Apartment holiday rentals in Mahahual

A great address for a foot on the ground in Mahahual. Barbara & Igor are exceptional hosts, caring without being invasive. They have plenty of local recommendations for a hassle-free stay. We had a car, but we could have enjoyed this place without it, everything being within walking distance. There are even bicycles for rent! The accommodation itself is very clean and large. At this price, it's a great deal! Recommended without hesitation!

An excellent place in the town of Mahahual. You are walking to the lighthouse about 10 to 15 min. and close to the area you will find restaurants and one another bar, usually used by which they live there. But there is also the boardwalk where you will find more restaurants and bars. The place is very nice and you have many amenities and is worth 100% price and received. I would definitely come back to stay with them

+ The view is spectacular and the apartment is larger than it looks. - I think it is necessary to clarify that the PARKING HAS AN EXTRA COST to what is paid for the accommodation. Although it is part of the property, we were charged an extra $200.00 pesos.

Casa del Viento was perfect for us and our two dogs. The garden area is completely secure and beautiful. You can see the care that has been put into the planning not only the garden but also the house and common areas. The rooftop area was a wonderful place to enjoy the night sky. The entire place was clean and well cared for. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen sufficient for our needs. The hosts went out of their way to accommodate us being there and Vanesa was a fountain of knowledge of the local area. We enjoyed our time there and would highly recommend their place.

I loved the privacy of the stay, excellent place, and perfect amenities such as the terrace, pool and grill to enjoy as a family. We take advantage of the evenings on the terrace to live with a family with board games! Vanesa is a great host, always attentive and willing person. Although it was short we loved our stay and if we would come back! Thank you home from the wind for every moment! 😊

The apartment was a home away from home!! Very comfortable, clean, fast internet, cleverly designed and equipped - perfect for longer stays!! Walking distance to all amenities and a short 500 mts walk (or fun bike ride) to the malecon - where the dreamy Caribbean, great restaurants and bars are located - we visited all of Barbara and Igor's recommendations!! Highly recommend their lovely apartment in stunning Mahahual!!

The photos fail to describe the wonderful of the place. The view from the terrace is another level of beauty. We hit a full moon and you can't imagine that view and the awesome sunrise. In the depto everything impeccable and good taste. Thanks to Alejandra and Mr. Urs x their attention at all times. It was like being at home Pero on the beach shore. Thank you

Excellent place, excellent views, the sunrises are the best. Very comfortable and has many things, the apartment is very complete. We would definitely go back without thinking.

We absolutely loved our stay here- nice and quiet and away from town. The birds singing in the morning made the stay so beautiful. We ended up staying another night because we loved it so much. The shower had so much pressure and was the best one we had in Mexico! The a/c was cold and the fans worked great so being warm was not a problem! I loved the hammock and the furniture too! We will definitely be back!

King size bed! Great use of the available space. Quiet area even though it is right on the beach, with restaurants and bars very close by. Julieta and Martin made sure that we had very fast internet service, great for a longer stay. Any problems were quickly resolved.

The space is an incredible place to pass an extended vacation on the beach away from the town in Mahahual. When the weather cooperates, there is excellent swimming and snorkeling right off the beach, and the reef is a close swim. Sunrises are beautiful and the breeze off the sea is blissful. Also important to note is how the lack of internet in the apartment is a blessing in order to disconnect from today’s dis-ease of business. If needed, free WiFi is close by at Travel In where your wonderful and kind host Albert will always greet you with a warm smile and a helping hand. His restaurant is also excellent (best margaritas in Mexico)! We will definitely keep this gem in mind for a future get away.
