Everything is great. There is everything you need in a house. Clean bedding and linens. Spacious balcony overlooking the sea and the pool. A super fast wifi at home. The sea is only 30 meters away. Very close to markets and restaurants. Transportation is very convenient. Airport transfer is excellent. I will be here again next time. Perfect for families. Thank you Mr Deep

Ev, fotoğraflarda gördüğümüz haliyle birebir örtüşüyordu ve bir evde ihtiyaç duyulabilecek tüm olanaklara sahipti. Macit Bey son derece nazik ve ilgili bir ev sahibi; her konuda hızlı ve çözüm odaklı bir şekilde destek sağladı. Konaklamamız boyunca Mukam Bey’in de yardımlarını sıklıkla hissettik. Misafirperverlikleri sayesinde tatilimiz son derece konforlu, keyifli ve sorunsuz geçti. Evin konumu oldukça ayrıcalıklı; neredeyse plajın hemen yanı başında yer alıyor. Mekân oldukça geniş, tertemizdi ve bizi yanıltacak hiçbir detayla karşılaşmadık. Tüm odalarda klima mevcut ki, Alanya’nın sıcak ikliminde bu büyük bir konfor unsuru. Hızlı ve istikrarlı bir internet bağlantısı her noktada erişilebilir durumdaydı. Çamaşır makinesi, bulaşık makinesi ve ütü gibi günlük hayatı kolaylaştıran tüm ekipmanlar evde düşünülmüş. Mutfakta ihtiyaç duyulabilecek tüm araç gereçler eksiksizdi. Özellikle balkonunda vakit geçirmek ayrı bir keyifti. Bu evi tercih etmek isteyen herkese tavsiye ederim.

The place is located about a small 10 minutes walk to kleopatra beach. It’s very spacious and clean. The amenities are good as well. The bed is nice and especially the bathroom is very comfortable. Both in the living room and bedroom they have airconditioning. The building is secured with a coded fence. The swimming pool is clean and big and they have good sunbeds. There is a well equipped gym and a spot for your kids to play. I had a big delay with my flight and Pragma was very helpful and flexible for me to get inside the apartment, even late at night. The check out is very smooth as well. Even though c/o is at 11, and my flight is later on the day, i could leave my luggage at the building. Because of the hassle with my delay at arrival I forgot to take out cash for the amenities (€6,- per day, not included in the original price), and Pragma was very kind to offer to just leave it at check out. He is very responsive, which is nice! I can really recommend this place!

Alparslan is polite nice host. The apartments were clean and comfortable.

I loved this place. Everything is brand-new and in the perfect condition, A/Cs work like a charm. The pool is very convenient and in the shadow. I didn't use much the gym, but it is there and can be used. And of course, it's quite close to the beach. It's a good spot to keep in mind when I'll next time be in Alanya.

Это история моей большой удачи. И этот опыт дороже денег! Комната точно лучше, чем на фото. Она была большой и просторной. И я нашел семью. Не просто хозяев квартиры, а друзей, к которым я приехал для отпуска. Пожив два дня, я продлил проживание еще на 10 дней! Невероятная еда от хозяйки Гульсун! Невероятный юмор и отношение от хозяина Бирол! Ооочень чисто. Ооочень вкусно. Оооочень хорошие люди. Оставил ссылку всем своим друзьям, кто хочет отдыхать в Турции в 5 минутах от моря. Рядом есть кофейни и магазины. На первом этаже есть зал и бассейн. Я отлично работал эти дни, а вечером за ужином мы общались и много смеялись. Если буду когда-то в Алании, точно остановлюсь здесь. Уже скучаю и жду в гости на Тенерифе!

Lovely apartment with a beach view and amazing pool! Marianna was very helpful and ready to assist if I needed anything. She made me feel very welcomed. I will definitely come back to this apartment and can warmly recommend Marianna’s apartment for people who want privacy in a beautiful setting.

Ruhi is a very good host, very attentive and was always ready to help. The apartment is nice and in good area, shops are nearby, town centre short walking distance.

Macit is very lovely host who was close to us during our 4 weeks staying in his accommodation ; he never hesitated to answer to our needs ; tho everything was available and accessible and easy to find ; even When we needed transportation from airport;he was answering to our calls 24/7;we were cocking and run out of gas ; no problem macit send someone to replace;the place is located in best place in alanya in my opinion bc its far from the center noises but still close to everything; bazaar,beach,markets,transportation, restaurants cheap and good like there wasn’t anything we missed at all ; and over all the building is clean and peaceful; pool was clean and always get takecare from someone ; neighbors are super friendly ; the apartment itself was clean and everything was available from cocking stuff to sheets and towels ; its very big and modern and we enjoyed to stay with the family ; i recommend this place to anyone who have large numbers to enjoy the lovely taste of Alanya

Loved staying here, great apartment and pool area. Had a fully equip gym and is walking distance to everything. 5 min walk to beach . Host was very responsive and a great help. I recommend.

Anbefales, ~ Hadde 10 deilige dager her i denne flotte leiligheten,som er lys&lett, Store,luftige balkonger, gode senger, vél utstyrt kjøkken, behagelig, god sofa. Kort vei til det meste,vi er kjent i området fra før. Fikk solsenger på forespørsel selv om bassenget ikke var åpent enda,det var perfekt i fin hage, neste gang kommer vi å tester det. Tusen takk for oss, Mert var en veldig hyggelig og hjelpsom vert.

