Great place! Great host! The pool was already available on warm days in March. The street behind the house was not very busy at least at the time of year and the adjacent neighboring houses were empty. You can use the house superbly to explore the area. It offers plenty of space even for large families!

We had a fantastic time at this villa! The villa was really top: modern, very clean and equipped with every comfort. The heated pool was a big plus and we enjoyed it every day. The location is wonderfully quiet. Srečko, our contact person, was incredibly friendly and always available for questions. We would recommend this villa without a doubt and would love to come back here sometime!

Janus is a very friendly and welcoming host! Her villa is very nice and functional: what a comfort to have a toilet and shower in each room! the construction is recent and bright. The heated pool is very nice and allows you to swim even on cloudy days: the kids loved it! We'll be happy to go back!

The house was perfect, we felt comfortable right from the start. The kitchen was superbly equipped and the garden with the outdoor kitchen and pool are beautiful. There is nothing negative to say here. Everything was great. The pictures correspond 1:1 to the house in reality. It offers plenty of space, it is clean and there are many things available. Enough towels, toilet paper, dishwasher tabs, etc. We will be happy to come back! Thanks for the lovely stay! :)

We had a good time in Janus's house and felt very comfortable right away. The house, the amenities, the view and the pool were really great! The place is super small and quiet, which we enjoyed very much. In any case, you have to be mobile to get to the supermarket, for example. Check-in and check-out were also super hassle-free. We highly recommend Janus's house!

We were a group of 10 people and had a great time at the villa. A lot of attention was paid to details. Everything you need is there, from spices, detergent and charcoal. As we had a car everything was quickly accessible (beaches, supermarkets,…) Marko was also a great host and easy to get in touch with.

We stayed at this wonderful house over the weekend with friends. It was a great experience - the house has everything you need to feel at home. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the entire house is tastefully furnished, which made us feel very comfortable. The owner is very friendly and easy to communicate with. We’ll definitely come back. Highly recommended.

Communication was straightforward and fast at all times. Loving personal welcome by Jelana with welcome snack. The house was immaculately clean and completely fenced. There were plenty of towels and crockery. As well as all the other things you need soap, toilet paper, dishwasher bars, salt, sugar, oil and much more. You had a beautiful illuminated pool and a beautiful view of nature and even the sea. The neighborhood was very kind. Location of the house was also optimal on Krk, everything was easily accessible. We would recommend the house and agency at any time. Value was also great. Thank you for the great time

We were very happy with the house. The location is fantastic, a bit secluded so you have your peace and quiet and yet everything is within 10-15 minutes. Ivana was an excellent host who was always available and helpful. The house had everything you could need and it was all clean. Thank you for the vacation Ivana, maybe see you next year

My friends and I visited Villa Tereza and we enjoyed the whole stay very much (6 adults and 4 kids). The hosts were very responsive, always ready to help/advise, interested in how we enjoyed our stay. The house has 4 bedrooms (of which 1 with a cot). Everything was impeccably clean and tidy, we received a welcome basket of fruit, which was very kind. Amazing pool and lovely outdoor seating which made it possible for us to be out from morning to evening. The house has a washing machine and a dishwasher, also an outdoor grill. The sea is relatively close, the nearest beach is about 5 - 10 minutes on foot from a gentle hill. Beaches pebble and concrete panels, the sea beautifully clean full of fish :) There are not too many restaurants and shops in the nearest area, it is a quiet location.

Perfect house if you are looking for a secluded destination, but would like to be close to restaurants and beaches. We are returning guests on island Krk and never disappointed us. The pool is big enough for games and leisure. We enjoyed the sauna and the game room as well. We will definitely be back.

Elaborately and lovingly renovated old country house on a very beautiful, spacious property with pool, parking spaces and great location to many beautiful beaches, cities and attractions. Super nice host family who takes very good care of everything necessary.

