Villa holiday rentals in Mandeville Canyon

We loved this Villa!! Was perfect for us and the dogs. Bed was comfy, the whole place was extremely clean, and we loved how we are able to access the Langham pool and hotel. Chris was an amazing host and responded super fast and was so helpful. Would love to stay there again.

We stayed at Charlie and Kevin’s beautiful house while in Malibu for our daughter’s graduation from Pepperdine. It was the perfect arrangement for our family and so convenient to campus. We really enjoyed the beautiful scenery and porches and balconies. Fantastic communication, even accepting an Amazon delivery for us before we arrived. I just wish we had discovered this gem before her Senior year!

We flew in from New England and we had a great stay before leaving on a cruise from the port of LA. Elena was quick to respond to my questions before booking the apartment. She was also extremely easy to communicate during our stay and her cleaners accommodated our early arrival.. We traveled with our 18 year old daughter and 20 year old son and all had a bed to sleep in. The apartment is very clean. The neighborhood is quite easy to walk to restaurants and also the beach.

This place is incredibly peaceful and serene—exactly what we needed. From the moment we arrived, we felt at ease. The home is beautifully maintained and full of calming energy. Susanna, our host, was absolutely wonderful—kind, responsive, and genuinely thoughtful. She made everything so easy, and it’s clear she takes great care in creating a warm and welcoming space. We’re so grateful for this stay and would return in a heartbeat. Highly recommend to anyone looking for rest, comfort, and kindness in a home away from home.

Simple and clean with spacious rooms! Well worth it

Jose was a responsive, friendly host. Ours was a last minute rental and he was very flexible and helpful. The house was p perfect layout for 6 adults and 4 children. Exceptionally clean,& welcoming . I would recommend this rental without hesitation!

Everything went well with our stay. Candis was responsive when we had questions and helpful when we needed help with one of the doors. The hot tub was nice and it was hot when we arrived which was nice. Overall a great stay 🙂

This house is a real stunner, with beautiful furnishings, great art and books, a great kitchen, plenty of seating for a large group and a fantastic location (near the Hollywood sign). It is both elegant and homey at the same time. We were a large group for the holidays and everyone was comfortable, with plenty of space for everyone, and no one wanted to leave this special house.

This is one of the more amazing places I've stayed! The views are amazing, the house is incredible and Dessie was a great host! It's high up and out of the city you can almost forget you're in LA. I couldn't to anything but take in the view. We have a great stay, and we'll definitely be back!

We absolutely LOVED this sweet Spanish Villa tucked away in the jungle vibes of Venice. Super quiet & away off the street, with beautiful and eclectic touches of Art and furniture. The pictures do not do this place justice, it exceeded our expectations! High ceilings, lots of space and sunlight, fresh breeze from the bedroom terrace coming in. The beds were so comfortable and the sheets were a dream. Had the best sleeps here. Loved the Spanish tiles through the rooms and the vintage gas range was so cool! I felt like I was living in an architect Design magazine house. The location was perfect. Quick walk to Abbott Kinney , and grocery stores. The hosts were quick to respond as well which was great! It was so clean and had everything you needed to enjoy cooking and hosting friends popping in for a visit. The gym was a total bonus! It was just amazing! I could live here and would stay here again.

I enjoyed my stay in this lovely house tucked away in the canyon. I particularly appreciated being so close to beautiful hiking trails while only a short drive down to shops and restaurants. The place was clean and very well equipped and the host was responsive and helpful. I'd stay here again.

Mili was fabulous! Responded so quickly. Had all that was needed ready for us! Very clean. Great space for a large group. Lots of seating inside and out. Plenty of tables. Lots of parking. Peacocks and bunnies in the yard! We loved our stay as we celebrated our son’s wedding locally! The rec room with the workout equipment was great. Air conditioning worked very well! Highly recommend!

Great house, private, spacious, modern, and walkable to everything you need (unique for LA) was perfect for our family of 6. The hosts (Tyler) and the owner were very friendly and responsive and made sure we were super comfortable. It's a definite repeat for us.

This home was perfect for my family, visiting the LA area and so much more comfortable than staying in a hotel. The kitchen had anything we would ever need, although with so many great restaurants around we didn’t cook much of anything there. We loved spending time in the backyard. The host was extremely responsive, the home was super clean and felt like our own. We were very comfortable. We stayed a week and do not think that when we visit LA again we would want to stay anywhere else. Thank you for opening your home to us. See you next time.

Great place in a very residential neighborhood in the middle of the San Fernando Valley. Takes about an hour to get down to LA/Santa Monica so keep that in mind. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well as the outdoor living area. Kitchen is nice and open. If you like to avoid Teflon for cooking, bring your own pans. Would recommend for a nice stay in the valley.

This home is beautiful. I loved that this home had more than the bare minimum of furniture. It truly felt like home. Tommy was a great host, answered all our questions and checked on us a few times. House rules clear and easy to follow. The neighborhood is quiet and easy to access. We parked on the street and entered the home to access the gate key. Once parking was situated we were able to immediately relax because the amenities. From the pool, to the hot tub, guest house, and the kitchen. Omg the kitchen, and the provided cookware/dishes, request to use plastic by the pool were provided. I was able to cook dinner without buying additional items. The art work was cool, and the yard felt like you were worlds away on vacay! Sitting by the fire laughing and talking nightly was a highlight. Thank you Tommy for providing such a wonderful getaway!

Great place to stay! Comfortable space for our large family. Very private and safe neighborhood. Easy access to the 118. We will be back next time in LA.

The house was immaculately clean—you could tell it had been professionally prepared before our arrival. The kitchen, bathrooms, and even the windows were spotless. The host was incredibly responsive and kind, checking in to make sure we had everything we needed without being intrusive. We spent most of our time exploring the local dining scene, which was just a few minutes away—tons of options for foodies! Would absolutely stay again.
