Apartment Tea is spacious and very comfortable studio, situated at the very center of Malinska, but being sheltered from the streets, it offers privacy. You can enjoy your mornings or calm sunsets at the big 20m2 terrace, with the sea view. The nearest beaches, bars, restaurants, market places or sea promenade are only 3 min walk from the house. The house has a private parking in the frontyard, and bike storage free of charge for our guests. The courtyard has grill and benches available.

Luxurious five star, two storey apartment approximately 70m2 situated in a traditional old Mediterranean style house which is located in a small marina. Fully renovated in 2016, located on the 2nd floor with a separate enterance. Apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, living room with sofa bed, master bedroom with hot tub in the loggia. Both floors have toilets/bathrooms. We at Vala aparments offer discretion but are always at your disposal if a need arises. Free parking space.

Naval studio apartment

The apartment is located in a quiet oasis with free public parking in the old town in the center of Rijeka, right behind the Governor's Palace, 100 meters from the Maritime and History Museum of the Croatian Littoral, on the ground floor of a historic building, renovated with love. A small garden for morning coffee or a glass of wine at the end of the day is located in front of the building. Rijeka is a beautiful industrial city and much, much more. You will love this small, cozy house because of it's location near the beach and the city centre (both a 5 minute walk). Since the house is self-standing, you will be able to enjoy your privacy. I offer also a parking space. The place has air conditiong to cool you down in the hot summer days. You can enjoy a nice cup of coffee with the view of the city walls from the terrace.
