Pra di Brëc is our dream that became true. We have restructured our grandparents’ home and we would like to offer you an experience characterized by simplicity and hospitality, to understand and appreciate the value of the family we grew up with. We have combined tradition and design, maintaining the original structure of the house and re-using the materials available in the old house . We have combined these antique materials (and objects) with a modern thought of aesthetics and comfort.

The Little House of Rosemary

Small, typically Piemontese terraced house in a historical village at the foot of the castle of Cerrione in the province of Biella. Fully equipped kitchen and bedroom with panoramic views of a moraine and a greenhouse situated on it. Private entrance and a reserved parking space. Ideal place for outdoor sports and to visit the sites of scenic, historical, and cultural interest of Biella and Canavese. 15 minutes from Lake Viverone, 20 km from Ivrea, 14 km from Biella and 17 km from Santhià.

Alle porte della Valle d Aosta e a circa un ora dal parco nazionale, posizione panoramica, a 3 km circa dal paese a salire verso la montagna alt.500 m circa. Adatto alla famiglia, due camere e un bagno con veranda luminosa e panoramica dove consumare la prima colazione che viene fornita confezionata con tutto l occorrente: cialde caffè, tisane, briosc latte ecc. Stay in a comfortable and quiet place in Ivrea, San Giovanni district. The accommodation is on the second floor of a three-story building, facing a large garden and wooded area. It has a large living room with dining area, a kitchen, two bathrooms, and two bedrooms. It also has a small balcony, which is in bloom in the summer. Ten minutes from Ivrea and lakes, there is a bus stop, food and take-out pizzeria bar downstairs.

You'll love my place for these reasons: the high ceilings, the comfort of the bed, the light, and the kitchen. My apartment is suitable for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with children).

This is literally Regina's house. My maternal grandmother was called Regina! We have refurbished this small apartment with our own hands, the furniture and decor have been arranged to make your stay a pleasant one.
