This property is not for the bougie. Rustic, sun filled cottage retreat with gorgeous views of meadow and state park trails. The private separate bath house has a shower with amazing water pressure. The private soaking tub is located steps from your bedroom. There is nothing like a soak under the stars! No fancy updates but this is a beautiful slice of true Topanga. Best for the young who want an authentic “Topanga” experience. The main hiking trail is at your back door. Parking for 1 car

This 700 sqft private house is in an ancient oak forest in Topanga Canyon near Topanga State Park, the village and the beach! It’s a charming 1 bedroom 1 bath with a cozy living/dining space, modern kitchen and a deck. There’s a well stocked kitchen and orchard. Please note there are two sets of stairs up to the Retreat so being able to climb stairs is necessary. Please see photos.
