Even the little detailed touches and details are provided for, including toiletries, high-end bedding and towels. The kitchens are fully stacked: both inside and outside. While Istria has a lot of small coves and deserted beaches with cristal clear waters to offer, the decking beach in Moscenicka Draga is an exclusive way of experiencing the best of what Croatia has to offer from a beach perspective. Last but not least: Tanja and Oliver are top hosts. They are easy to communicate with, and does everything in their power to make sure, that your stay is truly a five-star experience. We had a wonderful 2 weeks with our family in this house. Had super nice weather and everything you can think of was present in the house of Natalija and her family. Close to Labin, I think one of the best located places in Istria! We enjoyed the beach in Rabac, good restaurants nearby and from here very exploring Istria, Rovinj, Pula etc. Also seen the plitvice lakes and that is 5 hours up and down but worth it. Had a very nice time! Thank you!

Great location, walking distance to the port and beach. Very attentive towards us and responded immediately. Beautiful view from the patio and watched the sunset every night. Thank you for a great stay.

What a stunning place and even more beautiful than on the pictures. We loved our stay at the spotless accommodation and were treated amazingly.

The house is very quiet and offers complete privacy. It was super clean, lots of towels and bed linens provided. The pool is cleaned once a week. Maja was always approachable, gave tips for the area, great hostess! Caution when arriving: The entrance to the property is very narrow and there is no way to turn around.

Our family of four had a great week at Maya‘s guesthouse. We loved the private backyard with nice garden, heated pool and jacuzzi. The small house has everything we needed and there is a good outdoor kitchen as well. The beach is a few minutes away and at least in fall there are good chances that you have it for yourself. There are hiking trails to the secluded northern part of the island steps away from the house as well. The communication with Maja is easy and very friendly.

Everything perfect! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. From the communication to the location and cleanliness - this accommodation is an absolute dream! Child-friendly equipped with children's dishes/cutlery, elevated pool with gate and a private playground in the garden, everything has been thought of here and implemented with great attention to detail. You can tell that it's not just an Airbnb house, but that a lot of the owners' passion goes into the care. Even with self-inflicted complications, we were helped immediately and very kindly, which is absolutely not a matter of course. All in all, I can fully recommend this accommodation! I had an amazing 3-night stay at the luxury Opatija Sky View Apartment! The oceanfront view from the living room and the terrace was breathtaking, perfect for relaxing. The apartment was spotlessly clean, with modern decor and a well-stocked kitchen that made cooking a breeze. The beds were incredibly comfortable, featuring luxurious bedding, and the spacious rooms with ample closet space added to the comfort. The owner was highly responsive and provided clear, detailed check-in instructions, making the process seamless. Highly recommend this stunning, well-appointed apartment for a fantastic stay.

We had a wonderful time in Josefina's apartment. It is located in a quiet location, the city of Krk and thus the shopping facilities can be reached in 5-7 minutes by car. The view from the balcony is super nice, the apartment is well-equipped and clean, fresh towels are brought by every 3 days. The pool was a highlight in the heat. We would definitely choose this apartment again on our next visit to Krk. Many thanks to Josefina and Silvija, who were always available to us and responded quickly to any concerns. We saw (with 2 children aged 11 and 14) stayed with us for 2 weeks in the beautiful stay of Marija in Garica KrK. We had a great time there! A beautiful centrally located location making everything on the island easily accessible. The apartment was great, everything was present and we greatly enjoyed the nice swimming pool. For questions, we were able to switch very quickly with Marija - they responded immediately. All in all, a wonderful holiday accommodation where we will definitely come back again!

The surroundings were beautiful but quiet. From the apartment we could easily get to the island or the nearby village of crikvincia. You will need a car for this. The apartment was very large and super clean. There were plenty of towels provided for all of us. The beds were great. We slept well. Air conditioning was also great. And certainly no unnecessary luxury in the summer. It was very hot. We have often gone to the nearby bay for cooling off. We enjoyed the outdoor kitchens and the garden and the mini swimming pool where there was always free apperative. That was very surprising and tasty. We thoroughly enjoyed it. We like to come back ❤️

Pero's place was perfect for us with easy parking, all the amenities you might need and captivating views from the deck. Close enough to Opatija and Rijeka but still a peaceful retreat at the end of the day.

Suzana is an excellent, attentive super hostess. Everything you need and even more (umbrella, iron...) is available. There was a cool bottle of white wine in the refrigerator. On the kitchen table were fruit and chocolate and cherries from the garden. In general, the garden and the access to the sea are beautiful. The apartment is simply recommended.

My parents, my brother and I had a wonderful stay of 3 nights at Erika's apartment. Erika's lovely mother warmly welcomed us and was always available for advice. The apartment is beautiful and cosy, very clean and comfortable. The location is superb, right in the quiet nature and very close to the entrance of the national park. I highly recommend Erika's apartment!

We felt very comfortable in the Villa Sara. The location as well as the house were as described and easily accessible. Damir gave us some tips on restaurants, beaches and activities. We will be happy to come back!

We had an incredibly nice vacation in this wonderful house. Upon arrival, we were impressed by the cleanliness and the well-kepted condition – it was really flawless! You can tell that a lot of emphasis is placed on details here to make guests feel at ease. Communication with the landlords was excellent: They were always available, helpful and very friendly, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Particularly noteworthy is the fantastic roof terrace. The view from there was simply breathtaking and gave us many unforgettable moments – be it at breakfast or at sunset. The location of the house is perfect for those who want to experience the beauty of Croatia, with the proximity to the sea and the many sights in the area. We can warmly recommend this gem and thank the hosts from the heart for a great stay.

We had a great time in the villa!

Everything was pretty much as expected. Jakob was super easy to communicate with. It was pretty centrally located for all we planned to do on arrival and for day trips. The pictures more than did justice to what we found. It was very relaxing and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The castle area in Kastov was very nice, with great food and a nice place to wind down the night. Overall, a wonderful vacation to a place we’d never been.

The house is almost unbeatable in terms of value for money. It is extremely clean, nicely decorated and you can find everything you need. Even a fruit basket and a bottle of wine were provided to us. Communication was very easy, you got a quick response to all messages and both check-in and check-out were very easy and straightforward. The amenities of the house are really very very good, the appliances are modern and new and all work perfectly. If you have a car available, the location is also very good and you can quickly reach all the important places on the island. We couldn't have asked for anything better.

Wonderful house, lots of space, everything super cozy and harmonious. We felt very comfortable! The bedrooms were super nice and tidy, the pool area wonderful and everything you need was there. In 10 minutes at large shops for shopping and in 10-20 minutes at many great beaches! Lots of toys for children!!!!!! It was a great holiday and a great place to stay! Highly recommended :-)

Just really a lovely holiday. I was there with 3 grown up kids 18,20 and 21. Perfect place. Absolutely need a car but Crikvencia was just a 10 - 15 min drive and we popped there every day for groceries, restaurants and an afternoon at the beach. Andreja was just lovely and the place impeccable. Highly recommended.

It was one of the best accommodations we've ever had. My family stayed at the main house. Nothing was missing. A complete amenity! We were greeted with cold drinks and Easter snacks. Communication was also great. The location was also good, right on a main road but you didn't hear about it. The pool was the highlight of the kids and really nice and warm. We would definitely come back again and also 100% recommend the house.
