Nica’s home is amazing and we felt right at home. It is beautifully decorated, modern, well furnished, great location and very well stocked. A lot of details throughout the house including a very nice first aid kit and a great selection of great coffee and teas. The home has good and sturdy hand rails and we had no issues with the stairs. We enjoyed our stay and felt right at home. We will come back next time we are in town.

We had an amazing stay! The place was spotless, in a super convenient location, and we felt completely safe throughout our visit. It truly felt like a home away from home — very comfortable, great shower and thoughtfully set up. The hosts really went above and beyond by including not just all the daily essentials, but also extras like a TV, games, and a fully stocked kitchen with everything you could possibly need for your stay. You can tell they’ve thought of everything! We highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting Philadelphia. You won’t be disappointed!

This was the cutest and most convenient place we could have stayed for our trip! The aesthetic was relaxing and the bed was the most comfortable bed I have slept in while traveling!! We came into the city for a music festival and were pleasantly surprised and impressed with how much there is to do in a walkable distance. I would definitely recommend visiting the Museum on a Friday evening for their discounted event which included live music & drinks ! Perfect date night. If you have pups there are so many beautiful areas to talk them for walks. We will definitely be back in the future as there was truly not enough time to enjoy all the area had to offer. Thank you!!!

We had such a lovely stay at Jeanette’s place while attending my 20-year reunion at Swarthmore College. The place was impeccably clean and thoughtfully stocked, the bed was super-comfortable, the location was perfect (a nice 25-minute-ish walk to campus), and Jeanette was wonderfully communicative and accommodating throughout. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay in Narberth. The apartment was a two minute walk to downtown and the train station making it easy to access the local restaurants and to get into Philly. Dave was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay and we loved being in the quaint town of Narberth away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Beautiful bathroom remodel. Nice space, easy to access, great for walking to Penn and other University city areas. I’d stay again!

We loved this place. Great location near the train station, quiet neighborhood. Chestnut Hill business district is lovely - wish we had more time to explore!

Overall great experience!! The location was prime and close to Philly. Close to Wawa and local restaurants. Very comfortable place for a couple. Eli was also very responsive and helpful!

We used Drew's home for our daughter's wedding weekend home away from home and it was perfect. We had everything we needed and more. The backyard space was gorgeous for taking photos and relaxing pre and post events. And we had space for the girls to get ready in comfort. The kitchen was well appointed and the layout was super helpful for feeding the wedding party while they got ready. The fireplace was an extra nice touch as was the wine fridge and fire pit outside. We are so thankful for this rental as we were in from out of town and needed a space just like this to make my daughter's day extra special. As a host, Drew was very responsive and prompt when answering our questions. We will definately come back when in the area again.

This is a definite must stay if you’re coming to Philly with a large family! The place is simply amazing home and is modern, spacious and pristine in nature! It’s is wonderfully decorated and could easily be a show home! It is exactly as advertised and much more! The jacuzzi and outdoor patio and bbq are a really nice touch, and well as the exercise room and equipment on the second floor! Katerina is a gracious and wonderful host! She responded to any inquiries in a timely and helpful manner! We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return! Sophia‘s manor was the perfect place for our family to get together, visit, and share a meal. The home and property are absolutely beautiful and close to any restaurants, shopping and entertainment you might want. Sophia was a gracious and helpful host, and she helped ensure that our stay was an enjoyable one. We would definitely recommend it to family and friends and others.

House was exactly as described. Super easy to check in and out. Convenient to Philly. Grocery stores and pharmacies within minutes of the house. The host made sure we knew they were available if needed. The house rules were easy to find and follow. When another event brings me back to the Philly area, I wouldn't hesitate to book again. Very enjoyable stay.

Amazing stay, hosts went above and beyond for us. Coming from Scotland and never being in Philadelphia before they made it easy and gave great recommendations. House was stocked amazingly and felt like a home from home. Nothing was a bother for them and they were always available for any questions. I have never been in such a good air BnB.

Mike’s place was beautiful. Modern, elegant, clean and impeccably designed. Beds were comfortable, shower was great. A perfect stay for a relaxing getaway. Parking was an added bonus. Cute neighborhood, walkable to a ton of things to do including Eastern State Penitentiary. Highly recommended, would happily stay there every time!

Pat and Lulu’s place looks exactly like the photos, it has essentially everything you would ever need from an Airbnb. The location itself isn’t pretty but no complaints on the Airbnb at all! The beds are also super comfy.

Meng's condo is in a perfect location if you're looking to get around the city easily. Despite being in a high traffic area, we had no issues finding parking and getting around. The condo was spacious and fit all our needs for a weekend stay for a family wedding.

My dad and I had a fabulous stay here! The place was clean and as pictured! The host gave great recommendations and was super helpful with the parking information. Would stay again and recommend to others!

Danni's place offered a relaxing stay for my family of four (including toddler & infant). Her responsiveness before & during the trip was greatly appreciated, as were her clear instructions & city guide. The home offers up multiple places to congregate after a day of touring the city -- the rooftop in particular was lovely even if the weather didn't cooperate. The kitchen was functional and came with a nice welcome basket that my children loved. I also really appreciated the baby items -- gates for the staircases, all outlets covered, toys, a crib, pack n' play, and baby bath. These amenities made it an easy decision to forgo a hotel and made our packing a bit easier too! Fairmount is a walkable neighborhood with plenty of food & coffee options, as well as on-street parking. Hope to visit again soon!

Clarissa's place was amazing! It looks exactly like the pictures and although we didn't use the kitchen it was fully equipped with everything you needed if you ever wanted to cook!
