We were delighted with the house. The property's park is beautiful, well maintained, and offers a very peaceful environment close to Rennes or the exhibition center. There are beautiful animals, especially ponies, who come to see the newcomers. The owner was very responsive and participated in the success of our brief stay. Thank you. The place is rustic on the outside and modern on the inside. Very clean and looks freshly renovated. Nigel is really nice and was super keen to make sure everything was to our liking.

The accommodation is very well renovated, decorated with great taste and offers all the necessary comfort. The view of the port is magnificent, a real plus to fully enjoy the stay. The garage is also very nice. Only small downside: the apartment is located just above a bar, which can cause noise nuisance in the evening, especially on weekends. This can be a nuisance for people seeking peace and quiet.

The decor is chic and elegant and Jean-Yves gave us recommendations as soon as we arrived. The elevator and parking space are a little extra. Very nice, comfortable and very well located accommodation near the port (barely 5 min walk). Everything was perfect… we even regretted not being able to stay longer to enjoy the place. So, we keep the address carefully because we have planned to return.
