Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Malasaña, Centro

The apartment is on the second floor of a beautiful residential complex, with a doorman both late at night when we arrived, and early in the morning, when we left; the apartment is suitable for four people, with two bathrooms and a well-equipped kitchen. Just outside the residential complex is the bus stop number 20 that takes you to the center (Plaza del Sol); and 350 m away, there is the metro stop (Conde de Casal) to get to any part of Madrid. Francisco was very helpful and attentive to our requests and, among other things, speaks Italian well.

Good place for short-term stay. Metro train is really close and bus 200 from and to the airport is 10 minutes walking from the apartment. Really good place if your idea is use it only for sleep and enjoy Madrid walking.

The apt was plenty spacious for our group of 5 + kids, and was in a great area of town for walking/exploring. Having an entrance right on the street was lovely as well. Would definitely stay here again and recommend others to do the same!

Great! one of the best aparthotels, clean, cozy like at home and at the same time elegant interior of a good hotel, friendly and helpful girls at the reception, comfortable bed. There is no view from the window, but the location compensates for everything - all the most interesting things are within walking distance. I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back.

The apartment is as described, it was clean and contains all the necessities. The treatment was spectacular.

Fantastic hosts, they were very attentive to everything, and with very clear instructions. Easy and very quick communications. Very reactive to comments for improvement, that at the hours they were implemented. The apartment is comfortable.

My partner, two friends and I stayed at Alexandra's apartment and loved it. The decoration is exquisite, everything was super clean and in place, the service was wonderful, and 5 minutes away is the "Ciudad Lineal" metro station, which is served by line 5, which takes you to the heart of Gran Vía in 20 minutes. We'll be back for sure!!!

everything was perfect and clean, as in the description. Cheap and Alma very careful that everything was fine. At the end it was flexible with the check-out time, everything from 10.

we enjoyed the apartment and Madrid. It is in the center and everything is close. You can't really sit outside at the apartment, but there are plenty of terraces nearby and beautiful parks. Alfredo responded quickly and adequately. Also with the major power outage!😉. Repeatable

The accommodation is as it appears in the photos. It's small but functional, perfect for two people. The location of the house is great, as it has bus and subway stations very close. There are also plenty of supermarkets, restaurants, bakeries, etc. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, at night you don't hear any noise. They were very flexible with the arrival time and that was great for us. They were very kind at all times and left the apartment clean, tidy, with shower gels, etc.

We stayed a month for the whole family and we are especially happy for the facilities offered by Francisco, who facilitated us flexible entry, making it easier to carry suitcases beforehand so that the entrance and logistics were simpler with the children.

The apartment was lovely and spotlessly clean. There is a swimming pool but sadly it didn't open for another week. The host was really helpful and friendly. My flight was late so it was almost 2am by the time I got to him. He waited patiently and showed me into the flat personally. I had lost a mobile charging cable en route and my phone was very low so he lent me one for the duration of my stay. He sent me a message the next day to make sure I was ok and if I needed anything. Lovely guy and lovely apartment! Thank you.

Loved this apartment - perfect for 2 people. Has everything you need within a 5 min walk. Great pool and gym and 24 hour security with is nice. Oscar is super nice, easy to communicate with. We will be back to stay here!

All good. Comfortable shirts. The only thing we missed was trash bags, but otherwise great.

Ramón's apartment is literally as he describes it. It is an oasis that you do not expect to find in the middle of a city like Madrid. He has been attentive to our needs at all times and has been very attentive and friendly with us! We would definitely love to come back!

It’s located in a quite street but close to restaurants and Atocha station, Museo del Prado and others places. We had good time

A perfect stay, we were only one night since we went for a concert with the idea of returning the next day. The room and beds were very comfortable, the development was close to the stadium, which was what we needed, and the community is quite nice and new. Patricia was very nice and was attentive to help us get to the place and give us everything we needed

Our stay at Frederic’s place was awesome. Everything is just the same as on the pics. It is a perfect match for co-living even though there were 9 of adults. There are a lot of common spaces to spend time together. As well as bbq and swimming pool. Frederic was very helpful and supported us on every question and request, even brought us extra blankets when we asked. Highly recommend to stay at Fredric’s place and very grateful for the hospitality.

First about the super friendly host and willing to make us feel comfortable, he was very attentive. With regard to the place it seems to me a good place, it has metro parking, train nearby with roads to the airport and Gran Vía. Neighborhood is quiet, with park nearby. Loved it!

I had a great stay at Basyar's place. I'd just been running a large event in Madrid and therefore needed some peace and quiet and it delivered exactly that. its out of the main hustle and bustle of Madrid which may not suit everyone but for me it was perfect. I particularly loved the terrace and small pool which is a rare find and the sun shone so I was able to make the most of it. The property is a 20-30 mins drive outside of central Madrid (depending on time of travel) but this was fine for me. I didn't take public transport or really research the local area but found a small shop round the corner which was sufficient for my needs. Basyar was really responsive when I had questions and was very accommodating when I had to extend my check-out time. I will definitely return.

Very comfortable apartment with everything we needed. Eduardo was helpful and left all the information very clearly. The location is excellent, there are parking spaces on the street and it was also very easy and quick to get to the center by bus that stops almost at the door. There are also shops nearby, a market, a pharmacy and good bars. We took advantage of the outdoor area for a pleasant breakfast, it was a pity we didn't have time to ride a bike, since the surroundings are very pleasant. I highly recommend it!
