A huge window along the length of the whole apartment overlooks a beautiful private garden. The apartment consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a living area with a single pull-out sofa, kitchen and bathroom. It has WiFi and is fully equipped, including a washing machine, TV, air conditioning, and Nespresso coffee maker - all just ready for your comfort and enjoyment! The apartment is a studio open space apartment - and it's all yours to enjoy! There are no areas in the apartment that you cannot use or access! We love hosting, but also respect our guests' privacy! We are here for you as much as you would like! Located just off Gran Via in lively buzzing Malasana neighborhood with its great range of authentic cafes, tapas & bars. Huge Zara Primark & Mango are minutes away. Best Madrid sites like Royal Palace, Puerta del Sol & Museums are in walking distance The Central Metro Station Gran Via is a 2 minute walk from the apartment. From there you can take the metro to anywhere you want in Madrid and also to all the train stations that will take you out of Madrid to the rest of Spain. If you come by car, a big parking lot is located at Barco 1, Madrid, just a minute from the apartment. There is also a bicycle-rental station close by. A hosting kit of water, soda, milk, coffee, tea and sweetners will be waiting to welcome you :-)

We had many problems with guests making noise and upsetting the neighbours. NO PARTIES. NO NOISE AFTER 10.30pm. NO SMOKING INSIDE. En pleno centro, pero muy silencioso. Recién reformado y a 100m de la Gran Vía, con todos los cines, teatros y comercios y muy cerca de la Puerta del Sol, por si te apetece conocerla. Perfecto para una persona sola o una pareja. Tiene AC, wifi, lavadora, cafetera Dolce Gusto, secador de pelo, y todo lo que necesitas para sentirte en casa y descansar después de acudir a tus reuniones de trabajo/estudios en la ciudad. Este es un piso de alquiler temporal de uso no turístico.

Great location in the Chueca neighborhood near all of the hustle and bustle but on a quieter side street. Excellent roof deck to enjoy sunset and watch the city. Hosts were super helpful. I would stay here again.

My husband and I stayed here for two weeks, and it was absolutely the best decision ! The location was perfect distance for walking around to multiple sights, including Plaza España, Plaza Mayor, puerta del Sol, Gran Vía. It was also in an area where public transportation was easily accessible if at any point we didn’t want to walk. There are a couple of bus stops, a metro station down the street and taxis usually lined up right outside on the road. The apartment itself was beautiful, with spectacular sunset views. It was very safe, with 24/7 concierge. Susan was always very responsive, and attentive. We felt incredibly comfortable with the space, and had all the amenities needed for a two week stay. We would stay here again, and would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay! This is a thoughtfully designed, bright, spotlessly clean apartment, surrounded by leafy trees. The location is perfect - in a great neighborhood, walkable to all of the central destinations (museums, restaurants, etc.) and very close to the Lavapies metro if you want to go further afield. If you are a runner, this is an ideal spot - it is a 7-minute run to El Retiro, a lovely large park with many nice trails for running. Omayra was a very welcoming and responsive host. The street below has several lively cafes and bars so there is some noise at night with the windows open. This was not a problem for us as the noise was just people chatting (not too loud or disruptive) and we live in the middle of the city so we are used to many sounds at night. Highly recommended - a charming apartment in an ideal location with a great host!

This is a beautiful apartment, well decorated and in a wonderful location right next to Retiro Park. We stayed for a month and were sad to leave. It is a short walk to everything you might need, bakeries, food markets, laundry, pharmacies, shops, and, of course, this being Madrid, excellent restaurants and neighborhood bars. The metro was just a block away, and bus stops right around the corner. Gabi, is a wonderful host. Attentive to all our needs and inquiries. She and her partner not only remodeled this apartment with great detail to make it functional, but decorated it in great taste. They are architects! Thank-you, Gabi. Hope we can come back soon!

We loved it here. It was so comfortable. I haven't slept so well in a long time. The apartment had everything we could possibly need. Lots of bedroom storage, so it didnt feel like living out of a suitcase!TVs in both bedrooms and living room. Tons of light! window to balconies open. was lovely. Great location. Very easy walk to many attractions or transit stations. Thanks again, Rebecca and Eliza
