We visited here with our 3 month old and it was fantastic, well appointed & equipped place. It was tastefully decorated & had a calm atmosphere, it was more roomy than we expected which was great. 10 mins walk to beach, beautiful view over golf course & estuary. Great experience would recommend!! And definitely stay again!

Great little townhouse, all new and shiny! Got heaps of sun and was toasty warm with the heat pump on the cool mornings. Loved the location it was so handy to the market, shops and theatre. Just a few minutes walk. The bed was super comfy.

This is a very well- equipped unit in a peaceful area, that is very well maintained. close to all local attractions and easy to get to from Auckland

Fantastic villa with everything you could possibly need. Location was 10/10, the village is only a 2-3 min walk away if that but where the villa is located is so quiet and private. The villa was super clean, furnished well, and the bed was really comfortable, also appreciated the quality linens throughout from the beds to the towels. Lovely private deck to enjoy the sunshine. Kitchen had everything you would need for meals, same applies to the bathroom and laundry, everything you would have at home was provided for here. Jenny was a dream to deal with, responded promptly and the lock box check in made it even smoother. We will be definitely be back and are excited to have found a dream little villa to stay at. We will be repeat visitors thats for sure.

Beautiful spot, friendly hosts but we were left to our own devices which was great. Stunning views and awesome location. It was great we could take our dogs and we all felt right at home. Loved the decor and art work and the attention to detail down to the matching crockery! An added bonus would have been a little table and chairs outside to sit at. But we loved it and would love to come back again. Thank you!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Tiks’ place. It was spotlessly clean, located right across from the beach and within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Tiks was a wonderful host and was very accommodating. Highly recommend! 😎

A lovely, roomy, private place. Angela’s communications were excellent - with speedy replies being especially notable. The kitchen is little but don’t let this fool you, it had everything we needed for a weekend at the beach. Highly recommend this place for a weekend near the beach with views of the sea and a considerate communicative host.

An absolute gem of a find, brilliant hosts and really good accommodation. Absolutely perfect for us, and only 20mins to Te Arai. Bonus for our dog Cooper was a very friendly Harvey.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was very quiet and peaceful. The evening was filled with a low hum of cicadas. Wonderful ocean view. Which looked incredible in the morning. Very close to everything. Nice amenities and a cosy bed.

we enjoyed our stay at Frances Mary’s place. It is a handy location and walkable into town if the weather is kind. It wasn't kind for us. We loved all the little niknaks. The kitchen was well equipped. We would recommend this place for any couple wishing to stay at Whangarei.

Awesome person to deal with and great place

The property was so quiet and great distance to beach and local sshops.The groundskeeper was so friendly and helpful.

It was my first family holiday since 2017. The AirBnB was a new experience for me, but the hosts were respectful and their place was wonderful! I was able to bring our 2 x dogs which was great and I took them for a walk every morning, greeting others with their dogs on the way. My adult children loved being able to hang out at the beach and sit in the hot tub or use the kayaks on offer. My husband unfortunately worked every day but was able to enjoy to peace and quiet at night. Having a washing machine was practical and saved my workload when we returned home. We visited Charlies Gelato which was yum and I was able to purchase some beautiful wine from Brick Bay vineyard. Matakana was disappointing it felt like Auckland with long lines of traffic and expensive products however, the lady at Honest Chocolate was lovely. We fished off Scotts Landing and caught 5 legal snapper. All in all, I would highly recommend this AirBnB, absolutely the best holiday in a very long time. Thank you.

Perfect location with unobstructed views of Snells Beach water - assisted by sliding fence and retractable dog screen! Host on site residing quietly above and very respectful of apartment privacy! - availability assisted with small access issue. A lovely cosy apartment - great for peaceful R & R! - all necessary facilities available!

Lovely apartment, looks much nicer in person than in the photos. The main bedroom upstairs with the ensuite has beautiful views. Our kids loved the pools, the big pool is now salt water and not as hot as described but this was perfect for the kids. Would stay again!

We absolutely loved our stay here! Sue thought of all the little details to make sure you have a comfortable stay. The bed and pillows were SO comfy! The yard is peaceful and the spa pool is just outside the patio doors from the living room looking out onto beautiful landscape. They are such lovely, friendly hosts that take pride in their beautiful place and it shows :) we had everything we needed and then some.
