Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Malolos

We had a wonderful stay! Everybody in the family absolutely loved the place. It’s just the right size for a small to medium-sized group, and the layout of the house is thoughtfully designed so that everyone feels connected while still having enough space to relax. The house was very clean and well-maintained, which made us feel comfortable right away. The host was responsive and helpful, even in the middle of the night, and never once made us feel like we were a bother. That said, I’d still suggest not disturbing them unless necessary — but if you ever need help, you can count on them. They even went the extra mile by recommending a home service massage, which was exactly what we needed to unwind. From booking to check-in and check-out, the whole process was seamless. Highly recommend this place for families looking for a smooth, stress-free getaway!

We had a great stay! The place was aesthetic and cozy, with a fully equipped kitchen, billiards table, basketball area, and a beautiful pool with a fountain. Everything was well thought out. The host was very responsive, and even the caretakers were friendly and helpful. Just a heads-up: there were some mosquitoes, likely due to the rain, but it didn’t take away from the overall experience. We’ll definitely be coming back! :)

You won't even thought that there's an Airbnb like this in the Metro, near the mall, very accessible. The caretakers were kind and accommodating, always ready to answer your inquiries and requests. Nate is very responsive, you can expect him to answer your queries right away. I like their kitchen, they have provided everything you need from plates to utensils. They also provided mineral water and the use of the gas stove is for free. Excellent experience, worth recommending. We enjoyed their amenities, billiards, darts, air hockey, and also the Videoke. The rooms were also nice, hope you will have rooms at the ground floor for Seniors who can no longer go upstairs. Overall rating excellent. 👍

Location is perfect as it’s just behind SM North. Joemar was very responsive and we didn’t have to ask for anything because he already provided all the information we need during our stay.

I really enjoyed my stay at the place. Everything was exactly as described – clean, well-equipped and very pleasant. Communication with the host was also excellent: fast, friendly and always helpful. I felt completely comfortable and can absolutely recommend the accommodation!

Highly recommend Manuel's place. Easy to find and very spacious. Our relatives slept well. The owner is right behind the unit so when internet and gas ran out, they are just a message away to address the concerns. Will surely stay again =)

Bang for the buck. Legitimate 5-star Airbnb. Holds a high standard of cleanliness and it's very quiet in the area. The vibe and high-ceiling interior is relaxing and uplifting. Full kitchen from pans to cheese grater, you can cook full meals. 5 sets of hygiene kits and towels is very commendable. Friendly neighbourhood, no stray and barking dogs, a store 2 houses away. Best part is the snack bar cheaper than 711. This is the opposite of rip-off. We felt home, we felt safe. To top it off, Sir Ramon and their family is very nice and accommodating.

Our 2nd time to book Ms. Kaye's wonderful place. Still got the same feedback from my friends that it was indeed a very relaxing place.. definitely feels like home. Ms. Kaye was still very responsive and was able to accommodate my requests. Thank you so much again!! ❤️❤️❤️

5 stars – Wonderful Stay! We had a fantastic experience at this unit. The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The check-in process was smooth, and the host was responsive and helpful throughout. The location was perfect—close to local attractions, restaurants, and public transportation. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like extra towels, a fully stocked kitchen, and fast Wi-Fi. Overall, it was a great value for the price. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

5 days well spent vacation with this place

It is such a great place to stay for family with complete amenities and enough space for six people and had a comfortable sleep that felt like home. The room have stunning view and each room has own aircon and toilet. Restaurants and malls is just walking distance. Great place thanks!

Booked this place for a staycation and the place had all the amenities as listed! Located in a very convienent place with a convenience store, food shops, and coffee shop right across the street and SM North Edsa close by. I loved the feel of the place, the shower, the decor. I would definitely book again!

A great place for staycation. The hotel/condominium itself was very clean and secure. The apartment was very clean when we came and it has everything that we need. The bedroom was great for staying in, or for having a movie marathon. The balcony view was also great. Will visit this place again in the future.

Ms. Lisa was very accommodating. I highly appreciate how clearly she communicated with us. Since we booked the unit the same day, we had to wait for a bit because it still had to be cleaned due to a previous booking. Even so, she offered to extend our stay, and the place was spotless when we came in. I also like how complete the kitchen is. Aside from the usual cookware, there was also some seasoning readily available. Lastly, the unit looked exactly like the photos. The bed was comfy, there were a lot of things to do, and it was easy to access. I highly recommend this place, and I want to commend Ms. Lisa for being a great host.

Gemalyn is a great host. She is always responsive, kind and allowed me to check in 2 hours before. Lobby was beautiful and luxurious, staff were courteous! Check-in instructions were clear, contactless. Host provided complimentary coffee, tea, cup noodles. The room was clean and complete with all the things needed for my stay. I especially liked the recliner chair! There is also a Robinsons easymart on the ground floor where you can buy food, drinks and anything need for your stay. Mall is nearby, 10min walk. Really had a great and enjoyable stay. Thank you Gem for making is feel at home.

This is our second time staying here, and it’s just as great as we remembered. Still highly recommended! Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. The place is very accessible, conveniently located right in the heart of Cubao—close to everything we needed. Looking forward to coming back again!

We had a great stay from May 29 to June 4. The unit was well-equipped with thoughtful extras you don’t always find in other places, like a flat iron and hair dryer. The best part for us was that they allow pets, which made our stay even more special. We were able to bring our dog, Conan, and he enjoyed it just as much as we did! Huge thanks to the hosts for being so considerate, for the quick responses, and for the little gift for Conan 🐶 it truly meant a lot.
