Nuestro apartamento es ideal para relajarse unos días en pareja visitando la ciudad, pasear, tapear, o incluso para trabajar. Zona de restauración cercana, varios supermercados, farmacia, bazar.. todo accesible a pie.

Carolina fue muy amable y, desde un comienzo siempre estuvo atenta a responder cualquier duda o a resolver cualquier inconveniente. El piso estaba impecable y muy bien ubicado, cercano al Metro Cavaleri y a una zona de restaurantes y comercio. Tanto las habitaciones como la sala de estar están equipadas con aire acondicionado, lo que se agradece en temporada de verano por las altas temperaturas de la ciudad.

Pool! 15 minutes by metro to center of Seville!

We stayed in 11 Airbnb properties during our trip in Spain. This was the only single family home in suburban settings. The house is very spacious and clean. We could park the car right in front of the gate, which is a rare feature in Spain. Taking Metro trains to the city center was very easy. We walked five minutes to the station and took a 15 minute train ride (6 stops) to Pueta Jerez, from where you can walk to most attractions in town. The 1-day Metro pass costed us only 4.8 euros per person. We found that parking in town was not as bad if you go there early to take a spot in the public underground parking. Brad is a great communicator. He always responded to my questions promptly, even 2 in the morning! He gave us many useful advices that made our visit more enjoyable. We had the pleasure to meet the owner cohost Alexis. He is very friendly and great person to chat with. We had a very quiet and comfortable stay here. I highly recommend it to any visitor to Sevilla.

We loved Maria Carmen's home. It was modern, comfortable, had a well equipped kitchen, as well as two full bathrooms. We found the neighborhood very pleasant. The city center was easy to reach with metro line 1. Maria was helpful with everything we needed. Thanks so much and we highly recommend this home.
