Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Malinska-Dubašnica

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. In der Nachbarschaft befindet sich ein gutes Fischrestaurant. Während der Hochsaison ist der Verkehr auf der naheliegenden Straße störend.

Darko war ein sehr guter Gestgeber. Immer sehr freundlich und sehr bemüht, dass es uns gut geht. Man konnte sich sehr gut auf englisch mut ihm unterhalten. Die Ferienwohnung ist wie im Inserat beschrieben. 2 großzügige Schlagzimmer und ein Kleineres. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Wenn man mit 6 Personen Urlaub macht kann man sehr gut am großen Esstisch auf der Terrasse essen. Diese ist gut beschattet und überdacht. Eine Grillecke gibt es noch extra und auch diese ist gut ausgestattet. (Holz, Anzünden, alles sauber) Das Bad ist sehr schön aber etwas klein für 6 Personen. Wir sind allerdings gut damit klargekommen. Insgesamt ist die Unterkunft auch wegen ihrer perfekten Lage sehr zu empfehlen. Danke für den schönen Urlaub. 😊

Gostiteljica je bila zelo prijazna in ustrežljiva, apartma je prostoren in udoben, bil je čist in lepo urejen. Mirna in tiha okolica, prijetno kopanje v bazenu,malo nas je zmotilo le doplačilo klimatske naprave ( za kar nismo pričakovali) in nekoliko daljša razdalja do plaže, kot je objavljena.Sicer pa super,bp.

Absolutely beautifull and clean apartment on great location with beautiful view

Nadherny vyhled z terasy, bazen pro vecerni zchlazeni, paradni. Kuchyn mensi, neni to na velke vyvarovani, ale na dovolene to bohate staci. Wifi slabsi, ale lepsi je byt na terase a koukat kolem nez do mobilu :) Byl jsem zde jiz podruhe. Jsem spokojeny

Very pleasant lady and her son. The ace was squickly clean and the surroundings were amazing. Just three minutes from the beaches.

Hele fijn verblijf gehad. Google maps geeft niet helemaal de juiste locatie. Maar Miso loodste onze op afstand naar het juiste verblijf. Daar aangekomen was alles naar verwachting. Het uitzicht op zee was nog mooier als op de foto's. Een keer storing gehad aan de boiler voor warm water. Maar Miso regelende meteen een monteur. We hadden ons zelf per ongeluk buiten gesloten. Miso regelde meteen dat we weer binnen konden komen. Top eigenaar dus. Met een prachtige verblijf waar je heerlijk kan genieten.

A szállás nagyon szuper volt, szép tiszta volt minden. A házigazdák nagyon kedevsek, segítökészek voltak. Érkezéskor hideg limonádéval és welcome drink-el vártak minket. A nyelvi akadályok ellenére is jókat lehetett velük beszélgetni, sok mindent meséltek a környékről, ajánlottak strandokat, városokat, amit érdemes megnézni. Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat! :)

Sehr schöne Villa mit grossen Räumen und toller Ausstattung. Wir genossen die riesige Terrasse und den geheizten Swimmingpool. Ist auch gut gelegen für Ausflüge in den Risnjak Nationalpark.

The house, the hosts and the location are simply enchanting and fantastically beautiful. We have rarely experienced such a relaxing holiday, after a week in this house the outside world seems so far away... In addition to the pool, we especially enjoyed the outdoor shower (with hot water!), showering with a view, marvellous! Everything was very clean, there were plenty of towels, the kitchen is super equipped and everything was also super clean. The sea is great for swimming and the steps down are not bad, a short walk. We are dreaming of coming back.

Wir waren mehr als zufrieden. Die Privatsphäre war genau so wie wir uns es vorgestellt haben. Nach einen kleinen Problem war der Vermieter so schnell da. es fehlte uns an nichts. Die Sonnenaufgänge am obersten Sitzplatz waren berauschend. Es war alles in allem ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt den wir nie vergessen werden. Das Haus ,die Umgebung ,einfach alles.

