The place was simply amazing. Quiet, clean and beautiful. A nice pool and a beautiful big garden made the experience even better. Furthermore, Kostantinos was one of the most hospitable hosts I ‘ve ever had. Always responsive and helpful no matter the time. We would always come back and we recommend the place without any hesitation!

Wonderful modern place. Exteremely spacious and we loved relaxing by the pool and enjoying the views. Simos was excellent - super responsive and provided extra tips and recommendations such as restaurants and supermarkets. All our requests were met, with an infant cot and high chair provided for our baby and the washer and dryer were very handy!

We had a wonderful 5-day vacation at the villa. The property was stunning! It was tastefully designed, offering full privacy, and was super clean. We used the brick oven to make pizza and also enjoyed the pool. Everything was just as it looked in the pictures, and the villa was equipped with everything we needed. Pandelis, the owner, was very responsive to all of our requests and questions. I highly recommend this place!

We had an extremely nice stay at the villa. The pool and the view are simply breathtaking. The rooms are very spacious and there is plenty of space to relax. Everything was very clean and we didn't miss anything. Thank you for everything Stavros. We'll be back!

Fantastic villa, we couldnt have asked for more. The house is amazing and immaculate with everything you could need. Elina was the perfect host and went above and beyond and was proactive with extra information and tips. We couldnt have asked for a more welcoming and warm host. 5 star house with a 5 star host. we will be back.

Very high class Villa, if you are looking for quality accommodation then look no further. My family consisted of 7 adults and an 18 month old, stayed for 8 days. Everyone loved it. There is a great traditional taverna only 10 minutes walk away, a big supermarket 15 mins by car and great beach again just 15 mins by car. We were there in May, spend most of the time around the pool and firing up the fantastic BBQ!

Fantastic stay at this wonderful village house in beautiful peaceful Milatos, we cannot recommend this accommodation highly enough, exactly as pictured and described , host was amazing as was the delicious meal she left for our first night! Great amenities within house too. Great location to drive through mountains to elounda and agios Nikoliaos , we went straight south to beaches there too. All the restaurants on the front were amazing bar with no name fab through to Socrates so friendly and cheap €45 for two with wine . Old neighbour we sat and had a beer with although dialect was limited. Thank you again we will be back and telling everyone to come 🥰

What a wonderful stay! Antonios was incredibly communicative and greeted us warmly during check-in with fully stocked fridge, raki and a delicious platter of tomatoes, cucumbers and feta. The grounds were immaculate, the amenities were exactly as described on the listing. The location is wonderful - multiple small grocery stores located within walking distance, as well as a handful of delicious tavernas and restaurants along the water and in the nearby town. The location was excellent relative to activities on the island - we visited Knossos Palace, Skotino Cave (MAGICAL), Heraklion's Archaeology Museum, Star Beach (for some scuba diving + waterslides with the kids), and an Easter music event in a nearby town. We even rented a dune-buggy for the afternoon from the rental centre right next door. The villa itself had a great outdoor bbq, air conditioning units + smart TVs in every room, a well-stocked kitchen, laundry, clothes lines, beach chairs, pool toys, you name it, it's got it!

Our stay was not a 5 star stay it was a 10 star stay! Prior to arrival, Georgios contacted us to offer recommendations and ensure we had info to check in. Eleni met us at the villa and gave us a tour. She was so helpful, friendly and welcoming in addition to providing local recommendations for food and activities. The villa was extremely clean, spacious and tastefully decorated with effective AC. The outdoor spaces were relaxing and peaceful . The villa was very private with incredible views and beautiful landscaping including many fruit trees. Plaka beach is just a short drive and we went every day to the Island Cafe for coffee and smoothies. Emmanuel was so friendly as was everyone we met in Crete. We also rented a self drive boat and enjoyed cruising around at our own pace. So much to do nearby including restaurants and shopping. We all voted this the best air bnb we have stayed in. It is even better than the pictures and we would love to return. Thank you Georgios and team!

Had a fantastic last minute stay for 2 nights with my family. The villa has absolutely wonderful views with a stunning infinity pool. It is with in a short walk to restaurants and supermarkets, also to get the ferry across to Spinalonga. Very much recommend staying here .

