I enjoyed my stay here, can’t wait to come back! Dion and Danielle were more than friendly and accommodating. The Bungalow was very cozy and exactly what I needed.

This was a great place to stay! This is more than a guest house, it's a home. The unit is attached to main house, but it is thoughtfully separated and the backyard is split with fence so there is a ton of privacy and feels like separate house entirely. The full size kitchen is well stocked, the bathroom is nicely appointed with beautiful tiled shower. The bedroom was comfortable with a huge roomy closet which was stocked with plenty of extra towels. The bed was very comfy!! Plus , there is a gas grill in the private backyard which was an added bonus. The property is in a very convenient location. It is across street from Gillespie Park, ample street parking, walking distance to downtown & marina, and bike-able to St. Armands and the beach. Best of all, the host is very responsive, friendly and super accommodating . We really appreciate the warm welcome and responsiveness!!

This was our second time staying at Lubos pool house. We really enjoyed our stay and are already looking far time to escape back. Great location near restaurants, stores and beaches. Back yard and pool are a dream and very peaceful.

Cozy place, we felt right at home. It’s in a great location, restaurants are a few blocks away. I highly recommend this place and we definitely would come back!

Susan's guest house is in a quiet neighborhood, yet convenient to everything. The pictures on the website are accurate; the house is comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. There is a lovely private and fenced patio/yard that we enjoyed relaxing in with coffee in the mornings. The AC/heat unit was essentially silent, and worked great. Susan was friendly and quickly responsive to anything we needed. If we go back to Sarasota, I will definitely try to book Susan's house again.

Location, location, location! Ilene and Al’s place was exactly what we were looking for… a private beach for our family (that includes fur babies) AND a pool! Just like we imagined and similar to our stay in Hawaii. Al and Ilene’s place is as described in the listing and focuses on the surroundings vs the accommodations. The cottage is comfortable and quaint and meets basic needs for two people, but this property is all about the very rare private beach and beautiful surroundings that are quickly disappearing from coastal FL due to the overtaking commercial properties. Get it while you can and enjoy this rare gem… it won’t be here forever!

We loved our stay here! Would highly recommend to anyone staying around the area. Has all the amenities you could ever possibly need and the host was super attentive. 10/10!

We had a wonderful weekend at Andrea’s place. From the beginning, she was very responsive and ensure that all of our questions were answered. The space was easy to find, easy to enter and quite private. When we arrived, it was perfectly clean and was just as described. The home is very bright and comfortable, and the hosts accommodated us with bicycles that we were able to use to explore the area. We had a great time in Sarasota, and this Airbnb was certainly part of the reason. Would definitely recommend!

This was a perfect place for our Sarasota trip. It was close to the downtown area, lots of good food, and several great beach options. It was a huge plus to have beach towels, chairs, and an umbrella available for our use. The place was very clean, comfortable, and private.

No tengo palabras para describir lo hermoso que está el lugar, todo completamente nuevo, limpio, contábamos con todo lo necesario para nuestra estadía y más, si está buscando un lugar en el cual te sientas seguro te recomiendo este al 💯 fuimos con nuestro Jet Ski y contamos con estacionamiento para el mismo, nos sentimos cómodos de dejarlo en el lugar estacionado para ir a comer, muchas gracias por todo definitivamente estaremos volviendo pronto.

I liked everything. Everything was great. Clean house, with new renovations inside. It was calm and comfortable. Very friendly hosts. And they solve problems very quickly. I recommend!

Amazing home! Easy check in and good lighting outdoors. Well decorated for aesthetic and functional purposes. Well established kitchen with everything you need. Rooms and bathrooms are cozy- beds and pillows feel very comfortable. There’s board games, card games, workout and yoga equipment, working tv’s in every room. Everything was thought out just like a home would be. Ethan was very helpful, friendly, and professional. Very glad I picked this home for vacation!

The Guesthouse provided great accomodations for my trip. Located in a very quiet, peaceful community that has immediate access to shopping, attractions and major highways. It offers a great kitchen and bath, the entire unit sports a fresh renovation. It has its own large dock. Jozsef is a great host. I will return there and recommend it. tschüs

We are very glad that we managed to choose this house. Large, spacious, with all the amenities and close to all the beautiful beaches. John is a big and kind person with an open heart and a bright soul. He does everything to make his guests feel comfortable. Thank you John.

This unit is very well decorated, has efficient space, and is in a gated private nook that feels a world away from the hustle & bustle of this part of Florida. It’s perfect for two adults. The host is respectful, responsive, and caring. We will definitely stay again the next time we are in the area!

Casa tal como se ve en las fotos, los anfitriones atentos a cada momento que les necesite. Lo mejor sin duda, la ubicación, muy cerca de la playa y se podía ir andando al centro de Sarasota en un paseo muy agradable, pero a la vez era un barrio muy tranquilo. Tienen un porche estupendo pero lleva repelente de mosquitos o no podrás disfrutarlo. El garaje viene genial para que el coche no esté caliente cuando lo cojas

Als je van rust en het platteland houdt, is deze woning heel geschikt. Het is knus ingericht maar van alle luxe voorzien. Edward en Bobby (host) wonen ernaast en zorgen dat het je aan niets ontbreekt. Wij hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad.

Jeremy is definitely a super host! He was extremely responsive to my questions about the area and things to do. We loved the surf shack and cannot wait to come back! Not only did we love the accommodations and the neighborhood, but we also loved how close it was to the beautiful beaches. Sunsets on the beach during the weekdays are amazing!!! Too much traffic on the weekends. We highly recommend the surf shack!

Jane’s place is so beautiful very relaxing. Such a clean place exactly like the description! Me and my guest stayed for about a week and had everything we needed. Definitely recommend! Jane is super nice and even helped us check in early since we arrived sooner than expected.
