfekt für entspannte Urlaubstage mit bis zu 4 Personen.

Maritime room near the beach with private bathroom

We rent our small but fine guest room. It has a separate entrance. The door lock is of course lockable. The room includes a new renovated bathroom & a beautiful sun terrace. In the room there is also a small refrigerator. The room is very close to the Baltic Sea. For the stay in Dahme, a tourist tax of €3.50/€2 per person (depending on the season) is charged per day. The visitor's tax is booked separately online in advance.

Country garden near the Baltic Sea

Nestled in the heart of Ostholstein - in Lensahn - is our "Old Doctor's House." Our approx. 50 m² large, cozy two-room apartment "Country Garden" is located on the 2nd floor. The apartment in the English shabby mix impresses with the accents and details selected with love and care. In the furnished garden, which is available to all guests, you can end your beach day. Tiny house on the Baltic Sea

Mobile tiny house made of wood with 8 cm insulation made of sheep's wool (biocide-free!), loving interior design with plenty of vegetable oiled wood for a healthy indoor climate and harmonious light, untreated larch wood cladding, five large, outward opening windows, running water, multimedia, loft bed with good mattresses and slatted frames, small fridge and room temperature controlled stone slab heating.

New, modern apartment between forest and sea

This apartment was newly built and furnished in 2022. Our farm is located off the main road, very quiet and idyllic surrounded by meadows and forest. It is about 6 km to the Baltic Sea, Grömitz. You can shop in our Regiomaten or in the surrounding towns of Lensahn, Grömitz. In the season from June, we operate a farm shop where fresh vegetables from our own production are offered.

Helge's sunny loft

We warmly welcome you to the Sonnenloft near Grömitz! How about breakfast on the large sun terrace or just relaxing in the countryside? In 3 km you are on the beach and can reach numerous restaurants on the promenade. The Sonnenloft was newly expanded by Helge by hand until April 2023 and is now waiting for you!
