Quiet, cozy and comfortable. If you love plants, you will enjoy her gardens- they are beautiful! She thought of everything I might need and even provided things I didn’t know I needed. I would definitely book there again!

Peter and Pearl are awesome hosts! The Peaceful Retreat feels welcoming and cheerful, with very comfortable furnishings. These hosts have thought of everything! The location is great too, whether you walk or drive. We were in Sarasota to attend graduation at RCAD and the location was perfect!

Cute little studio apartment nestled in a quite neighborhood close to all shops and beaches in Sarasota, a great couples getaway location.

The neighborhood was very peaceful and quiet. The place itself was clean and well furnished. Overall very comfortable stay!

Loved our long weekend at Kaitlyn’s place. Looks exactly as pictured in the photos, clean, cozy, and really appreciated the toiletry & other items provided ( ex. Trash bags, towels, kitchen supplies etc.) we didn’t have to make a run to the store immediately upon arrival , which was nice after a long ride to FL. Would totally book again !

Beautiful home with an amazing view. My boyfriend had a blast fishing all weekend. We caught some catfish and even saw dolphins swimming. 10/10!

This beautiful property had a lovely combination of old Florida and a trip to the Amalfi Coast! It was beautiful and so comfortable! The furniture and bed were both very cozy. The pool and lounge areas, so perfect! The neighborhood - pretty and friendly. Easy walk to the river. We loved this stay and cannot wait to visit again!

Just checked out of Kate’s place! What can we say, as a family of five and also our parents we had the most amazing stay. The property is as described, super clean and spacious! The kids loved the pool area and spend countless hours playing around the pool and with the vast array of games throughout the villa. The Area was beautiful, gorgeous beaches and friendly people! Kate was an amazing host, always insightful, friendly and very responsive. What a fabulous family holiday full of lots of new memories created. Thanks Kate!

I can't say enough praises about Melinda and our stay at her bungalow. From our first interaction with booking, Melinda was amazing and continued to be troughout our entire stay. She was quick to respond to any questions that arose. She made wonderful recommendations for outings and restaurants. She even allowed me to bring my 3 fur babies which is hard to find and greatly appreciated. She even asked if she should order extra bowls for them. She provided a nice doggie mat for them and made their stay very comfortable which is most important to me. The bungalow was just as pictured and described. It was very clean and had all the amenities that we needed. The bed and pillows were very comfy. The bungalow, as mentioned, is on a street but the traffic didn't bother us. At night it was very quite. There is a home across the street with several dogs but the barking wasn't bothersome at all. At night they were very quite. I would definitely stay at Melinda's bungalow again & highly recommend

This home is well- maintained and has lovely outdoor spaces. The artwork in the home was unique and fun, not cookie-cutter or generic. I loved that. The amenities were just what was needed to prepare meals or enjoy ourselves. The neighborhood is quiet and walkable, with friendly neighbors. Overall, this is a great location and property.

We had a wonderful stay! The 3-bedroom, 2-bath home was very clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. It truly felt like a home away from home. The host was very communicative and responded promptly to any questions we had. Highly recommend!

From the moment I arrived, the home was spotless and thoughtfully prepared. The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee maker, air fryer, refrigerator, stove, cooking pots, dishes, utensils, and dish soap. The bathrooms had hand soap and toilet paper, and the laundry area included a washer, dryer, and detergent. Beach gear such as chairs and an umbrella were also provided. As a Doctor of Pharmacy student, I truly appreciated that the university is only about 12 minutes away. I spent many days studying, but also took time to enjoy the warm Florida weather and relaxing atmosphere. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful—always quick to reply whenever I had a question. I also had the chance to play pickleball and enjoy some fun outdoor moments with my husband. The neighborhood is quiet, the house is in a gated community, and I felt very safe from the day I arrived. The cleanliness throughout the home was impeccable, and I’m genuinely grateful for the entire experience.

My husband and son stayed there due to our son‘s last physics exam at Palmetto high school. And then he’s off to the Navy. The location was perfect. The host (Cayla) was gracious and had a quick response every time we had a question. Our son was very impressed with the TVs that were supplied and could not believe the backyard. Although our son is 18, he said anyone with kids would enjoy this, not just the treehouse but the activities the home provides. Very clean. Very close to Mila’s and the river house. just five minutes away from Riverwalk. Highly recommend Jessica‘s home.

I loved Ashley’s place. This was my first solo trip away from home but Ashley’s place still felt cozy enough to be my home for the few days I was there. It’s so close to Anna Maria island that you are able to enjoy all that the area has to offer but still a distance away so that you can have a bit of quiet at night. The place was spotless and Ashley was great at responding and giving clear and concise instructions. I hope to be back in the future!

We truly loved staying at this beautiful condo! It was super-super clean, modern-designed, had everything we needed, and even much more! Full spectrum of laundry/cleaning/bathroom supplies in abundance. The space is very cozy, stylish, and the location was really convenient - walking distance to Publix, good restaurants, and other useful places. Andrew and Angel are great hosts and kindest people! Responded immediately and positively to all our questions. Can’t wait to get back and stay here again! We feel lucky to find this place! Thank you Angel and Andrew!

The location was close to everything we needed. The apartment was quiet, clutter free, clean, and comfortable. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen had enough dishes for our needs. We really appreciate that it’s dog friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Martha’s cute and cozy condo. The view was the best part. Love being on the beach and even though the weather wasn’t the greatest, Martha had wonderful books and games for us to use. Another shout out to Martha is that we forgot my husband‘s favorite backpack cooler yet Martha took a picture of it and said she would hold it until our next visit which I thought was very honest and considerate. Our stay at the Westwind was great. Very clean and up to date amenities. Had everything you need to head to the beach including beach chairs, coolers, and towels. Everything was very positive. Just as described and pictured.

Heidi and her place is the the most organized and best operated Airbnb we stayed at. Starting with communication from the moment we booked to very last detail. The place has everything you will ever need, very clean. Beach is right out of the door, pool is great and plenty of floaties, boogie boards and toys for kids. Heidi ordered new pack n’play for our infant, left drinks in the fridge and first morning surprised us with muffins and juice left at our door. Plenty of recommendations and very friendly communication through out the stay and beyond.
