Centrally located , with a DollarGeneral , Allsups and a burger joint within walking distance, safe-neighborhood, gated property. Covered parking on premises. Access to my place will be through the alley , which is a wide and clean alley. Children and pets welcome. With a chance to view our beloved pet sulcata tortoise “Stanley” whose burrow is right behind this unit, he is the 3rd largest tortoise in the world

New air conditioning unit, remodeled bathrooms, partially renovated, with fresh indoor paint, carpet, & Led lighting. Living room, den, kitchen, gas stove, free Wi-Fi, central heat & air! We no longer accept pets! Guests have not been disclosing and paying the fees for them so we can no longer have them. If you have booked prior to 19 miles to Caverns, 52 miles Guadalupe Mountains. Some neighbors don’t all take pride in their homes and yards.The neighborhood is safe & quiet. Please read rule