An absolutely recommendable accommodation! :) We were warmly welcomed on arrival by Brigita with a cool beer, bread, ham, and cheese. The house enchanted us with its attention to detail. It is very cozy, authentic and welcoming and motivated by the fully equipped kitchen and outdoor gas grill to cook together. There is even a fridge on the terrace which is great for cooling drinks. All the rooms were very clean and well maintained. There was enough space for a group of 9 to be able to retreat once in a while. Fortunately, there are also air conditioners in some rooms, as the nights can get very hot. The area is very quiet and from the last floor, you can even see the sea. The pool was very clean and inviting to relax and cool off. To our surprise, the pool was filled with saltwater, which we found very pleasant. There are enough sunbeds and an umbrella to relax either in the shade or in the sun. Communication with Brigita was excellent. No matter what we needed she was always available. Brigita is a very nice, uncomplicated, and generous hostess. We can absolutely recommend a stay. We had 4 wonderful days on Krk.

This house was an incredible find! A true slice of heaven for our entire family. Meticulously maintained, comfortable and incredibly well equipped. It is incredible how this home combined a rustic feel which contributed so much for the sense of quaint relaxation while it at the same time it contained all of the amenities of modern living and more. The house is so well stocked with appliances and other equipment 8 people can comfortably not just vacation but live here without brining anything with them. The photos don’t do the garden area justice and we found ourselves talking about how beautiful and relaxing it was every day here. Pool was incredible and well maintained. Rooms amazingly comfortable. The host was beyond accommodating and helpful with any questions we had. Property is located more inland so a short drive to nearby beaches was a must but the quiet beauty of this home and the incredible privacy was absolutely worth it. We’d definitely come back!

We were two families who had a great time in the house and pool area. Great location with walking distance to beach, restaurants and shop.

It was all very good. Our dogs were also satisfied. You can walk away from the house and take beautiful hikes. It was important for us that the pool was ready to swim. We'll be happy to come back. The two hosts, Meri and Martina were very nice.

We felt super comfortable, malinska can be reached both on foot in an hour or in 10 min. by car. Januš was a very friendly host who gave us a good feeling both on arrival and departure. A small flaw was that the drain was “clogged” in the shower when we arrived, but that was also done quickly by cleaning the sieve and no problem. All in all we would definitely return, we enjoyed it very much!!

We had a great vacation here and the house was very beautiful. The view was amazing, everything you need in about 5-10 minutes by car. Jelena, our host, was really nice and supportive. We‘re looking forward to coming back!

Our holiday home in Sužan was very nice and modernly furnished. The daylight can be accessed everywhere and makes the apartment nice and bright and friendly. The house is equipped with almost all the things you need to live. A big thank you goes to Renato, our point of contact on site. He welcomed us with cold drinks so we could relax directly after an 11 hour arrival. Great gesture! He is a very attentive host, has often asked about our well-being, offered fresh towels and gave us tips on beautiful places/beaches. Super easy to reach, we didn't miss anything. Great guy!

Nice accomodation with spaceful, quiet and private outdoor area. The house is small, but good stuffed. The house is very good located for discovering the island. We had a very good time.

Super nice place, you feel right at home. Lovingly and modern furnishings and super clean. Has everything you need. In a few minutes you can walk to the sea, where there are many beautiful places to go into the water. Along the waterfront you can walk for a long time, in about 45-60 minutes walk you are in Malinska. Just across the road is a little supermarket, which is convenient for smaller purchases. There is also a restaurant right next to it, but we didn't try it. We liked the location. Thank you for the great holiday!

The accommodation was very clean, the care and sophistication were visible in every detail. We were very, very, very satisfied with everything – the equipment was extra: electric scooter, bicycle, SUP was also available. The house is impressive and the beach is close, so it is a perfect place to relax. Szandra, our host, was extremely kind and attentive – we highly recommend her!

Thank you so much for this good stay in Malinska! We had a good time, the room is great with a very nice view and there is a nice kitchen to cook. Only the surrounding, Malinska beach, wasn't as good as expected. Would highly recommend this room!
