Everything is great. There is everything you need in a house. Clean bedding and linens. Spacious balcony overlooking the sea and the pool. A super fast wifi at home. The sea is only 30 meters away. Very close to markets and restaurants. Transportation is very convenient. Airport transfer is excellent. I will be here again next time. Perfect for families. Thank you Mr Deep

We were in Alanya visiting a friend so only really used the apartment for the basics. It was the perfect location for us, 2 minute walk from the beach, very close to shops, restaurants and bars. The beds were amazingly comfortable. The wi-fi wasn't working when we arrived but a quick call to Macit and it was soon fixed. We didn't spend a lot of time in the apartment, so can't comment on cooking facilities, but it was perfect for the basics of sleeping, showering etc. It is very close to a couple of large hotels, and the music from those was quite loud at night. This didn't bother us, we still slept well, but it could be a problem for someone else.

The place is located about a small 10 minutes walk to kleopatra beach. It’s very spacious and clean. The amenities are good as well. The bed is nice and especially the bathroom is very comfortable. Both in the living room and bedroom they have airconditioning. The building is secured with a coded fence. The swimming pool is clean and big and they have good sunbeds. There is a well equipped gym and a spot for your kids to play. I had a big delay with my flight and Pragma was very helpful and flexible for me to get inside the apartment, even late at night. The check out is very smooth as well. Even though c/o is at 11, and my flight is later on the day, i could leave my luggage at the building. Because of the hassle with my delay at arrival I forgot to take out cash for the amenities (€6,- per day, not included in the original price), and Pragma was very kind to offer to just leave it at check out. He is very responsive, which is nice! I can really recommend this place!

Alparslan is polite nice host. The apartments were clean and comfortable.

I loved this place. Everything is brand-new and in the perfect condition, A/Cs work like a charm. The pool is very convenient and in the shadow. I didn't use much the gym, but it is there and can be used. And of course, it's quite close to the beach. It's a good spot to keep in mind when I'll next time be in Alanya.

This is the story of my great luck. And this experience is more expensive than money! The room is exactly better than in the photos. It was big and spacious. And I found a family. Not just the owners of the apartment, but the friends I came to for the vacation. After two days, I extended my stay for another 10 days! Incredible meal from host Gulsun! Incredible humor and attitude from host Birol! Very clean. Very good food. Ooooo good people. Left a link to all my friends who want to relax in Turkey 5 minutes from the sea. There are coffee shops and shops nearby. There is a hall and a swimming pool. I worked great these days and in the evening we communicated at dinner and laughed a lot. If I'm ever in Alanya, I would definitely stay here. I already miss you and look forward to visiting Tenerife!

Lovely apartment with a beach view and amazing pool! Marianna was very helpful and ready to assist if I needed anything. She made me feel very welcomed. I will definitely come back to this apartment and can warmly recommend Marianna’s apartment for people who want privacy in a beautiful setting.

Ruhi is a very good host, very attentive and was always ready to help. The apartment is nice and in good area, shops are nearby, town centre short walking distance.

Macit is very lovely host who was close to us during our 4 weeks staying in his accommodation ; he never hesitated to answer to our needs ; tho everything was available and accessible and easy to find ; even When we needed transportation from airport;he was answering to our calls 24/7;we were cocking and run out of gas ; no problem macit send someone to replace;the place is located in best place in alanya in my opinion bc its far from the center noises but still close to everything; bazaar,beach,markets,transportation, restaurants cheap and good like there wasn’t anything we missed at all ; and over all the building is clean and peaceful; pool was clean and always get takecare from someone ; neighbors are super friendly ; the apartment itself was clean and everything was available from cocking stuff to sheets and towels ; its very big and modern and we enjoyed to stay with the family ; i recommend this place to anyone who have large numbers to enjoy the lovely taste of Alanya

We stayed 14 nights, 2 people. We were very pleased. We found the house clean. The internet is fast, the balcony is spacious. It is a place that is easy in terms of transportation and calm in terms of neighborhood. & Thank you for everything

Loved staying here, great apartment and pool area. Had a fully equip gym and is walking distance to everything. 5 min walk to beach . Host was very responsive and a great help. I recommend.

