Holiday rentals with a pool in Malinska-Dubašnica

This house is better in real than the pictures. The environment is stunning. We were 12 people and we really enjoyed the way we could be together. The host was very helpful and answered very quickly every time we had some questions. Before our trip we got nice and helpful information about the surrounding and restaurants in the area and the host was very anxious for us to have a relaxing and nice vacation. We are all pleased and would definitely come back again.

In Super schönes Haus in einer tollen, ruhigen und abgelegenen Lage. Trotzdem sind alle wichtigen Punkte (Supermarkt etc.) schnell erreichbar! Das Haus war super ausgestattet und trotzdem wir 8 Personen waren, sind wir uns nicht auf die Füsse getreten 🤗👍 Durch den schönen Pool ist man auch nicht auf (ggf überfüllte) Strände angewiesen 👍 Nur zu empfehlen, auch die Gastgeber und die Kommunikation sind super! Haben unsere Zeit sehr genossen, gerne wieder!

La casa è spaziosa e pulita, attrezzata di tutto. Piscina meravigliosa. Abbiamo passato una vacanza meravigliosa! Grazie

Ein wunderschönes altes Haus mit riesigem Garten. Einfach ein Juwel ! Die Lage ist toll, ruhig und trotzdem nicht weit nach Malinska. Mit Hund gibt es in jede Richtung tolle Hundewege! Lediglich die Treppen in den Schlafbereich sind sehr schmal und steil! Wir haben uns trotzdem extrem wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

Dragana is a wonderful woman with an amazing place. Clean, spacious, well equipped, and a great location. Parking is easy, even with a van. There are multiple bathrooms and 3 people can shower at the same time with hot water. The room ACs work well and cool off the rooms quickly. The apartment is located within a 10 minute walk of multiple delicious restaurants and 15 minutes from the waterfront scene. I highly recommend Dragana's place.

Exzellente Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage in Nähe zu Restaurants und Wasser. Der Gastgeber ist super zu erreichen und hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft ist sauber und noch sogar geräumiger als es die Fotos vermuten lassen! die Ausstattung ist makellos.

Great stay at Michael’s! The house has what you need for a family holiday, but the real standout is the pool, which is lovely and well maintained with a spacious outdoor area. Michael is communicative and helpful and got us a baby cot when we asked for it and allowed for flexible check-out. I would absolutely recommend for a peaceful Croatian holiday

We just stayed one night at Sanja’s place and wished that we were staying longer. Beautifully clean, stunning apartment with a view to die for and the swimming pool was an added bonus. Sanja was so helpful- she answered any query we had and helped us order a take away dinner from a local restaurant that was delicious. It’s slightly difficult to find although Sanja sends instructions and photographs. Once you enter the road by the cemetery you need to carry on up the hill as far as you can go. Where the asphalted road ends there on the left is the house. Thank you so much Sanja - we have kept a note of your details as we’d love to return for longer stay next time!

Die Gastgeber waren äußerst freundlich, immer hilfsbereit und extrem zuvorkommend. Die Unterkunft war ein absoluter Traum. Die Sauberkeit war außerordentlich und die Ausstattung ist außergewöhnlich. Wir haben einen fantastischen Urlaub hier verbracht und können die Unterkunft nur jedem empfehlen. Wir werden Schwierigkeiten haben, in Zukunft eine gleichwertige Unterkunft zu finden, denn diese ist nur schwer zu übertreffen.

We had a great time, the place was spotlessly clean and very spacious. The kitchen was very well equipped with lots of amenities. The road to the driveway is super steep, so needs a bit of skill if you are traveling by car. The owners live upstairs, so it's not 100% private, however they are very friendly. We received a welcome drink and a bottle of wine in the fridge.

Proprietari molto cortesi e sempre disponibili, ci hanno consigliato tantissimi posti da visitare e ristoranti tipici, tutti consigli davvero ottimi!!Appartamento perfettamente pulito, il nostro era piccolo ma confortevole con tutti i servizi necessari, ideale per una coppia. Ottima anche la piscina con i lettini. Vicinissimo al centro ma in zona tranquilla, perfetta per riposare senza disturbo. Consigliatissimo!!

