Eric’s place was everything shown in the picture but you don’t get the cozy feel until you get there. The kitchen and dining space allowed my guests and I to cook for multiple meals and actually enjoy sitting together at the table. I have a disability and having a bedroom and bathroom on the bottom level was ideal for my comfort which allowed me to be social and not worry about repeatedly climbing steps.

Tight street and a bit beat up in a few parts but clean and roomy and great hosts

It was a large unit. It fit a family of 7 with a small child without a problem. There are a lot of stairs. Parking can be little expensive. Easy to walk to restaurants and Historic sites. It felt like a very safe neighborhood. On a low traffic street so traffic noise was not too bad. Reasonably well equipped. There was a bathroom on every level.

It was a great deal for a large place right in the city, walkable to plenty of restaurants and things to do. The host was very responsive and friendly and had great recommendations in the area! On top of that, it was very clean and spacious! The lower floor was perfect for our older kids who loved having a separate living room area to play video games and ping pong without taking over the main living room.

Tuan is an excellent host! His place was perfect for our weekend getaway to Philly. Short inexpensive Uber to the sports complex. Easy & safe walk back after the shows. Less than 30 mins. Tuan knows how to run an Airbnb. His communication is unmatched. Very clear instructions. His place was stocked! Towels, linens, bathroom supplies, movies, games, snacks, coffee, beer! It truly was perfect for the 5 of us. I hope Tuan's place is available the next time we visit. My brother, who is super picky lol, rated everything we did over the weekend. He gave Tuan's place a 10/10. The rest of our crew agreed with him. Thank you Tuan for hosting us & for the memorable weekend!

GREAT space, warm and inviting, in a friendly walkable neighborhood. Samantha was a 'superhost' in the truest sense of the word, incredibly responsive and very accommodating and helpful. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend!

This is a wonderful place to stay with lots of excellent options for food and drinks nearby, and the location is very walkable to center city or the stadiums so long as the weather isn't bad. Megan was very quick to respond to my messages ahead of check-in and is very friendly with a good sense of humor. So, it's an excellent place with an outstanding host - I would absolutely try to book here again next time I need a place in town.

Spacious and great location! Great location just outside Chinatown. Quiet neighborhood. Large apartment with plenty of space - 2 floors, two bathrooms, and 4 bedrooms. There are two shared living room spaces with plenty of room to hang out together. Kitchen had everything needed to cook a meal and a dishwasher. Washer/Dryer was great to have as well. We rented this place for 4 adults and it could easily fit 10-12 given the queen/double beds, big couches, and air mattresses provided. Quirky plumbing and washer/dryer but owner shared this, there were signs in the apt to indicate this, and this posed NO issues at all for using the bathrooms or washing clothes. Have to find parking but if you can't on the street there's multiple options for cheap paid parking around the corner. Hosts are great and provided detailed clear information about the place and were very responsive to questions. We really lucked out with this place and would rent this place again in a heartbeat.

Taryn’s attention to detail and the amenities were beyond perfect. The location was perfect for sight seeing, spending time with family and relaxing. Highly recommend! Nearby musts are The Ground (a lovely coffee cafe/plant store just around the corner) and Lazer Wolf (an outstanding Israeli restaurant within walking distance)

This place was great; such a cute walk-up that was quiet and private, yet close to restaurants and city life. Everything was clean and stylish. Rowland was very helpful and responsive; would stay here again!

Location! Location! Perfect place for 2 surrounded with, restaurants, grocery store, park and even pet shop nearby! Fun activities and farmers market on weekends at nearby Rittenhouse Park. We stayed almost a month and the Joseph did his best to accommodate us. He immediately responded to all our requests/questions. I would definitely recommend his home!

I stayed at Ryan’s place with my husband and our friend for a concert/long weekend. We loved that it was centrally located to subways while also being in a quiet area. Ryan was so helpful and responsive which I appreciated very much! Communication, guidelines, and instructions were all friendly and clear. The Airbnb was clean and comfortable. The small outdoor area was such a nice touch as well! We all looked forward to ending our night there after lots of walking every day. I will definitely stay here again next time I’m in Philly!

Scott’s place is exactly as described. Stairs are definitely not for anyone with an aversion to heights or a mobility issue; other than that the place was perfect. The host was exceptionally kind and communicative. He offered to let us drop our bags early since we arrived in town before the official check in. The batteries died in the tv remote and he had replacement sent to us within 20 minutes. I have stayed in a large number of Airbnb’s around the country. This was, by far, the most hospitable stay I’ve had. Great location, comfortable and stylish unit, fantastic host—I couldn’t ask for more.

Such a delightful (and--because of the staircases--wonderfully quirky) home! The house itself is spacious and easy to live in, with a charming openness on the main floor that lends itself to family flow and easygoing engagement. The neighborhood, in turn, is quiet, friendly, and--just a few blocks away, in Manayunk's downtown--gently engaging. There's a great spirit about the entire place, one that definitely feels fully grounded in community. And Kathleen is a wonderfully communicative and helpful host. Altogether, our family stay here was eminently delightful!

This house was a great find close to Penn's campus. It's off the main busy streets so it was quiet and easy to park. House was beautiful and very well maintained. I would definitely recommend it.

Great location in Queen Village walkable to great shops and restaurants! We appreciated having a parking spot.

We loved Maria’s house and her as a host! Very helpful and friendly! Parking is easier during the daytime. Location is great very close to the Art Museum and several other museums. We really enjoyed our stay!

I booked this location because it seemed like an out of the ordinary option within walking distance to the Filmore. We loved the space, it provided everything you could want or need from an Airbnb and more. The more, or course, being the game room. We loved coming home from a day/night out and continuing the fun playing some pool, connect four, and other provided games. The TV in the game room was a perfect touch, it allowed us to put on some music via Spotify while we poured some drinks and played some games. Honestly, if all you wanted to do was book a stay here, go out to dinner, and hang out back at the place, you would be more than entertained. We actually skipped the bar in favor of our own little private bar via this space. 100% will be booking again the next time a concert is in town. PARKING: if you are reading this and are worried about parking like I was, don’t fret, there is ample free overflow parking under the overpass not but a 1-2 min walk away.

We had an incredible Memorial Day weekend at this property while celebrating a joint bachelor/bachelorette trip, and it truly exceeded our expectations. The house was absolutely perfect for our group spacious, thoughtfully designed, and equipped with all the amenities exactly as described. What really stood out was how well the space was optimized to comfortably sleep 12 guests under one roof no one felt cramped. The master bedroom, with its private balcony, was a personal favorite. The backyard and rooftop offered cozy, charming spots to relax and hang out with friends, day or night. Parking was a breeze with plenty of free street parking nearby, and the neighborhood felt safe and quiet, adding to our peace of mind. The hosts were outstanding generous, responsive, and accommodating to every request we had, making the entire experience seamless and enjoyable. We’re already looking forward to our next stay here, and I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Philly!
