Lakefront cottage with boat, beach and private jetty

Spacious holiday home with lake plot. Completed in 2017 with a bright and open plan with all possible amenities. There is access to a boat and a lovely swimming jetty. Lake perfect for fishing! Charcoal grill is available to borrow for barbecue evenings that you can spend on a lovely deck with lake view. The house has a larger bedroom with a double bed and a smaller bedroom with a bunk bed with a larger bed at the bottom. In the loft, there is a regular bed as well as a comfortable mattress on the floor. A/C is available for hot days.

The house is located in the small community of Likenäs with proximity to grocery store and gas station and about 5 km to the mountain's foot. Perfect accommodation for the whole family both summer and winter as the surroundings have a lot to offer of skiing, biking, hiking, paddling or maybe just enjoying the Värmland tranquility.

A private drinking water well as well as exclusive fishing rights are, of course, included.

Welcome to our cottage, a stone's throw from Klarälven. Enjoy your morning coffee on the terrace and look out over the Klarälven river that flows right behind the cabin, or why not grill a sausage over the fireplace located at the back of the cabin. Here you are close to swimming, fishing, hiking and skiing. In 20 minutes you reach Branäs and in 50 minutes Långberget.
