Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable dans cette villa cet été. Le logement était non seulement confortable et impeccablement propre, mais aussi très bien équipé, offrant tout le nécessaire pour passer de bons moments en toute tranquillité. La localisation était idéale, avec un cadre magnifique et apaisant, parfait pour se ressourcer. Mention spéciale à notre hôte, qui a été extrêmement accueillante et attentionnée, toujours disponible pour répondre à nos questions. Je recommande vivement ce lieu à tous ceux qui recherchent une expérience authentique et relaxante !

Un endroit qui aspire à la tranquillité été au repos. A quelques encablures d’une belle plage aux eaux turquoises, la maison offre un calme et reste propice au repos. Nos hôtes ont étés très réactifs et à l’écoute. Nous y reviendrons !

La casa di Alouane è una casa tradizionale bellissima, perfetta per respirare l’atmosfera tipica tunisina: attorno a un patio centrale, dove rilassarsi, si articolano il salone e le grandi camere, ciascuna con bagno. Vicinissima allo splendido mare di Madhia, è stata la locazione perfetta per la nostra numerosa famiglia.

J'ai passé un super séjour avec ma famille. L'appartement est bien propre et se situe dans un bel environnement et pas très loin de la plage. L'hôte est très réactif et le logement ressemble tout à fait à la description de l'annoce. Nous avons été accueilli par Mme Maha et son mari qui sont très sympathiques et serviables. Experience agréable et à refaire. Merci Anis !

La casa es hermosa, la ubicación es excelente hay varios puntos de interés para conocer a pie. Todo ha estado super bien, la comunicación ha sido buena, solamente sugiero tener mayor limpieza con la ropa de cama ya que tenía mal olor.

We only stayed one night, but the apartment was great for our purposes, and was clean and comfortable. It is right on the beach in an area that is still being developed. Communication and assistandlce fron Ahmed was excellent.

Karima est excellente hôte. Très disponible et amicale. Le logement est très bien équipé, fonctionnel et décoré avec goût. Karima nous a bien indiqué la localisation du logement : consignes claires et précises. Le logement se trouve dans une résidence calme et propre. Nous sommes senti en sécurité. Je recommande fortement cette hôte. Ma famille et moi-même avons apprécié notre séjour. Merci encore !

Notre séjour chez Adel s'est très bien passé. La villa correspondait bien à la description de l'annonce, bien propre, équipée, climatisée et proche de toutes commodités (plage, commerces, restaurants, activités en famille,...etc) Très bonne communication, Adel nous a donné plein de conseil et de bonnes adresses pour bien profiter de notre séjour à Rejiche - Mahdia ça sera sûrement à refaire :)

Duplex trés confortable, idéal pour un voyage en groupe, en famille ou entre amis grace aux 4 chambres. A quelques mètres de la plage et 20 min à pied du coeur de ville. Tous commerces à proximité. Idéal pour decouvrir Mahdia !

I had a wonderful albeit brief stay at Feriel's spacious and comfortable apartment. Nice, quiet corner in the touristic zone Mahdia's, a 5-6 minute walk to a beautiful beach full of beach bars and other amenities. The apartment has a well equiped kitchen with modern appliances, two bedrooms, both with nice views, and a balcony. New residential building, family friendly; safe and pleasant area, good value for money. Would gladly visit again.

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour chez Yassine et Adrea, ils ont été très accueillant et serviable. Le logement est joliment meublé, très propre et possède tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin. La plage est proche à pied (environ 7 min), la Médina également, la maison est située en retrait d’une rue calme avec un voisinage discret et respectueux. Je recommande fortement, et nous espérons revenir pour l’été prochain. Merci !

We stayed at this lovely apartment in Mahdia for 7 days and had a fantastic experience. The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay. Rayan was very responsive and helpful throughout, always available to answer any questions or provide assistance when needed. It’s clear that they care about their guests' comfort and experience. Highly recommend this place if you’re visiting Mahdia—would definitely stay here again!

From the moment we arrived, Chihab welcomed us with exceptional generosity and thoughtfulness. The essentials he provided, coffee, dates, water, eggs, milk, olive oil, and sugar, were not only useful but a reflection of his kind spirit and warm hospitality. We felt right at home. It features a modern design, an excellent location, and a truly refreshing atmosphere that made our stay even more enjoyable. As someone who manages Airbnb units in Canada and holds Superhost status, I can confidently say that Chihab’s unit stands out. Mounir est un hôte très amical et réactif,le domaine est très beau ,le studio est grand avec belle véranda. juste un petit effort pour mieux l'équiper. excellent rapport qualité prix.

Booked this place based on the pictures and I was right. The place is amazing. If you are looking for a town villa close to the best town beach in Tunisia, this is the place to go. The duplex is very spacious, modern with an amazing terrace where you can enjoy the amazing turquoise waters of Mahdia beach. 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms which is just perfect when you come back from the beach and everyone needs a shower at the same time. It is also well equipped so you can cook and enjoy your meals on the outside terrace. Abdel, the host, is such a nice person: quick replies, was there on time for check in, gave some good tips about nearby beaches and the city and was generally nice to talk to. Would definitely go back and would recommend even for teleworking (home office).
