Quiet property in a peaceful neighborhood.

Nice cozy place. The location was a bit remote (15-20 min drive into main part of Carlsbad) but still close enough to Carlsbad and Guadalupe. Hosts were responsive. They had a well stocked kitchen and bathrooms, tons of extra blankets if needed. Thanks for a great stay!

I felt right at home at this cozy cottage. It had all the essentials after a day of activities. Host was friendly, very responsive and even alerted me to a local festival going on (Cavernfest). The local recommendations were appreciated as well. Would stay here again.

Our family enjoyed our stay. I imagined that the 2 apartments were stacked, but they are both above a garage space. The directions were great, and we were able to find it in the dark. The home had everything we needed plus muffins! The kids raved about how comfortable the beds were, and I appreciated how uncluttered the space was; it had all we needed without being crowded. It was also probably the cleanest air bnb in which we’ve stayed; even the baseboards were spotless. We stayed to visit Carlsbad Caverns and felt that it was close enough for convince to even go back for the evening bat flight. The hostess was responsive and kind. We will definitely stay again if we go through the area.

David and Yamilet are great hosts, very accommodating and responsive. Airbnb is as described, clean and located in a quiet neighborhood. It is a 12 minute drive to the hospital if you are in town for a travel job.
