Stay at Juan Carlos' place is great! It's wide and spacious, love that there's necessities available to use if needed and a plus for the slippers! Had no problem at all with checking in, location is great as well and transportation as it is accessible. As per the host himself is very nice too, he's hands-on and will proactively be responding to concern if any arises. Thanks a bunch, Juan Carlos!

We are very satisfied at Eladia’s place. It met all our needs from the bathroom portable water heater and a separate room for a washer to wash our clothes. That’s a must. It has 2 bedrooms that accommodated our family. The location is very close to a lot of good restaurants, hospital, grocery store and public transportation. It is also a safe place to walk around even at night time. Eladia is very considerate and thoughtful of our situation due to family emergency. She is also very approachable with the assistance of her caretaker of the place.

Its my second stay here, because I enjoyed my first stay so much. it has everything you need in an airbnb, restaurants across the road, grocery store behind, malls just a 10 minute drive away, as well as a balcony to sit outside and take it all in. Accommodating host and easy to communicate with. Overall a 5 star stay. thanks again 😊

Overall, we had a wonderful staycation in this lovely abode! Staying on the 17th floor offered a cool ambiance and stunning views, making the experience even more special. The place was cozy, with a clean and simple design that made us feel right at home. Melody's place was great. It was in the middle of the town. Quite walkable. Too bad, it was raining quite a bit at that time but if it weren't, walking around town was a good experience. Her place was good value for money. Would love to stay at the same place when we make a visit to Montalban again.

The place is clean and spacious. The host and staff are very kind and also responsive in the chat. They even accommodated my requests. I thought we wouldn't enjoy the pool because it was a bit small, but we had a great time. The rooftop is also nice at night; we hung out there to chill. Overall, we enjoyed celebrating my birthday here. 😊 I will definitely recommend this place to my friends. Thank you very much! ♥️

We had a great stay at this property! The place was very nice, clean, and comfortable. It’s also well-suited for families, with enough space to make everyone feel at home. There was a small hiccup with the sleeping arrangements, but the owner promptly took care of it, which we really appreciated. Overall, a positive experience and we’d be happy to stay here again.

I’d love to commend the following: - The whole Airbnb is Air conditioned. - They are very responsive & helpful. - Wifi is fast, TV Apps has subscriptions, and working speakers + microphone. - Squeaky Clean in first floor - Many rooms & has a balcony. - CareTaker is really helpful & knowledgeable (take note, she’s new but will do anything she can to assist) A few downsides that the owner can improve on: - Some linens have visible blood stain - Water is poor (even the pool. It has strong chlorine/zonrox? idk. It will make your hair dry) That’s it. I think if you are looking for a place to stay/chill with your small barkada, I’ll recommend the place! Since it has all that you’ll need. But if you are looking for a resort, and all of you will swim.. You might want to check another bnb. But overall, our stay is enjoyable & unforgettable. The price is actually a great deal! Especially if you are going to consider all the amenities that you’ll get :)

It’s amazing that you can find this kind of place in Valenzuela. Very accessible and worth every penny but it could have been better if the owner will also invest in cooking utensils since the place is for larger groups. Thank you, Arbie! Had a great time with my friends at sir david’s place! He was very responsive with my questions and requests and made sure we felt right at home. Definitely coming back. The balcony was very spacious and his place has a clear view of the cityscape at night. Worth checking out.

I’d highly recommend this place to anyone traveling for business who also wants some comfort and entertainment after a long day.

While the unit is small, it still is worth the stay for a solo staycationer or 2 people. Overall, 10/10 because the unit is clean and tidy. Ms. Hilda is also very nice and helpful.
