Holiday rentals with a sauna in Mahmutlar

Ece was a very helpful host, very prompt in their response and clear. The apartment had a lovely view with big sliding doors to go into the balcony in the living room and the main bedroom upstairs. The main balcony had electric sliding windows and rooftop to allow air in or reduce direct sunlight. The air conditioning worked perfect and was in every room. Pots, pans and cutlery were there, fridge was very spacious, the apartment itself was very clean and presentable. There was a sauna and jacuzzi within the apartment which was very convenient and the place appeared very nice and modern. The swimming pool was open from 8am to 8pm, there are local shops about 10-minute walk away as well as a butchers. The beach in front of the apartment is pebbly and a bit rocky but you can take a taxi to Kleopatra beach which will be about 20 mins and the tourist area of Alanya is also around 15 mins. There are also some restaurants and shops if you head towards mahmutlar.

We rented an apartment for a week but unfortunately had to leave earlier. The hostess of the apartment Lyudmila was understanding and without problems agreed to a refund ( which is quite rare in this area) The apartment is not large but quite cozy. Clean, plenty of bedding and crockery. At our request, a child bed was provided and a bonus even a high chair for meals(the baby was 1.6. very useful). Convenient location, proximity to the beach and all kinds of shops, markets. Separately, I would like to highlight the hostess of the apartment Lyudmila! A very pleasant and kind woman. I saw it on my own. Since I forgot my golden chain with a pendant in the apartment and went home. Lyudmila found it and agreed to return it, even offering her help in the options for sending jewelry! I appreciate you a lot! You don't often have to meet people like that. Therefore, I am sure that we will definitely come back again !

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were neat and clean, making it a comfortable experience throughout. The staff were friendly, responsive, and always ready to help with a smile. The location is excellent—just a short walk to the beach and conveniently close to the local market. Overall, a great spot for both relaxation and easy access to everything you need. Highly recommended!

The three of us lived in an apartment. The apartment is clean, there is everything for a comfortable stay, Victoria is in touch 24/7, she will help you. The location of the apartment is great, on the first floor there is Starbucks, swimming pools, hammam, cinema, evening sessions for children and adults. The beach is equipped with sun loungers, everything is done at the highest level. I definitely recommend it, we will definitely come back!

The stay was good and everything was as described in the listing. However, they posted 3 people in the listing but had a mistake and was only available to accommodate 2. Otherwise was a great host and great stay!

We stayed at Ekaterina for three weeks. Very nice people, gave us a lot of useful information. Always in touch. The apartment is very comfortable, well furnished, there is everything you need for cooking. It was important for us. There were even baby's toys. We loved our trip to Alanya. Lovely apartment with a beach view and amazing pool! Marianna was very helpful and ready to assist if I needed anything. She made me feel very welcomed. I will definitely come back to this apartment and can warmly recommend Marianna’s apartment for people who want privacy in a beautiful setting.

We had a lovely stay with our three young children. -Spotlessly clean -Modern clean bathrooms with powerful showers and well functioning toilets -Fairly well equipped kitchen (dishwasher tabs and oil not included) -Nice balcony. -Good tv with Netflix etc -Playroom downstairs which was well used by the kids -Gym with modern equipment right opposite playroom -swimming pool and small outdoor playground (pool not warm) -huge playground right near apartment -helpful host, organised Transport for us at very short notice! Thank you Pragma for a lovely stay. The apartment is even better than the photos.

This is my second time staying in one of stellas offered apartments. And was very satisfied, it is very helpful and provided me with drinks again for my arrival. The location is indescribably, everything important can be reached within a minute. The facility is maintained daily. And polite neighbors included. I don't know what else I could add If it works, we'll be back for the summer!! Thanks for everything!!

A very pleasant and beautiful place, the cleanest air, the mountains, on the territory there are terraced gardens with persimmon, apples, limes, a bunch of flowers, everything is maintained in a well-maintained condition, there is a place to walk with great views of the city, the sea and the mountains. Very cozy atmosphere in the apartment, like at home, everything is thought through to the smallest detail, everything you need is there (and even more). Marina was available all the time, helped in all matters. A big plus is the opportunity to use the infrastructure of the complex (swimming pools, bath complex, gym). In the main building there is a nice restaurant on the 16th floor, delicious and at reasonable prices, a mini shop with everything you need. Of course, with your car it would be much more convenient, but in the season there are free shuttles to the beach, and 3 times a day a paid bus to the center of Alanya - there are options. We ordered delivery of products from Migros, conveniently. 2 weeks flew by quickly, we were satisfied. Thanks to Marina!

seriously it’s felt like home the apartment is so clean and the Mrs Camila and mr Magnos was really Helpful you really feel home while your stay everything was great and if and im definitely going back i highly recommend this apartment 💯

Absolutely wonderful stay! The place was spotless, cozy, and even better than the photos. Located in a peaceful area, perfect for relaxing. The host was incredibly helpful and friendly. Highly recommended — I’d definitely come back again!

It is new building, so everything is new. Near you can find 5! supermarkets. I had a car, so for me it was not a problem to go to the sea. But you can use taxi also. Erhan speaks English and he was very friendly. Price is also good.

An excellent option for Alanya - we stayed only one night and off-season, but the place was spotlessly clean, check-in was easy and flexible timewise and the pool looked inviting. Street parking was free and easy. We enjoyed our stay. Equipping the kitchen a bit more would be welcome, but it was not a problem. Can recommend!

We were lucky to get a very last-minute booking (other booking fell through); Ferdi was helpful and everything was made easy. The spacious little townhouse is within a large hotel complex. We were very comfortable. The two balconies are in direct sun all morning. Electricity and water are charged for separately; for our three-night stay this was only a few pounds.

It's a resort on top of a hill. Very spacious apartment with a nice view. Good gym and other facilities. Make sure you have a car when you come here (or use taxis), since the distance to the town is quite far.
