Large property around the house. Ideal in the hot summer as there are many shady trees. Two large terraces, one in front and one behind the house. Equipped with two garden loungers, lounge furniture and a large dining table with chairs. The property is completely fenced. Therefore, ideal for families with children and ideal for people with dogs. The house is fully equipped and spacious. Parking on site is also possible.

We stayed a month in this beautiful family estate surrounded by olive trees. The hosts are very welcoming and very kind. The accommodation is very well located in a peaceful environment. you can walk or drive to Peschici and enjoy the beautiful beach a real moment of relaxation. we recommend

Our stay in Vieste was wonderful. The owners from the beginning made us feel at home,offering us fruits from the garden....They advised us very well on places to visit and restaurants to go to for lunch or dinner. Małe ale śliczne , czyste, ciche, super wyposażone mieszkanie, super wygodne łóżko , morze 50 m od domu , w centrum historycznym miasta , super miła i pomocna gospodyni, mieliśmy tam super pobyt i serdecznie polecamy ! The best place in Vieste for couples:-). Small but nice, clean, quiet, super equipped apartment, super comfortable bed, sea 50 m from the house , in the center of the historic city, super kind and helpful host, we had a great stay there and we highly recommend it! ♥️♥️♥️ Thank you !

Angela is an amazing person, the accommodation offered is superb, the place is quiet and restful, the pool is a real plus, and the garden with sunbed and hammock is great. Angela recommended us restaurants that were divine, where we were welcomed great, she had even booked for us! In short, go there without a second thought! Big favorite for Malaika and especially Nana, her dogs who are so adorable!

Paola was very welcoming and generous. The house had good facilities as advertised. Good location to get to beaches and explore the national park. Recommended.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay overlooking the valley and amongst the olive trees. Stunning pool and terrace. Easy access by car, 7 mins drive to Peschici and main beach. Lovely base to explore the area including Vieste and Foresta Umbra. Antonio was very responsive to our questions and was a whizz with google translate. Would definitely return to this peaceful haven.

If you want to experience the life of the private beach house for a big family, three bedroom and very big living room , with all windows on the beach this is your place it could be to quite at night but still i will be coming again for a longer time, hence before you come here you need to do some grocery and cook in house because the closest thing to the house is like 30-40 minutes of tight curvy roads. For me i loved it because it is far from everything and everyone i like the privacy and the voice of the wind and water

Giulia's house is in a rural area and is very spacious. The fully fenced garden was a paradise for our dog🐕. The outdoor area is tastefully designed and offers many seating options that invite you to relax. I highly recommend this accommodation.

I got what I expected, an exceptional quiet place with a beautiful view. I don't need much to live, so I was fully satisfied with the accommodation. Simple and clean. Unfortunately, I don't speak Italian so I couldn't talk much with Matteo. It's a very interesting place, I fully recommend coming to check it out.

We had a fantastic time in this house. a small paradise in peace on a hill. We loved the beautiful garden with the view to the sea. But within 5 minutes at a supermarket or in the cozy village of Pescicci. the house offers all comfort, a nice kitchen, bbq, a good bed! We certainly hope to come back here again!

Very nice and clean apartment. Enrico was very responsive and helpful. Good location convenient to restaurants and train station. We would stay there again.

We loved our stay at Claudia's place. Everything was even more beautiful and stylish than in the photos. Claudia has decorated the house very tastefully. She also ensured a good check-in and check-out. We got good tips from restaurants, etc. We enjoyed this romantic stay in molfetta and would definitely come back here. Michele, Anna Maria's son, welcomed us with great courtesy and helpfulness. He gave us all the information about the place. The house is cool and close to the sea. In 15 minutes you can reach the beach of Vignanotica, perhaps the most beautiful in the Gargano.

We thank the great hosts for a great stay. Mr. Nicola is very communicative, we came from Poland, even though we do not know the Italian language, through an interpreter the communication was smooth. If there were other issues, we wrote via bnb, the answers were express. Nicola was very helpful, he suggested what and where to eat, how to get to interesting places. The accommodation itself is wonderful - a room, kitchen, bathroom, wardrobe, wonderful terrace, comfortable, nothing was missing. It was even more beautiful than we thought. Beautiful area, close to restaurants, beautiful streets, port, at the same time quiet and peaceful in the apartment.
