The house is located in the center of Öregrund with about 300-400 meters from the sea with cliffs and sandy beach, restaurants, nightlife, public transport and marina. Family-friendly activities are close by. Nice upbringing garden with balcony, patio and barbecue. The property is suitable for couples, solo adventurers, and families with children. Trampoline is available in the garden. Öregrund is an old idyllic fishing village, one of the few places on the east coast of Sweden where you can watch the sun set in the sea.

You will love my place because of the nature, the sun from morning till night, the tranquility, the sea, the giant windows. Enjoy the tranquility, wildlife. The house was built to make you feel you are in the middle of the countryside but indoors. Feel free to take forest hikes in the near area. You can get to the house with the motorboat with a 4 hp rowboat, which is included, as it is about a 500m forest walk through the forest from the parking lot. In winter you walk through the forest if the boat is not in the water.

Our place is in the Stockholm Archipelago, on the mainland, close to beach, jetty and forest. The lovely location in the middle of the nature with stunning sea views including cruise ships and sunrises. In your own archipelago garden or on your terrace you can enjoy barbecues, the sound of seagulls or just the peace and quietness. By car you are in the middle of Stockholm in ca. 30-40 minutes. The place is perfect for couples, families with children or single adventurers.

Perfect house for bigger groups and families with children. The house is renowated 2017. Two bathroom, 6 bedrooms and a large dining area with a bar. The house has a fantastic view over the lake and the yard have plenty of activities for the whole family. Big outdoor area with pool and sauna, barbeque house with room for 14-16 people. Playground for the kids, donkeys, horses, rabbits, sheep on the farm. Only 60 min from central part of Stockholm. 20 min from Nyköping.

The house is close the water, beaches, restaurants, cafes, ice cream shops, shops, playgrounds, public transportation and close to the city center: 12 min by tram to nearest subway station where you go downtown in 5-10 min.

The plot of 2.4 hectares, bordered by about 600 meters, sea coast and two private pier-side boats. No pets are allowed but a fee applies. Bed linen/ towels can be rented from us or brought.
