There's a picnic table and a bbq on the deck and a fire pit near the water across the street for outside enjoyment. Some people may find the stairs steep, and the ceiling is a little low upstairs. NO PETS ALLOWED!!!!! i will charge a 200$ damage fee if you bring pets