The apartment looked beautiful, perfectly cleaned and equipped. Diana and her husband were very kind and friendly. The location is super, 5 minutes far from the beach. We would be happy to come back next summer :-)

Geweldig mooi appartement met een buitengewoon uitzicht op zee van ons terras. Alles zag er heel netjes uit. Heel rustig gelegen. Monique en Peter

We had a lovely stay at Gianna’s place. The view is very nice and the surrounding is peaceful. The bed were comfortable. There is AC everywhere in the rooms. The house is functional. Maybe some pans in the kitchen in better shape would be nice. The outdoor is nice and the pool was very appreciated. We stayed during the beginning of June and temperature was nice on the terrace. Maybe more shadows on the terrace for warmer day would be a +. It’s really nice to have this outdoor kitchen. The outside furniture is confortable. (Some towels for the pool/ beach could be given) The location is nice. You can reach Krk island in 10 min. Lots of nice beaches and even dog friendly beaches within 10-15 minutes. Having a car is a must. In conclusion, we had a very nice stay, the outdoor with the view is great. The house is functional. Gianna is really nice and gave us some advices to visit and for restaurants. Thank you. We would definitely come back. :)

An absolute delight! We much enjoyed our stay in Matjaz apartment. It is very clean upon our arrival and is as described on Airbnb. It supplies everything needed throughout the day. The private beach access is perfect, idyllic and gives you the opportunity to enjoy your vacation without any stress of searching for a spot in the shades. Although we did not use it this time - the garden is also equipped with a grill, which was quite tempting to use :) Matjaz is a super host for a reason. He and his wife are as friendly as one can be, super helpful and easy to communicate with. We would definitely come back any time and can highly recommend Matjaz and his apartment (s). ***** 5/5 Stars *****

C’était notre premier séjour en Croatie. Nous avons vu des paysages et des villes magnifiques, je recommande l’île de Krk et l’île de Pag, la ville de Rovinj, le Parc National Sjeverni Velebit ❤️ et bien sûr le Parc National de Plitvička Jezera. Mais le panorama le plus beau est celui de l’Adriatique et des Îles que vous retrouvez chaque jour en rentrant chez Ornela. Merci encore Ornela pour ce magnifique séjour qui nous a permis de découvrir un peu de votre si beau pays et merci pour votre accueil !

I recently had the pleasure of staying in this apartment that surpassed all my expectations. The property was exactly as depicted in the descriptions and photographs, leaving no room for any unwelcome surprises. Foremost, the apartment's ambiance was undeniably captivating. It was nicely appointed with all necessities meticulously planned for, making the place feel welcoming and homely. The most delightful highlight of this apartment was undoubtedly the amazing views showcased from its balcony. The panoramic views were truly a sight to behold, making every moment spent in this apartment quite remarkable. An important facet of my highly satisfying experience was the responsive and helpful host. It was evident that a thoughtful effort had been made to ensure a seamless and enjoyable stay for me. Queries were promptly addressed, and it felt comforting to know that assistance was always just a message away. Counting all these positive aspects together, I recommend this to other users.

We had an absolutely perfectly relaxing vacation. The place is like it looks in the pictures, I’d say even better. You really only need to take some stairs down to the sea and can take a swim whenever you want. You can also get there by Bus perfectly easy and when our train broke down and didn’t work anymore on our way there, they were kind enough to pick us up 25 minutes away from there home, where we were greeted with a lot of friendliness and care, yet we always had our privacy. You’re located in the middle between Rijeka and beautiful Opatja and we really loved it. I’d go back any time and can recommend staying here very highly!

This was our third stay at Violeta's apartment and we will definitely be coming back next year 😊 Violeta is a lovely host, kind, always available and responsive. The apartment is the best - a peaceful neighbourhood, 5-10 minute walk to the nearest beach and dog beach, gorgeous fenced yard, perfect for dogs and small children. 5 stars!

My family and I enjoyed a very nice easter holiday weekend at Brankica's place. She is very friendly, helpful and just a great host. The apartment itself provided way more then usually and way more we needed. It is located right beside the sea, just the road in between, as seen on the pictures. The cozy balcony offers a great view directly to the sea and we enjoyed it as well. 100% recommendation from our side - we are looking forward to come again!
