Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Manatee River

We had an absolutely amazing experience at this place! The house was not only beautiful but also incredibly comfortable. Everything was spotless upon arrival, and the decor is modern, cozy, and thoughtfully arranged. The beds were super comfortable, and all the amenities were exactly as described—if not better. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to cook meals, and the pool and backyard is perfect to relax snd enjoy. The location was also great—peaceful and quiet, yet close enough to the beach and everything we needed. The host was responsive, friendly, and made sure we had everything for a great stay. I would 100% recommend this place and would love to come back again. One of the best experiences we've had!

I cannot say enough about Teresa's home! It was SO clean. This was the first rental I walked into and didn't feel the need to re-wipe every surface. With small children that was a huge relief! The home is amazing. It literally has every thing you could ever need (even a suitcase scale!). The outdoor space was our favorite part. The pool is big, there is plenty of seating and a nice TV for playoff hockey games 👍 We had such a great time and we were so sad to leave. Teresa was wonderful - responsive and flexible when we ran into travel issues. We will always remember this house and hope we get to enjoy it again some day!

We loved Andrew and Evie’s place. They were very friendly and responsive. House was beautiful and had everything we needed for our 4night stay. It even had plenty of beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels and coolers for our beach days in the beautiful Ana Maria island, just 10-15 mins away. St Pete beach walk was a quick 35 mins drive with beautiful restaurants, gelato shops, boutiques and great night life. Andrew and Evie were very generous with supplying plenty of bathroom and kitchen supplies. We felt at home and would love to come back again in the near future. One of our best Airbnb experiences so far!! You guys are great, thank you for being awesome hosts!

This is truly a great place. The beds and pillows or comfy; the backyard is amazing; it’s super close to a lot of conveniences. Irina was a pleasure to work with. If you need a place in the Bradenton area I cannot recommend this place more highly.

Claudia’s place was one of the best Airbnbs we’ve stayed at while visiting AMI. The home was beautiful and the master bedrooms en suite felt like your own personal spa! If you’re traveling with babies or toddlers there is no safety fence around the pool, but there are alarms on every door leading out to the pool area. Claudia was very accommodating and even let us to check in early which allowed us to have a whole extra day to enjoy the pool. We really enjoyed our stay here and we highly recommend booking with Claudia!

Mike and Lisa were amazing! Quick to responses and very helpful. They literally thought of everything in their beautiful home. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back! 5 star rating for sure! Thank you so much ☺️

Len was a terrific host, and his property is beautiful and exactly as described. Len made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived, and was very responsive to any of our text communications. the property is exactly as described and perhaps better than the photos on the listing, including a beautiful view of the water with stellar sunrises every morning. the location is quiet and centrally located to great restaurants and beaches on longboat or siesta key. highly recommend this location for any travelers looking for a quiet and comfortable stay in the Sarasota area.

This cottage was lovely, would recommend to anyone. It was cozy and comfortable and a quick walk to the beach. Marisa was very responsive and flexible!

The turquoise gem is truly a gem, I’m so thankful we found this place! It’s very cozy & clean. Although, I would recommend bringing some slippers or wearing socks, I get why there’s not a lot of rugs (sand & such) but the floor isn’t the most comfortable walking around barefoot. The location is perfect, and super close to a convenient store & restaurants. The beach is gorgeous. Loved it here & we would totally stay again!☺️

There are the basic amenities and hospitality that make a place pleasant to stay at. Richard and the environment he's curated takes it to the next level. His level of care and commitment to your comfort is exceptional. Being walking distance to all the fun that the waterfront has to offer, yet feeling like you're sheltered amongst a quiet garden paradise was a delightful balance. I absolutely loved falling asleep to the sound of the breeze through the palms and the chirping geckos. As a female traveling alone for this trip, I felt very safe.

A Peaceful and Memorable Stay My wife and I recently stayed at The Blessing while transitioning the sale of our home, and it truly lived up to its name. We were looking for a place that was not only comfortable and clean but also peaceful—and this cozy retreat delivered on all fronts. The space is beautifully decorated with thoughtful touches that immediately made us feel at home. We were also traveling with our two medium-sized labradoodles, and Angela was incredibly accommodating and kind. Her hospitality and communication were top-notch from beginning to end. You can tell that The Blessing was created with care and a heart for ministry. There’s something special about the atmosphere—it’s a place where you can genuinely rest and be renewed. Whether you're passing through, visiting family, or just need a quiet space to regroup, I can’t recommend this place enough. We left feeling grateful, refreshed, and yes—blessed.

Beautiful home, wife and I really like it a lot!

The house was a little smaller than expected, but still had everything we were looking for. We had a slight problem with the lights in the bathroom during our second day, but Eric was quick to respond to our concerns and helped us resolve the issue. The hot tub was an amazing added feature which we utilized every night and the instructions for check-in and check-out were clear and concise and easy to understand. Overall we had an amazing experience and I would highly recommend any couple to stay in this Airbnb.

Perfect getaway for natual lover. The house is very cozy, and kids had a great time. Great location with Beaches, boat tours, grocery, restaurants are all available nearby.

We had a lovely stay at Villa 7! It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed (and more!). The kitchen was well stocked, the beach toys were a fabulous treat for the kids, and we loved the fun garage space! Kat was quick to respond to any questions and very friendly. We appreciated the clear instructions, recommendations, and information she shared with us. We walked to the beach and the pool and could easily rinse off using the outdoor shower. We also enjoyed walking to the Daquiri Deck & Captain Curts, and taking the free Breeze Trolley into the village. This location is great and the villa itself is very nice!! Definitely recommend :)

We loved Paula and Roberto’s house. It is beautifully landscaped and decorated. The bedrooms are all spacious. The kitchen was surprisingly well equipped. I don’t think that there was anything that we needed that we didn’t have. The screened in porch and pool were heavenly. We had seven adults and three kids and a dog and I would say that the game room was the biggest hit after the pool. Paula and Roberto accommodated an early check-in for our family with two small children that were flying in early. I would highly recommend this Airbnb.

This was the most beautiful and accommodating Air Bnb I’ve ever stayed in. Everything was new, clean, and updated with the latest technology. The toilet seats were even heated! We had a group of 9 plus a dog and everyone was very happy with the stay. Marcin was super nice and always answered questions quickly. The pool area is incredible. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to make meals and the bathrooms were stocked with plenty of essentials.
