Holiday House Ursa & heated pool, 700m from beach

Unique, traditional stone and wood house, completely renovated in such a way as to retain its originality, with lots of rustic details. The house offers very romantic, warm and cozy atmosphere. It spreads on two floors with open space kitchen, dining and living room, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. In the garden there is a chlorine free, private swimming pool-heated from April to end of October. The house is situated in the very centre of the small village of Pinezići, 700 meters from the beach.

Apartment Lora 4*

Capacity 2+2, size 42 m2, with a large fenced yard and a swimming pool. Located on the ground floor in a family house in a quiet street; newly built and is fully equipped and furnished. The house is surrounded by trees and offers an unobstructed view of the sea. Pets are not allowed, nor is smoking in the apartment. It is accessible for disabled. Heated pool (May-October) : 8x4m, depth 1,5m. Sat TV, WiFi, A/C, safe, parking, fireplace/grill, terrace, deck chairs and a parasol by the pool.

Our house is located in Čižići, approximately 50 meters from the beach. The property boasts a quiet and secluded location with shaded on-site parking. The apartment has a private entryway/balcony, and a big terrace with the beautiful sea and garden views. Inside is one bedroom with a queen-sized bed , bathroom with shower, kitchen/dining room, and living room with a pull-out sofa. In the back of the house we have common dining and BBQ area and outside shower to enjoy.

Beach pool house with artistic touch

Unique beach house with a splendid seaview, infinity pool( heated) and hot tub with sea view in the village Jadranovo, quiet and beautiful part of Crikvenica Riviera. In the perfect location, just a few stairs away from the beach, 30min bike ride(bikes included) or an even quicker car ride from center of Crikvenica. This house is animal friendly and they are allowed with extra fee. Enjoy private atmosphere few stairs from sea and short drive from city noise.

The apartment is nice for two persons (without any other persons). It is located 50m above the main road near the sea, in lavender garden. Close to our home (by foot or by car) there are three little beaches (500m in 10min by foot). By the beaches are free parking places. We can communicate in english and german. The price includes all costs for 2 persons (water, electricity, gas, private parking, air conditioner, wi-fi, final cleaning, tourist tax.

Ova jedinstvena kućica je udaljena 10 metara od mora. U potpunoj je osami, najbliža kuća je na 300 metara zračne linije. Gostima je na raspolaganju: - prostrana terasa, - vanjska kuhinja, - 2 ležaljke, - suncobran, - vanjski tuš i - 2 stand up paddle daske. Pogodno za 2 odrasle osobe sa djetetom, krevet 160x200 i kauč koji se izvlači u ležaj 140x200. Do posjeda se može doći "normalnim" automobilom, a parking je na 50 metara od kuće.