Wir hatten eine wirklich schöne Zeit in der Unterkunft bei Vali & Zdenko. Wir wurden herzlich begrüsst und uns wurde alles persönlich gezeigt. Zur Begrüssung gab es ein kleines Willkommensgeschenk und wir durften die letzten, selbst angebauten Trauben kosten. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Auch die Nachbarn waren nett. Der beste Part war für uns aber definitiv der Ausblick aufs Meer und der grosse und gut gepflegte Pool. Auch bei schlechtem Wetter konnten wir gemütlich auf der überdachten Terasse essen. Zu Fuss ist man in ca. 15-20 Minuten in Opatija (mit ein paar Höhenmeter). Wir können diese Unterkunft wirklich weiterempfehlen!

L'alloggio è ben arredato (non ho mai trovato una cucina così ben fornita) e pulitissimo. La posizione della casa offre di un'ottima vista, in quanto la casa si trova in una posizione di qualche centinaio di metri sul livello del mare. Gli host sono stati fantastici.

Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt! Filip war immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit, was unseren Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht hat. Die Unterkunft war komfortabel und gut ausgestattet. Besonders beeindruckend war die atemberaubende Aussicht vom Pool – ein echtes Highlight! Der ältere Herr, Filip’s Vater, war ebenso unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und konnten unseren Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen genießen. Filip hat uns sogar am Abreisetag etwas länger im Apartment gelassen und uns alle Apartments gezeigt.Eine wirklich tolle Unterkunft – wir kommen gerne wieder!

The house was really good, clean and had everything you could wish for. Outside area was also amazing. Just the neighbors were a little annoying because we did a Bbq ouside at like 8 pm and they directly complained that we were to loud even though we just had dinner ouside in the evening and talkt. The day after because of that we were inside the house in the evening and just went ouside once at 9 pm to quickly jump in the pool and they directly started whistleling… both enenibgs we were inside before 10 pm and we were never just really loud we were just talking so that i dont find quite reasonable… but everything elese quite good.

Ein wunderschöner Garten mit so vielen liebevollen Details macht den Aufenthalt zu etwas wirklich Besonderen. Ein sehr freundlicher liebevoller Empfang, fast ein Stück zu Besuch bei Freunden.... Traditionell und authentisch eingerichtet aber für alles ist gesorgt. Überall Schmetterlinge, Obstbäume, Rosmarin und Lavendel um den tollen Pool. Sehr gepflegt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Zeer aangenaam verblijf in een rustige omgeving. Mooi verzorgd verblijf met zeer vriendelijke en zorgzame eigenaars. Absoluut een aanrader. Jammer van de soms te drukke kustregio maar met de tips van de eigenaars kan je dit wel omzeilen. Kroatie zien met de boot is een absolute aanrader. Weg van de drukte en een zeer mooie omgeving. Gegarandeerd een leuke vakantie.

Мы провели незабываемый отдых в этом великолепном доме, рассчитанном на 8 человек. Здесь есть абсолютно всё, что может понадобиться для комфортного проживания — и даже больше! Дом очень чистый, уютный и продуман до мелочей. Отдельно хочется отметить атмосферу уединения: никакого шума машин, никаких соседей — только вы, природа и покой. Очаровательный сад, просторный бассейн, удобная зона барбекю — идеальное место, чтобы перезагрузиться и насладиться отдыхом в кругу близких. Особую благодарность хочется выразить хозяевам — Ивану и Марине. Это удивительно тёплые, внимательные и ненавязчивые люди. Когда они узнали, что у меня день рождения, передали подарок — было невероятно приятно и трогательно! Мы обязательно вернёмся в это чудесное место и однозначно рекомендуем его всем, кто ищет настоящий отдых душой и телом. Вы точно не пожалеете!

Die Unterkunft ist super! Sehr nette Gastgeber und die Unterkunft hat alles, was man braucht. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub!

Ubytování bylo skvělé, krásně připraveno a uklizeno. Ve vile je naprosté soukromí. Vila je perfektně vybavená, od kávovaru až po gril. K dispozici jsme měli dostatečný počet ručníků v koupelně i u bazénu, což jsme ocenili. Paní Ivana byla velice milá, připravila nám čerstvé ovoce a pečivo jako pozornost. Moc jsme si pobyt užili a vřele doporučujeme.

Nice clean apartment with good access to the beach and restaurants. Location was good to the beach but not to the malinska center, where are many restaurants and amenities. Everything was great, just the bed matrasses were too soft, really hard to get a proper sleep there. Definetely recommend
