Apartment holiday rentals in Magodo GRA Phase II

I stayed at the apartment for three weeks. I had a wonderful stay and it met all my needs. The apartment was modern and very comfortable. There was always help on hand from Musa and the property manager. The house was gated and secure. It was set in a vibrant community and I was able to get benefit from local services such as hair braiding, shoe repair and suya ( grilled meat). I even had someone help me weigh my cases prior to travel. My feedback would be; we were given a brief tour of the apartment but it would be useful for a detailed tour of how things work, we had many queries in the first few days. It would also be useful to have more utensils in the kitchen such as knives and cutlery. Overall I throughly recommend this apartment and hope to visit again in future.

Had a great experience staying at Goodie’s. Available amenities far exceeded expectations and made our home away from home adventure extremely comfortable. Highly recommend for anyone that wants the hotel standard with extras not available in hotels.

I loved this apartment - it is as described, modern, spacious, and has all the stated amenities. I will recommend this place to everyone and I’ll be staying again. If there’s anything to improve, it’ll be the internet speed but it’s fairly decent for casual use.

Lovely stay cleaning staff and security was very nice and helpful if needed. Host was very attentive and available. The place was safe and amenities were very good. It was exactly as advertised and we enjoyed our stay.

Helpful and responsive host, always available to render help when needed. Location was a bit difficult to locate and services were a bit far away, but host was always available to go get whatever we needed. Host went above and beyond to make us comfortable.

5-Star Stay – A True Home Away from Home I had a truly wonderful stay at this Airbnb. Mr Jacob, the host, was pleasant and always responded to my queries promptly. Sam, the housekeeper, was exceptional – attentive, polite, and ensured everything was in perfect order throughout my stay. Emmanuel, the gate man, was also incredibly helpful and made me feel fully protected. He was always available to assist, which gave me great peace of mind. The apartment itself was cosy, comfortable, and felt like a home away from home. I only experienced one power cut, but the generator kicked in immediately, so there was no inconvenience. The air conditioner worked perfectly, keeping the space cool and pleasant at all times. The location was also ideal — accessible to other towns and very easy to move around from. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would definitely return in the future. Highly recommended!

We really felt at home and safe. So surprising that they cleaned the whole apartment during our stay which rarely occur for an air BnB reservation. All the staff ( Mr. Olamide, Emmanuel, Segun, Issac, and Paul are very courteous and helpful. We had a swell time. Easy transportation to get to most places and easy access to food too.

My stay there was so lively with supportive staff. All the staff are very supportive especially Mercy who makes sure that guests are treated with the best care and supports. The domestics staff are also very supportive without anything missing in my flat. The host's wife is also very caring and eager to assist every time when needed.

My stay at the Apartment was wonderful, despite my last-minute booking! Communication was exceptional - the team responded quickly and made everything seamless. The Apartment was easy to find with the clear directions provided. The complimentary bottle of wine was a refreshing surprise after a stressful day - such a thoughtful touch! Everything is new and exactly as advertised - cozy, clean, and comfortable with all necessary amenities. The 24/7 power, air conditioning, and kitchen appliances worked perfectly. The staff were professional, respectful, and attentive, checking in occasionally without being intrusive. My experience exceeded expectations! Highly recommend for anyone visiting Ikeja. Will definitely stay again on my next Lagos trip.

This studio apartment is solid—straight-up comfy for crashing. The vibe's got this low-key romantic thing going, not all over-the-top but just enough to make it feel classy. Service is on point too—staff doesn’t hover, but they’re there when you need ’em. Little details like the dimmed lighting and a quiet knock to check if you need extra blankets? Yeah, they get the move. Stayed here for a weekend unwind, and it hit the spot. Not trying too hard, just delivers what you want: a good night’s sleep in a place that doesn’t skimp on the little things. Perfect for a guys’ trip or even a low-key date—no frills, all chill.

By far one of the best apartments I have stayed in. I will definitely use them when next I am in Lagos.

Great Stay with Family – Spacious, Clean, and Secure We recently stayed at this Airbnb with the family, and it was exactly as advertised. The living room is spacious, providing ample space for everyone to relax. The kitchen is well-equipped, with everything working perfectly, which made preparing meals easy and enjoyable. The property was clean and well-maintained, which we appreciated. The estate is secure, with a code required to gain entry, giving us extra peace of mind. Electricity supply was steady throughout our stay, which made the experience even more comfortable. Overall, a solid and reliable place to stay – we would definitely recommend it to others.

The apartment was lovely, well equipped with modern utilities. I felt at home. Host was very responsive. It looked just like the photos I saw prior to checking in. My kids loved the place. Only concern was electrical issue with the movie room that needed to be fixed. Overall, a wonderful place and I will definitely book again.

This is an excellent place to stay when visiting Lagos. It is only a short distance from the airport and to major malls like Ikeja City Mall and Maryland Mall, staff were very helpful and polite, room was clean and spacious with house keeping available daily, gym and pool were also a great bonus. Cannot fault it at all, I had a wonderful stay. Highly recommend if planning to base your stay on mainland.

I had a great time at Smith’s apartment. An awesome lay out. Great for family or friends trip . All the assistance was provided when needed. There were a few issues with electricity and power during my stay that had nothing to do with Smith and his great crew who were all accomodating . I would definitely consider staying here again.

We had a great stay at Teddy’s place! The apartment was very spacious, clean, and exactly as described. Communication with Lisa, who helped manage the stay, was excellent — she was quick to respond and very helpful. Two out of three AC units worked perfectly, and the TVs were good quality, adding to our comfort. The bathrooms were fresh and spotless, which we really appreciated. The lights went out now and then, but they always came back quickly, so it didn’t really bother us. The only thing we missed was having a few more amenities in the building and around the apartment complex. Other than that, everything inside the apartment was great, and we truly enjoyed our stay. I would definitely be back to this place. The host was great. It was difficult to get there because it’s a newly estate in a fairly new street, but I felt safe. Chola is my guy!! Very helpful security and management team. They are quick to help you if something goes wrong. Though the area may not have much in short walking distance, you can uber to a near mall called Circle mall which is 5 minutes away or order and live real good. We enjoyed this place and they did us well.