Очень приятное и красивое место, чистейший воздух, горы, на территории террасирование сады с хурмой, яблоками, лаймами, куча цветов, все поддерживается в ухоженном состоянии, есть где прогуливаться с отличными видами на город, море и горы. Очень уютная обстановка в квартире, как дома, все продумано до мелочей, все необходимое есть (и даже больше). Марина была на связи все время, помогала во всех вопросах. Большой плюс - возможность пользоваться инфраструктурой комплекса (бассейны, банный комплекс, тренажёрка). В главном здании есть хороший ресторан на 16 этаже, оч вкусно и по приемлемым ценам, мини магазинчик со всем самым необходимым. Конечно, со своей машиной было бы намного удобнее, но в сезон ходят бесплатные шаттлы до пляжа, и 3 раза в день платный автобус до центра Аланьи - варианты есть. Мы заказывали доставку продуктов из Мигрос, удобно. 2 недели пролетели быстро, мы остались оч довольны. Благодарности Марине!

Dort angekommen, wurde ich sofort empfangen. Die Kommunikation verlief reibungslos und ohne Probleme auf Englisch. Ich wurde täglich gefragt, ob ich etwas benötige. Die Unterkunft war sauber, und entsprach den Bildern. Sie liegt sehr nah an der Altstadt von Side. Immerwieder gern!

Very beautiful and accommodating. Great view Of the castle from my balcony. Walking distance to the beach, shops, and food. Loved the gym, sauna, pool, hot tub.

Que dire, le séjour chez Stella a dépassé mes attentes. Appartement lumineux chaleureux, équipé. Excellent emplacement : plusieurs bus pour aller en ville. Plusieurs restaurants, cafés et supermarchés juste à pied avec un bon rapport qualité prix. Je recommande le restaurant Hatay Tadim et le Café Citirim, excellent service et nourriture. Les deux superettes sont très bien aussi. La plage à côté est magnifique; on peut apercevoir le coucher de soleil. On peut voir la mer du balcon aussi. Le sofa est confortable pour dormir La piscine extérieure n’ouvre qu’en mai mais il y avait une piscine intérieure et l’eau de mer était en bonne même en avril La route m’a dérangée au début (le bruit des voitures) mais c’est vite oublié Il y a tellement de choses à faire dans les environs, vous n’avez pas le temps de vous ennuyer Il y a même des excursions qui viennent vous chercher jusqu’au Airbnb Stella est gentille, disponible, professionnelle et serviable c'est sur, je reviendrai chez Stella

Остановится у Бирола и Гульсум было спонтанным решением о котором я не пожалела. Это было по настоящему потрясающе. Я попала к замечательной семье❤️, которые сделали моё пребывание у них, максимально комфортным и уютным. Я чувствовала себя частью семьи. Навсегда запомню наши оживленные беседы/завтраки/вечера. И кусочек моёго сердца остался с прекрасной Гульсум и замечательным Биролом. Выбрав их, вы сделаете один самых верных решений в сове путешествии., Birol ve Gülsüm'ün yanında kalmak pişman olmadığım spontan bir karardı. Gerçekten muhteşemdi. Sonunda konaklamamı olabildiğince konforlu ve rahat hale getiren harika bir aileyle birlikte oldum. Kendimi bir ailenin parçası gibi hissettim. Canlı sohbetlerimizi/kahvaltılarımızı/akşamlarımızı sonsuza dek hatırlayacağım. Ve kalbimin bir parçası güzel Gülsüm'de ve harika Birol'da kaldı. Bunları tercih ederek yolculuğunuzda en doğru kararlardan birini vermiş olacaksınız.

Schöne kleine Wohnung mit toller Lage zum Meer. Die Wohnung war sauber, gut ausgestattet und der Check in war einfach. Man hatte immer die Möglichkeit sein Auto auf dem Grundstück abzustellen. Negativ Punkte: Die Wohnung liegt an der Hauptstraße und bei offener Balkontür ist der Verkehr deutlich zu hören. Es gab keine Anleitung zur Kilmaanlage, dementsprechend haben wir sie nicht anständig zu laufen gebracht bekommen Insgesamt eine sehr schöne Wohnung mit toller Lage zum Meer

Stella war eine äußerst herzliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin! Die Wohnung entsprach absolut der Beschreibung und wir haben uns pudelwohl gefühlt. Vor allem das Frühstücken auf dem Balkon mit Blick auf den Pool war traumhaft. Direkt um die Ecke sind Supermärkte und ein Parkplatz für unseren Leihwagen war auch vorhanden. Stella hat uns auch Tipps für Unternehmungen und Restaurants gegeben. Wir waren einfach rundum zufrieden. Vielen Dank, liebe Stella!

Die Gegend, in der sich die Wohnung befindet, ist perfekt. Das Stadtzentrum mit tollen Shoppingsmöglichkeiten ist super mit dem Bus (kostet ca 1€) erreichbar, wenn man den Strand entlangfährt. Vom Balkon aus kann man wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge beobachten und die Aussicht auf das Meer und die Berge ist wunderschön. Supermärkte und Restaurants, Apotheke und auch Taxi/Transfer sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. In der Wohnung sind die notwendigsten Dinge enthalten. Die Gastgeber sind nett, hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar.