Recommended, ~ Had 10 wonderful days here in this great apartment, which is bright and light, large, airy balconies, good beds, well equipped kitchen, comfortable, good sofa. Short way to most things, we are familiar with the area from before. Got sun loungers on request even though the pool was not open yet, it was perfect in a nice garden, next time we will test it. Thank you very much, Mert was a very nice and helpful host.

A very pleasant and beautiful place, the cleanest air, the mountains, on the territory there are terraced gardens with persimmon, apples, limes, a bunch of flowers, everything is maintained in a well-maintained condition, there is a place to walk with great views of the city, the sea and the mountains. Very cozy atmosphere in the apartment, like at home, everything is thought through to the smallest detail, everything you need is there (and even more). Marina was available all the time, helped in all matters. A big plus is the opportunity to use the infrastructure of the complex (swimming pools, bath complex, gym). In the main building there is a nice restaurant on the 16th floor, delicious and at reasonable prices, a mini shop with everything you need. Of course, with your car it would be much more convenient, but in the season there are free shuttles to the beach, and 3 times a day a paid bus to the center of Alanya - there are options. We ordered delivery of products from Migros, conveniently. 2 weeks flew by quickly, we were satisfied. Thanks to Marina!

Once there, I was received immediately. Communication went smoothly and without any issues in English. I was asked daily if there was anything I needed The place was clean and matched the pictures. It is very close to the old town of Side. Again, please!

Very beautiful and accommodating. Great view Of the castle from my balcony. Walking distance to the beach, shops, and food. Loved the gym, sauna, pool, hot tub.

It was an extremely attentive and clean apartment, I had no problems with check-in, it was a very calm and elite neighborhood, everything we were looking for in the apartment was available, I highly recommend it, it was great

What to say, Stella's stay exceeded my expectations. Warm, bright, equipped apartment. Great location: several buses to the city. Several restaurants, cafes and supermarkets just on foot with good value for money. I would recommend Hatay Tadim restaurant and Café Citirim, excellent service and food. The two supermarkets are fine too. The beach next door is beautiful; you can see the sunset. You can see the sea from the balcony too. The couch is comfortable to sleep The outdoor pool only opens in May but there was an indoor pool and the seawater was in good shape even in April The road bothered me at the beginning (the noise from cars) but it's quickly forgotten There are so many things to do in the area, you don't have time to get bored There are even excursions that pick you up from the Airbnb Stella is kind, available, professional and helpful that's for sure, I'll come back to Stella's place

Выбрав их, вы сделаете один самых верных решений в сове путешествии., Staying next to Birol and Gülsüm was a spontaneous decision that I didn't regret. It was truly gorgeous. I ended up with a great family that made my stay as comfortable and cozy as it could be. I felt like part of a family. I will remember our live conversations/breakfasts/evenings forever. And part of my heart stayed in beautiful Gülsüm and wonderful Birol. By choosing them, you'll be making one of the right decisions on your journey.

Clean Nice communication

Stella was an extremely warm and helpful hostess! The apartment absolutely matched the description and we felt very comfortable. Especially breakfast on the balcony overlooking the pool was fantastic. Right around the corner are supermarkets and a parking space for our rental car was also available. Stella also gave us tips for activities and restaurants. We were completely satisfied. Thank you, dear Stella!

The area where the apartment is located is perfect. The city center with great shopping is easily accessible by bus (costs about €1) if you drive along the beach. From the balcony you can watch beautiful sunsets and the view of the sea and the mountains is beautiful. Supermarkets and restaurants, pharmacy and also taxi/transfer are very close. The most necessary things are included in the apartment. The hosts are nice, helpful and always available.