Me and my family had a great week at Villa Aires. The house is very special - set on a mountain side with incredible views up and down the valley. The sunsets each evening were perfectly framed by the landscape and some of the most beautiful we have seen. We hired a vehicle for the duration of the holiday and I would say this is essential for a holiday here - the price you pay for the stunning surroundings is that the house is quite remote, only the local village is walkable (charming but just a couple of restaurants and a small shop on offer). A car also gives you the opportunity to explore this area of Crete which has lots to offer with beaches, history, markets, harbours, beautiful towns. As long as you’re happy with the location, this villa is a no brainer. We would stay again without hesitation!

Great house with good facilities. We have enjoyed the sauna and hot tub. We got in on a Sunday; the shops are then closed. Giorgos has stocked the fridge with some drinks and appetizers. That was very handy. Furthermore, the village has several restaurants where you can eat within walking distance. Unfortunately, we did not have nice weather every day and wanted to do some indoor activities in the house. The TV in the living room didn't work. Fortunately, this was solved by Giorgos. Netflix is on the TV, but you can only use if you have your own account. We didn't get this right. We did a lot of hikes in the area. Fantastically beautiful area and challenging walks. The gym was also a nice to have at the house and our boys especially used it a lot. Giorgos is a lovely host who goes above and beyond to make guests feel at ease and help when you have a question. He picks it up quickly.

Our stay at the villa was perfect from start to finish: hosting, setting and services. It was very nice to stay there and we would be happy to go back!

We had such a wonderful stay at Villa Bella Elena! The house is stunning, incredibly clean and with all the facilities you could need for a large group holiday. The hosts were incredibly helpful, friendly and attentive. They assisted with collecting and delivering a food shop for us so it was at the villa upon arrival, were flexible with check-in and check-out and also shared the taxi company and number they work with who were also great. We loved our stay and would highly recommend! Would absolutely stay again!

Had a wonderful stay here with our 2 year old. The villa was absolutely gorgeous with amazing views, especially upstairs. Pool was absolutely lovely. Hosts were really helpful and had great local recommendations.

Giorgos was a great host. Flexible with our demands and very responsive whenever we had any issues. For example, we had a hot water problem, which he resolved quickly after we informed him. The villa is very beautiful with a 360 view of Heraklion and the surrounding area. It has a great living room space for social gatherings, outside tables for dining and a grill. The kitchen was also well equipped with a large fridge+freezer, dish washer, microwave oven and gas hobs. The gym was well equipped and the swimming pool water was very clean. There was a washing machine with a lot of drying space. Several of the rooms have private bathrooms. The villa was not easily reachable by foot but that is the case for most places on Crete. It had however plenty of parking space and remotely operated gates. We didn't try the jacuzzi so can't comment on that and the piano was locked. Overall our stay was amazing, we're very happy and would recommend Giorgos as a host :)

The accommodation was impeccable: very clean, luxurious, with neat and very tasteful decoration. The pool is perfect for relaxing, and the free parking is a real plus, very convenient. The place is quiet, ideal for relaxation. The host is exceptional: very nice, professional and friendly. He gave us a warm welcome and recommended many activities and places to visit in the area. You can tell he really loves to receive and give service. This stay exceeded our expectations. Great value for the money. I would highly recommend this listing!

Andreas is an amazing host. Responded to all messages within the hour. Amazing private location just a 30 min taxi from Heraklion. Received a full villa tour on arrival with a hamper basket.

One of the best stays in airbnb over the years. Perfect place for staying with kids, lots of toys and everything. Our 3 year old son was really enjoyed. Giannis and Mara were really helpful about everything. They booked us transfer from airport for late night arrival and booked us a rental car for the next morning which we picked up at the door of the villa! This was one of the easiest and convenient option. I left my sunglasses at the rental car, they found it and will send me by shipping. Best hosts and best place to stay! Hope to meet you again.

Lovely accommodation! Peaceful and cozy!

I can’t put into words how amazing this villa and host was. The host went out of their way to help us get taxis when needed , gave us a late check out due to our late flight . The villa and pool were exactly like the photos. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. We will defiantly be visiting this place again.

Everything around this beautiful villa was perfectly arranged and we felt super safe as 7 girls! Manolis (the host of the villa) arranged transportation for us from and to the airport and all the service from Anna Maria Villages was also good. In the villa itself everything looked nice and clean. We had a very nice stay :)

We had a great time staying at the place. The location was great - both close to the beach and town. Andreas was always available. The dishes were partly not 100% clean but otherwise the place was really great!

Fabulous garden and pool, very peaceful and remote location in the hills. Golden Cage restaurant served excellent food. Giorgos was a very helpful and responsive host.
