BOOK THIS PLACE!! I cannot say enough about Ivan and his lovely home. He met us in the parking space and carried our luggage down the 200 steps to oceanfront paradise! When the brief tour of the house took us outside to the pool, hottub and oceanfront I almost cried. This was exactly what we needed on our vacation and it was better than expected. The house was stocked in every way imaginable, lacked nothing at all. Ivan made sure to leave us a welcome gift of food, wine and all kinds of yummy things. The house was SPOTLESS. Coming in May was so wonderful because we used the pool, ocean and hot tub in constant rotation. We ate our meals outside (there were two places with full 8-person dining tables) and enjoyed every moment here. My daughter's 20th birthday was during our stay and Ivan surprised us with a delicious treat from a local bakery! He also sent occasional local recommendations throughout our stay via message. It was very helpful! We LOVED this stay!!

Iskrene preporuke za ovaj smještaj. U stvarnosti izgleda još ljepše nego na fotografijama - sve je uredno, čisto i lijepo sređeno. Nalazi se u mirnom dijelu, ali opet blizu plaže i samog centra. Domaćica je jako draga i uvijek dostupna, svakako ćemo ponoviti boravak! 🥰

I would highly recommend staying at this apartment. It is big and equipped enough for 4-5 people, but can be a pleasant stay for a couple also. It has two bathrooms, well equipped kitchen and balcony with a perfect view. Also aircondition in each room is a big plus. Very close to the center. Big thank you to our responsive and helpful host, hope to stay in this apartment in Makarska again.

We arrived after a 2 day ride with the Motorcycle in Makarska and were quite tired when we arrived. The parking spot for our Honda 750 was perfectly located behind a small wall; like this, our vehicle was very well protected from the Bora that descended from Biokovo during the last night. We enjoyed our dinner on the balcony during our stay, that we could have a great coffee every day and that the bathroom was perfectly located behind. Tony was exceptionally nice and forthcoming and the communication was perfect, he responded very quickly to our messages and call (on arrival), his English is very good and we could communicate well. We can imagine coming around again for another stay, we really enjoyed ourselves, Hvala puno!

We absolutely loved staying in this beautiful house! It is the perfect place to unwind. We spent a lot of time in the garden reading and enjoying the splendid views or explored the surroundings. There are plenty of walks right in front of the doorstep. Makarska is a 10 min drive by car and has great restaurants and everything else you need. Stipe is a very friendly and helpful host. He provided everything we needed including some great ideas for walks. We would definitely recommend to stay at his place if you love nature and solitude. The only downside: the chimney of the fireplace is blocked by a bee's nest who were very upset. We tried it twice to lit a fire and there was smoke all over the place, even in the bedrooms, especially on the first floor which is dangerous and has to be fixed.
