Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Maidstone

The unit is super close to the train station and to the trams. 2 blocks away is Brunswick Baths, highly recommend. The unit was peaceful, minimal noises/sounds, clean. The ambiance was great, indoor plants and outdoor plants on the balcony made the place feel super inviting. Another 2 blocks there is a shopping centre with all the shops. Lots of restaurants around. Will come again.

Great place to stay and a great area, close enough to the city, whilst offering more peaceful surroundings. Close to public transport and other amenities. Carmen was a great host and always responsive. Check in was easy and the place was comfortable, what more could you ask for :)

Sarah’s place is a good find. Conveniently located near downtown Melbourne. She was very responsive. Incredible views of downtown Melbourne from her place. You have to pick up the key from a local grocery store (which worked fine) and there is only one key, but overall the stay was great. Excellent swimming pool and gym. Recommend staying here! Good value!

We had an amazing stay here! The apartment is situated on a high floor, offering breathtaking views of the Melbourne skyline. We were even lucky enough to catch hot air balloons drifting over the city in the early morning — such a magical experience! The location couldn’t be better — just steps from a Free Tram Zone stop, which made getting around the city incredibly easy and convenient. The apartment itself was spotless, stylish, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Early check-in was offered when available, which was a huge relief after a long trip. We also appreciated being able to store our luggage after checkout, giving us more time to explore the city without worry. The free parking was a major perk, especially in central Melbourne where parking can be a challenge. Our host was outstanding — friendly, responsive, and thoughtful throughout our stay. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a convenient, comfortable, and memorable

My second time staying at Kate's place. Met Kate before checking-in and had a pleasant conversation over a cuppa before checking-in. Her place is super convenient and the tram is literally at the doorstep. No noise from road. Very cosy. My go-to place now when I'm in Melbourne. Thanks Kate!! :)

We spent a great week at Jessica's flat in Northcote. It was an excellent location for visiting our daughter in Thornbury and close to trams and trains for central Melbourne The flat was extremely comfortable and thoughtful touches made us feel right at home Beautiful Art , great bed /linens, fab shower and guest supplies We loved watching the sunset and see the evening lights of the CBD from the communal terrace , very special Communication with Jessica was very good and thoughtful,always a quick response We would recommend the coffee and breakfast at The Bicycle Thieves at the bottom of the building and The Short Round and 1800 Lasagne 10 minutes walk up the Thornbury Road Loads of great restaurants in Northcote and Thornbury all within walking distance A fantastic week for us here in Melbourne

Great communication easy check in , excellent location

One of the most beautiful places I have ever stayed. So close to everything, big space and a beautiful view! The stairs to get to the apartment were quickly forgotten when we walked in. Beautiful place and very kind and generous hosts!

Very Lovely place to stay, was very affordable for me and my friends. Nice and peaceful neighbourhood. Not far from the station and not a long drive into the city. The host were lovely and helpful. High recommend 😊👌🏻

Lovely place - clean and were very accomodating to extening our stays.

We had a great time at Eva’s and enjoyed sitting by the fire place and relaxing. It was very close to the tram line which made a trip into the city very easy and fun for the kids. The house was very clean and had all that we needed for our stay.

We had a great stay at Michael’s house. Was very clean, spacious and modern with lots of heating and cooling which was really good. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Our family of 5 had a great stay at Graci's home in Port Melbourne. Lots of space, great amenities, quiet location, close to amenities. We would definitely stay again.

My partner and I really enjoyed our stay. Mark met us at the home and showed us around which was so helpful. He was super friendly and we felt comfortable chatting with him. We really enjoyed relaxing in the spa with some wine and enjoying a movie in bed. It’s was really nice not to have kids around for a night. Het voelde als thuis, het was gezellig ingericht en er waren verschillende dingetjes om ons te verwelkomen. Zoals chocolade en koekjes. De locatie was perfect, tegenover het station, maar ook lopend was een hele boel goed bereikbaar. Mijn zoon heeft de klim muur uitgeprobeerd en vond dit fantastisch. Communicatie was makkelijk en snel met Aster. Ik zou zeker terug komen als ik ooit nog eens naar Melbourne ga. En dat denk ik wel, wat een fantastische stad!

We had a great stay. Everything was as described, very clean, we had everything we needed, the hosts were incredibly responsive and we were very comfortable.

Excellent location with breathtaking views and a warm, welcoming host. Peter greeted us personally on arrival and was very flexible with both check-in and check-out timings, which made our stay even more convenient. The apartment was clean, exactly as pictured, and within easy walking distance to great restaurants and major Melbourne attractions. Highly recommended!
