House holiday rentals in Manassas

The Airbnb advertisement for the house does not adequately convey how nice this place actually is! Most of the items in the house: furniture, appliances, cookware, grill, bedding, towels, etc. are of high quality and excellent condition. The interior of the house is open, spacious and beautiful. It has high ceilings in most rooms, and a vaulted ceiling over the kitchen, dining room, family room, living room, and foyer. Barbara and Mike gave our girls a tour of the sheep farm and let them meet their dog. They were also responsive quick to take action whenever we had issues (like tripping a circuit breaker and running out of propane). For an additional charge of $75, they warmed up the pool for me twice because I am not a fan of water temps in the low 80s. The location is beautiful and secluded, but you can get to Shenandoah hiking trails in 20-30 minutes or Walmart/Safeway in 15 minutes. We loved our time here and would definitely stay at Peacefield again.

What a find! We were attending a wedding on the Potomac and found this gem of a place basically right next door. A perfectly appointed home in a peaceful, tranquil, beautiful setting. Connie was great! Responsive to our need to find the iron, not exactly an emergency, Connie responded immediately with it's location. Loved it!

We really enjoyed our stay. Very spacious for 8 adults, 2 young kids and a dog. We would absolutely return.

Our experience at the Wizards Escape was amazing! Nate, our host, was the best. He checked in to make sure that we were getting the best experience out of the house. The atmosphere is unreal! We really felt we were at Hogwarts Castle. The bedrooms are so full of detail. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could imagine. The Great Hall is magical! The escape rooms.. fantastic. We only stayed 2 days but tried to get in all the activities that were available. We played quidditch golf, did escape rooms, had a scavenger hunt, made great meals in the Weasley's kitchen. We had dinner in the Great Hall under the levitating candles while listening to the Harry Potter music in the background. This house is a home to be experienced. We are definitely coming back!

I needed a place that my family, from out of state, could stay while attending a graduation. The house was perfect! I told Bob what I wanted to do and he was encouraging and helpful. He made sure we had propane for grilling and answered all my questions. He was very prompt when I reached out to him. We had an amazing time. I would stay there again.

Really lovely home. Well stocked and nice details like luxurious towels and soft sheets. Everything was labeled and well-organized. Very comfortable and great space for a family. Beds were comfortable. Kids loved the huge bathtub!

This home was the perfect place to celebrate my daughter’s graduation! We had family travel in from several states, and everyone felt comfortable and truly enjoyed the spacious layout. It was a bit too chilly to use the pool, but I’m already looking forward to booking this home again. I’ll definitely be a repeat renter!

Such a wonderful stay! Luisa was so quick to respond to me, she literally replied back within a couple minutes! Accommodations were beautiful and looked bigger than the pictures. I was nervous about staying in the basement with the a family living above but it was absolutely no problem, there were no noise issues at night to disturb my sleep and the air purifier made a nice soothing white noise to sleep to, best sleep I had in a while, and the bed was very cozy. The kitchen and bath were immaculate and the 2 rain shower heads in the bathroom were amazing! Good shower pressure and plenty of hot water! I hope to get another chance to stay in the near future!

Our family stayed at Fox Hill Cottage for a long weekend when we traveled to VA for our niece's wedding. It was the perfect setup for us. We were absolutely in love with this Airbnb - it was super clean, on a beautiful property, and had such impressive attention to detail. This host thought of everything, and you can just tell how much care is put into this home. This place is an absolute gem!

Kimberley is an amazing host! The Carriage House is in a beautiful location and had all the amenities we needed for us and our two dogs during our 10-day stay. We look forward to our next visit!

A super convenient place for Quantico visitors. Place was clean and updated. Perfect for 2-3 people. Great for parents visiting son/daughter at Quantico.

Shirley's place is a fantastic little find. Pristine, spacious, welcoming. Great host. Only stayed one night so couldn't explore locally but saw several nice places to eat and ship at on my drive in. An approx 20 min drive from major DC attractions. Great neighborhood!

The property was just gorgeous!!! I didn't spend a lot of time actually in the house because of our schedule that week (we were there because I was taking classes), but I thoroughly enjoyed coming back to Gary's place to see the view and hear the birds and just the beauty. Thanks so much!

Great house for families. All of the baby supplies you could need, they had several pack n plays and high chairs. Some kitchen wears for kids. The arcade were a huge hit for both kids and adults. The beds were comfortable. The master bedroom does have skylights which are uncovered. Two of the bedrooms have very large, walk-in closets great for pack n plays. The neighborhood is very cute and great for evening walks. It’s a little bit outside of the city, but close enough to Walmart and a few restaurants.

Grateful for the chance to stay at her place. She took take of us, we came with our 9 month baby and she even put toys around for her. She provided everything we needed and more (an extra space heater!) Very spacious basement, great view, very quiet. Def will stay there again.

Wow, immaculate and very well appointed. Kitchen and baths were more stocked than most places we’ve stayed. Lush towels and great bedding. Very convenient location with easy access to highway but still felt private and tucked away. One of the best Airbnb experience!

We were visiting family in the area and needed a place for us and our two dogs. We loved the place as it had everything we needed. We didn’t stay in much as we were mainly out and about. We enjoy hiking so it was great to have some trails near us. We didn’t spend too much time outside in the back yard because it was too cold that weekend but it’s super nice. Ameen was very responsive and I highly recommend his space.

We absolutely LOVED our stay here! It was the peaceful retreat we were hoping for. Morning coffees on the front porch, cozy campfires at night, and hiking trails just steps from the driveway. It truly had everything we could have wanted. Inside, the house was fully stocked with everything we needed, including a few welcome snacks that were such a thoughtful touch. The space is FUN—if you’re into antiques, you’ll have a blast exploring all the fascinating and unique items throughout the home. We spent quite a bit of time admiring all the vintage treasures. The beds were super comfortable, and everything was clean and well cared for. Preston was a fantastic host, great communication, very responsive, and proactive about giving us all the info we needed to check in and feel at home. Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for a relaxing, character-filled getaway with nature right outside your door. We’ll definitely be back!
