Charming (perfectly situated) apartment

The apartment is perfectly located(5 minutes walking to Plaza de Callao, Plaza de España and Gran Via)and has all amenities like restaurants, shopping and attractions(eg Sol, Prado Museum, Royal Palace, Temple de debod).Everything within a 10-25 min walking distance. For the lasy ;-) we offer various subway/bus stations within 3-10 min walking distanc. There are 2 supermarkets just below. The studio, perfect for 2 people, is located in a 19th century historic building on the same Puerta del Sol. It has a elevator, doorman and a large outdoor balcony. It is located next to Plaza Mayor, Palacio Real, Almudena Cathedral and just minutes from the three museums: Prado, Reina Sofia, Thyssen Bornemisza and Mercado de San Miguel. Beautiful attic in restored 1910 building. Completely new. Located at opera square and Royal Palace and Plaza de Oriente. Extraordinary views to the historic center Roofs. Its the last floor attic (sixth) and there is no lift so its only for young and/or healthy people.
